Has anyone else ever used recordings of LRH talking as a useful means to sleep? I'm not attempting to make a joke here... I really do find that putting one of Ron's recordings on a low volume next to the bed lulls me off to sleep better than anything else I have ever found. I have tried commercially available sleep hypnosis recordings, so-called "whisper" recordings from YouTube, and none of them work as well as just playing RJ 67 at bedtime. Ron's generally placid hypnotic voice has a somnolent quality that is almost without peer. I have found that Ron's 1961 E Meter Talk & Demo works quite well too, although it is rather longer than required for sleep.
What are your favorite LRH recordings for sleep, and do you think that there is any danger to using them in this way? I do realize that part of the cult's trap is to use hypnosis, but is there any harm in harnessing Ron's gift of boredom to help us sleep? For me they work better than downers.

. I too endured far too many hours on course, but back then it seemed different because I was writing cheques for the privilege.
