As far as the big pharma funding Anon, I did hear that for the first time (before even on here) from a part-time staff member who was in and once in a while talks to me. He said how they were all teens in the basement, etc. etc. and I had to inform him I had actually met Anons who had real jobs and needed no such funding. There is a kernel of truth to the 'stereotype' of what anon is, if you've ever known some original 4Chan folk, but I digress.
Anyhow, I was already out when all the Anon things started happening, and the big pharma was one of the evil players that was pulled out at briefings. A huge deal was made of the fact that just 2 people lobbying congress on Sea Org pay with just the $ the IAS could barely eke out for cheap motels and plane fights, got billions cut from psychiatric funding, against all the rich lobbyists from big pharma. It was all somehow always traced to Interpol and whole-track psychs and such... but, Big Pharma was always a huge SP. omfg. My head hurts.
I'm not seriously a "fan" of Big Pharma, and one of the reasons the cult sucked me in was that while starting out in pre-med, a lot of things I heard from people who had become doctors and stuff I did learn about the AMA just gave me pause... so, when I met the cult, I thought I might have found "my people". Yeah... I probably did, but unfortunately all those other wonderful people were also brainwashed.
