I always come here when I have something to say but don't know where to say it. You know when you buy something from a kid in a fast food joint or at Wal-Mart or some such place and say, "Thank you," at the conclusion of the transaction? And the kid says "No problem."
I have always immediately thought to myself, "It BETTER not be a problem you person. I am a CUSTOMER, the reason you have a job. If you even think to say such a thing it must be a problem. Well, EXCUSE ME for interrupting your iPod session."
