Are "Leaving Staff" Sec Checks Reverse Processing?

RolandRB

Rest in Peace
I have read issues that talk about critics of scientology being considered anti-scientologists, which is just another way of saying Supppressive Persons, IMO.

We know that LRH wrote issues declaring SPs fair game. We also know that he wrote that one of the things that should be done with such people, if they show up at Qual, is that they should be reverse processed.

I'm wondering if the decision to leave staff actually is seen as reason to consider a person a critic/anti/SP, and if at this point, Qual starts reverse processing them, and if the Leaving Staff Sec Check isn't this in practice. Certainly, on mine, they never let me flatten anything they found, and asserted I had more that I had not told them, which is reverse processing if you ask me!

Thoughts? Are leaving staff routing forms pretty much naive, really being nothing more than a signal to management that they need to destroy this person?

We already know that "processing" does not work so why worry about "reverse processing"?

'Processing' *does* work; it just doesn't work as advertised and the 'product' is not what's being sold.

That said, even 'reverse' processing doesn't work well on the non-processed and one of the primary purposes of 'processing' itself is to make the target susceptible to the attack.

It's all about Power and Money

I got a "metered ethics interview" (whatever that is) on no sleep by a very very senior "executive". I mean very senior. I was continually told that something was reading that absolutely was not there and I was being yelled out for not coughing up this non-existent "crime." Finally, in order to get out of there and hopefully get some sleep, I just made something up that sounded juicy and was then told my needle was floating after I "got it off." This person was supposed to be in charge of protecting the "tech." It was at this point that my niggly little doubts became very serious doubts and I truly began to realize that scientology was total bullshit. It started crashing in on me that I had wasted decades of my life defending a mythical bridge to total freedom that never existed in the first place.

Yeah, I got a "repair" after that but it changed nothing. I got tons of sec checking after that too. Instead of turning me around it just made me realize more and more that scientology was all about Authority controlling and dominating the members and had nothing to do with freedom. The betrayal was overwhelming, and so was the shame as I realized how many people I had gotten into the Hubbard's sick cult. Not the "cogs" I was supposed to be having according to Authority!

Once I got out I was free to learn about Hubbtard and what really motivated him: an obsession with Power and Money. That's what it's really all about ladies and gentlemen. Decent people (or not so decent) getting roped into a fake "movement" contrived by a charismatic leader who secretly harbored an obsession with dominating others and amassing a fortune with his phony "religion." Son of bitch!

That old Who song Won't Be Fooled Again comes to mind:

"Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss."

Hubbard wasn't anything new afterall.

Glad you held onto your viewpoint, ExVet, and I'm sorry it was so hard-won. Sounds like reverse-processing to me. I'm glad you made it.

A lot of us made it out. I'm just wondering if there were others who, like me, left feeling like they really were a suppressive person, and then wanted to kill themselves and saw no value in continuing to be alive, when everything they did turned to shit.

I'm not there now. But I think I was there because that's what they wanted. What continues to blow me away is that my wife capitulated. She had to know it was killing me. I told her.

This is a poem I wrote after leaving:

Not the Only One

I know I'm not the only one
evr to have loved and lost
and I know I'm not the only one
who ever cried alone

but my heart only learns
to count the cost
as I stand witness to time
which just flows ever on

and I know that my love
will never learn to die
it's truth runs too deeply
to be corrupted by the lie

it cuts me to the parts that hurt
to be caught by my own flaws
to have my love abused and maimed
with only me at cause

I love my children and my wife
so much that I can't let go
but it's the only way to set them free
that I can ever know

she is strong in life and when she looks at me
I can see she understands
that the life in me is leaving fast
running from my wrists right through my hands

It's a mindtrip, I'll tell ya that!

My auditor for my Leaving Staff Sec Check was a doll. He was a Public grabbed in to do my auditing. I have no qualms against him....not even against the Senior C/S at my Org, sweet people in their own rights...ya know?

My beef was against the SO-displaced EO and LRH Comm (or was it KOT, can't quite remember his exact post now). But THOSE TWO made our routing-out time, HELL! :nervous: I got enough black affirmations thrown at me to last me this whole lifetime, from 'em, Geeez! (not affected by them anymore, btw, but some of 'em...took me a long time to get out of my soul!)

