Hollywood Christmas Parade, November 25, 2012

Film/Television/Stage Star, Tony Award and Emmy Award-Winning and Golden Globe Award-Nominated Actor, Joe Mantegna (“Glengarry Glen Ross”, “Criminal Minds,” “The Rat Pack,” and “The Godfather: Part III,”) will serve as Grand Marshal of THE 2012 HOLLYWOOD CHRISTMAS PARADE.

The parade will be presented on Sunday, November 25, 2012 starting with a PRE-PARADE SHOW SPECTACULAR at 5:30 pm, with the Parade commencing at 6:30 pm.

Presenting Sponsors include The City of Los Angeles, the Hallmark Channel and Associated Television International, Author Services, Metro, Twin America and Sister Cities.

Wish I could be there, pics and videos posted here are a must! The last time I saw Joe Mantegna in a parade he was being gunned down by Michael Corleone's bastard nephew.

I'll be videotaping. It's an event where the LAPD is very opposed to any protests against the cult... they are, after all, a major sponsor of the parade.

Last year, Doug Owens was assaulted by police with his head being slammed in the wall outside the LRH Gallery, resulting in a skull fracture. A supervisor later arrived at the scene & released Doug over the vocal objections of Rick Moxon.

Part of their sponsorship includes a VIP lounge set up in Author Services where the Mayor, the Police Chief & City Council members (who always ride in the parade) and the parade's "stars" (mostly soap opera & Disney channel actors) are wined & dined by the cult.

It's a mutual suck-up.

I videotaped it. When I showed up in front of the LRH Gallery, HGB Security Chief Franck Paolo & Andy Knapp told me I could not stand in front of their property. I ignored them. (10:55)

Video 2 (5:35) shows Andy Knapp bullying Doug as he quietly stood next to the Scientology stage. At 9:41, you see LAPD officers complying with Andy Knapp's complaint & Doug is forced up against the wall of the HGB, hands being held against his back. I was ordered to stay back or I'd be arrested, too. The cops were not at all happy with my filming them.

I knew there was a clam connection to the Hollywood Parade, but I didn't know it was that bad. I suppose the parade to picket the b'tards by being in the parade is the doodah parade thru Pasadena, that is, if they are still doing that.

I knew there was a clam connection to the Hollywood Parade, but I didn't know it was that bad.

The current parade is a downsized version of the parade that the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce ended in March 2007, because of the lack of celebrities & a loss of $100,000 for the 2006 production, which The Associated Press said cost about $1 million to mount.

However, later in 2007, the City of Los Angeles created a new parade to be a "community parade" and financed by the City of LA & community sponsorships. Galaxy Press/Author Services is a primary sponsor of the current parade.

Most of the "celebrities" now are performers from soap operas, the Disney Channel, and reality shows. Adrienne Maloof, from "Housewives of Beverly Hills", was in last year's parade.

Pre-2007, the cult had a 'Way to Happiness' float where LA County Sheriff Lee Baca rode with one of the Scilon starlets. Last year, the cult had 2 large balloons in the parade (pirate & treasure chest), in addition to a small float promoting 'L Ron Hubbard Stories from the Golden Age'.
