And this is hearsay. Here... say. He didn't say who or when. This is all speculative, which is why it's not admissible and why a murder investigation wasn't initiated. And it's ambiguous. Did some guy in England order the deaths of Budlong and Kember, or vice-versa? Poor follow-up, but the attorney knew he had nothing, so moved along.

It's lots of heavy breathing, but no fluids were exchanged.

The attorney asking Bill Franks the question was the *Scientology* attorney during the course of the Lisa McPherson civil case.

His point was that Bill Franks as 'head' of Scientology never ordered any murders, and that therefore, it was outrageous to think that 'current management' might have ordered Lisa killed (or depravedly allowed to die.)

He didn't follow up because he stepped in the nappy on this one, since Bill Franks *was* aware of 'hits' being ordered.

One of the sons is Chas Kember. Now the Co of IHELP I believe. Don't know the other one.

Reminds me of an incident 20 years ago at St Hill. A public Scn came up to Chas, who was in AOSH at the time, and asked him how his mother was doing. Chas looked rather embarrassed and said "Doing her A to E". That rather killed the conversation.

Well, I guess she got through it. Because, about 5 - 6 years ago, I was in the Div 6 course room at 'The Hill' and the sup was taking a roll call and called out the name 'Jane Kember'. I nearly fell off my chair! :omg:

(I think she was doing the VM course, not sure what she has done since. I'll have to check my copies of the 'Auditor' mag.)

Spent the next couple of hours wondering if I dared speak to her at break time and ask her about the GO debacle. But decided against it as I would have had to explain how I found out about all the crappy things that they did. How do you politely say: "About all this conspiracy, burglary, framing people for bomb threats etc - what the f**k were you thinking woman!"

But, it would have been interesting to hear her side of things.

When you know that most of the GO leadership got back on lines after doing time, it rather gives the lie to what Hubbard said in RJ38 about Scientolgy mangement being "infiltrated and set up to fail." Yeah right, being infiltrated by your own wife and other people that you personally placed on post. :duh:

Actualy his given name was Charles. Chas was a nickname. As Paul pointed out, his brother was Peter. They both were polite and disciplined.
I doubt that Jane would discuss her GO days at this time. If you asked her about it, she might even secretly report you implying that you could be a reporter or government agent.

Thanks guys for all your comments. I am sure I will be reunited one day with my daughter. I feel so much more positive, as there are alot of good in the real world, that are doing something about this criminal cult. I have now got alot of comm lines with the guys in LA & I know if my daughter does wake up, she will have somewhere to go & be looked after.

Hi, I first met Chaz 22years old, he then married my daughter, but as for Peter he was never really involved with Scientology, at that time, anyway. Its funny, but a couple of months ago I ran the number for LA (I have two numbers) & got straight through to Chaz, I said who it was & he put the phone down. But I remeber he was like with his Mother when she was declared. I never liked Jane Kember, funny enough, neither did my daughter, oh well, things change.

Intesting video, Jane Kember was with David Gaiman, he was in the recent East Grinstead protests. Jane Kember is a chain smoker & very tall, talks like a man, maybe she is, in drag.:duh:

It was always fun to audit Jane. Whenever she (finally) gave up something confidential, she would say "You know, you cannot write that down".

Yeah, right!.

I audited all of the senior GO Execs, they were unique in their shifty and slithery ways, not wanting to divulge anything deemed secret, but they trusted me and eventually coughed up.

I became the keeper of their secrets, that is how the matter shall remain.