The guy who was doing mine was in a hell of a bind, then, because while admin idiots who don't understand the tech at all might think anybody leaving means they are "blowing" (a blow is ONLY a sudden, unexplained departure), I was actually leaving because my wife was pregnant, and I thought the most ethical thing I could do was get a job that paid enough money to support my family, and be a paying PUBLIC, so that I could get the services I needed to later come back as a better staff member.

Link to document referencing the bit about reverse processing SPs

I had a similar situation when I routed off staff in 1986. Baby on the way. The sec check when it finally got done was an after thought right before I went into solo on OT I - an "Oh we have an action you need to do before we get you onto this next step..."

I was routing off, routing off, routing off, and looking at NEVER finding a replacement... Then a Sea Org chickie on mission came in and blindly eliminated my post, saying that it was off policy to staff that post while blah, blah blah went unfilled.

So - suddenly I didn't need that goddamned replacement. I realized this halfway through her rant, and I had to suppress the hell out of the biggest grin any body ever had.

I figured I pulled this in...

People leave because they are upset PERIOD! The sec check is to get the focus back on the person and that it was "them" not Scientology. It is ALWAYS YOUR FAULT. ALWAYS!

There are different types of routines done in Scientology. I would not agree that some of them "don't work", because I think they do. They don't do what Hubbard says they will, or, more accurately, they do more than he tells you they will. Transference, baby. The glue that binds otherwise rational people to cults.

Leaving Staff is because one has an overt on Scientology or an MU?

MY MU's = Scientology = HELP

My overt = that I did it, wasted precious time and money on it - got other's into it and kept other's in that contributed to the motion of criminal cult called Scientology:omg:

How did I justify it ? MIND CONTROL and did not know it! :omg:

All in an effort to control. Scientologists really believe that if people leave they are hiding crimes and what a nifty little mechanism to make someone feel bad...you have the whole track to blame, which is hidden and out of view - even with the stupid Glee Meter - so even the person is left feeling like there must be something I did wrong.

Scientology does not work. It is a scam and a fraud. It is mind control and it destroys and breaks peoples spirits. It is too bad that it has not died yet...but it is coming...tick tock tick tock....Slappy McSavage is making sure that he makes mistakes of
EPIC proportions! Idle Morgues gracing the planet and then sitting empty...go talk to a PANEL and find salvation...because Slappy does not even trust his loyal followers to disemminate...he is controlling every angle and it simply is not working. The cat is out of the bag...thank the good Lord for the internet. The rest of the world outside of the cult knows that Scientology is an evil cult. Not even the Mormon Cult has the bad ratings as the Cult of Scamonology! Read all about their mind control methods...the difference is they only require 10% of income for donos- the cult goes for it all in the name of clearing the planet of their bank accounts!

The truth is setting everyone free if they would simply LOOK!

It is all REVERSE PROCESSING! Scientology auditing has a very little usefulness and the rest is complete mindfucking!

Scientology has SEC CHECKS to get the overts off so people won't commit crimes against the Organization. What it does is get the attention off the Organization and back onto the person leaving (masturbating, thinking bad thoughts about Slappy, reading other philosophies, stealing a roll of toilet paper because you have not been paid for 5 months because there is no new people coming in).

It also is a clever little money making scheme. If someone blows a smaller Org and then that person gets recovered back and goes out to AOLA thinking they will resume their Bridge auditing ... they will do a SEC CHECK and CHARGE YOU FOR IT!

Everything in Scientology is not to help you but to control you, control your bank account, get you and your family shattered apart and drive you into being nothing so they can then get you to sign your billion year contract. Now you are a slave and you will work for Slappy for eternity and get nothing done and get nothing for it except lots more SEC CHECKS!

YUCK! What a religion? No god, no love, no care, no forgiveness, nothing!

The overall intention with hubbard was slavery.
The intention of individual "actions" "rundowns" etc, was to give a carrot to make it look like slaves were achieving something, and placing it "inside" a larger goal that they had to keep pursuing to "gain freedom"

So, someone gets "wins" but they always have the rest of the "case" which will keep them trapped. So they are told. So they have to do more "actions".

Thing is......the "case" is actually the trap.

So I agree with the point that it is all reverse processing.

Of course this has been said before in so many ways, but it is never a bad thing to repeat it, because it is so bad people find it hard to believe.

Some processes go for a more direct hit to introvert people. Of course when they are leaving, Ron, and the cult would NOT like them to get a carrot, a win, so they go for something which will make the person get scared about all the anxieties they have about their personal demons and fears. It may make the person stay, but if not it will punish them for being independent and not obeying,
