I was always told that "symbols" was way too low on the '"know to mystery scale" to be used to signify "OT." Perhaps a screwdriver.

"Being objects" is too far below body death on the "tone scale" to be used to signify "OT." Somehow a condom comes to mind.

How about sending a junior staff member to get an abortion so that she
can remain producing on post? Now that's "cause over life!"
