Great post, Synthia!! The content and the graphics!

:thankyou::goodposting::roflmao:

What a gas! Good for you! Hope you had a great time! Unfortunately, the church ruined her evening! But she will blame you, poor thing. Being in the same room as you will be enough of a problem for her to get over but had you spoken to her you would have given her a huge problem and moral dilemma. Imagine! She would have lost sleep over it and worried about who she must now report (or confess to) that you talked to her and undergo ethics handling to find out why she pulled YOU in. Could've led to very expensive sec checks for her and endless amends. I hope she knows how kind you were!
You are so powerful!

Sheesh! That's right! Thank you for pointing that out, Arthur.

Not only am I amazingly powerful but I am kind and gentle like a summer rain upon the hot, parched soil. :violin::bow::cloud9: :coolwink: I saved her literally thousands!

Re: Pardon this brief interruption

True, because they had not yet realized that the REAL problem was in the SOURCE of all management - Hubbard himself!

They disagreed with MANY aspects of what management was pushing to implement, and regardless whether Hubbard was behind the instructions or not, the Missions and Orgs REFUSED to apply certain "directives", even when they were cited as "exact LRH policy".

-snip-

As has been covered many time before, Hubbard had been hiding his control of Scientology and, as far as the Mission holders were concerned, Hubbard was off lines and missing.

At no time, during 1981/1982, was any rebellion against Hubbard.

I think that SP Tech is more valuable than OT VIII. I mean, OT's have to close the curtains and hide whenever an SP comes around. We can point and laugh. They can't even knock our hats off at 40 feet away. Yeah, my finger might come up, but I'm cause over my middle finger, not them.

Oh my. I don't have time right now to link to my comments on Marty's blog today. If anyone feels like going there and seeing the exchange by doing a "control f" for my name "Sindy" and reading the back and forth about ESMB, etc. I think it really fits on this thread about the Scientologist being scared of ideas and the big bad SP.

Maybe tomorrow I'll link. I gotta go to bed now, Can we keep this thread going? So many great comments!

Read the exchanges with you and other comments about ESMB.

Here is what I can see about Independent Scientologists on Marty's site, in general:

1) They do not like ESMB or ESMB posters who post their experience in Scientology unless it is a "win".
2) They do not like negative things ("entheta") about Ron and Scientology, especially when it is true.
3) They do not like things that remind them they really are not independent.

On that last point, they are (in fact) independent from the Church of Scientology. But they like to pretend that they are therefore "independent" thinkers--which they assuredly are not.

Independent thinkers would not be afraid of independent thoughts about Ron and Scientology.

Marty's blog is really fun to read. But it is a propaganda site and a cheering section for Ron Hubbard. It is also a pep talk about the "Bridge to Total Freedom" and "Eternity".

The remarkable thing about Independent Scientologists is that they are not independent enough to actually post what they DO and DO NOT believe is truth from the works of L. Ron Hubbard. When that subject comes up, the fog machines are all turned up to full volume.

It's the Indie Road to Total Freedom!

It's Transparent!

If you can't see where you are going, you need to do
more Indie Scientology to increase your perception.

Beautiful story Synthia!

Along the same line there is a good article by Jeff Hawkins:

The Most Powerful Beings in the Universe
November 16, 2010
by Jefferson Hawkins
.

Apparently, the most powerful beings in the universe are SPs.

And that’s not me saying it, that’s what the Church says.

Apparently, according to the Church, one word from these super-beings, or even a look, can cause even high-level OTs to lose their gains, get ill or even commit suicide. Apparently the mere presence of one of these beings can turn even experienced, veteran staff and executives into quivering jelly. Exposure to one of their blog posts can apparently wreck hours and hours of expensive auditing.

Now, that’s power.

I recall being at the Int Base when Keith Henson was demonstrating outside. We went into total lockdown; no one could leave the buildings, go to meals, or even look out the windows. Apparently if we got so much as a glimpse of this super-villain, we would turn to cinders.

And it’s still that way. If any SP shows up at the Int Base, they go into lockdown mode, everyone – including many highly trained, long-term veteran Sea Org Members – huddled inside the buildings until the super-beings are safely gone.

And if a couple of masked Anons show up at an Org? Same drill. Everyone huddles inside, curtains drawn. If public have to come and go, they use a back-alley entrance. And they are told to never, never talk with them. One word from these super-beings, apparently, could fry you to dust.

And apparently the PTS/SP Course was to no avail. Despite being recompiled and reissued twice, with every Scientologist required to study and restudy how to “confront and shatter Suppression,” still, there is no one even confronting these powerful beings, let alone shattering them.

One of the things these SPs do, we are told, is reveal OT III materials to the uninitiated. We are told that being exposed to these OT III materials before you have paid for the level – excuse me – before you have prepared for the level, will cause horrible consequences. No doubt they are trying to avoid a repeat of the mass global panic, sickness and death that occurred after the airing of the South Park episode detailing the OT III materials. What’s that? I’m being told that there actually was no global panic or sickness or deaths following that episode. Hmm…

Regardless, I’m sure these powerful SPs have many more secret occult phrases they throw at you, or maybe they flash secret mystical symbols at you. Who knows? Best to be safe and just don’t talk with them or look at them.

If you have to deal with them, send a bunch of people. Never just one or two. If you have to deal with, say, Mike Rinder, then send 8 or 10 people, and be sure to have all of them scream at him at the same time so he doesn’t have a chance to throw out one of those incredibly powerful, soul-destroying phrases that SPs are practiced in! Or if you have to deal with the St. Pete Times or CNN, send a whole crowd of people! Safety in numbers!

And of course you must take any measures to isolate Scientologists from these powerful, evil beings. After all, Scientologists are fragile and require constant protection and coddling. Their delicate cases, tenuous gains and shaky beliefs can be blown away entirely with just a word or glance from these powerful beings.

Even your family and friends can suddenly turn into one of these hideous monsters. So best to check with the Church and see who is OK to contact and who isn’t, to avoid any accidental exposure that might send you spinning into hell.

Of course, some people may wonder what you have to do to gain such awesome power that you strike fear in the hearts of even the most powerful OTs, top Scientology executives and veteran Sea Org Members.

Apparently all you have to do is leave the Church.

For a mere $100,000, I will sell you the Bridge to Total Suppression. That's right - for only 10-20% of the average cost of the Bridge to Total Freedom, you can have powers far in excess of the Operating Thetan. You can:

1. Turn the OT into a pillar of salt by looking at him*.
2. Destroy civilization*.
3. Cause illnesses like cancer and pneumonia in people you hate by merely THINKING about them*.
4. Cause your local Org or Mission to go out of business by driving by it every day*.

All this can be yours for only $100,000. Call the Church of Suppressive Technology at 1-888-I M ESPEE

Operators are standing by.

*Individual results may vary. Being "Declared" by the Church of Scientology does not mean you are an actual Suppressive Person; it only indicates above-average intelligence. You must buy the Bridge to Total Suppression, study, and apply the Total Suppression Study Tech for optimal results.

So true, they freeze up and the programming really kicks in. As if saying hi to someone will enturbulate them. Just incredible to see these behavior from outside the bubble. (OSA lurkers, do you see how ridiculous this is?! You really think you're tech is so wonderful and workable that literally the well trained scieno will CLAM-UP at the meerest sight of an ex member.) Here's a process for you, run until PC cognites and has good indicators:

1. How would a person at cause behave around an SP?
2. How would a person at effect behave around an SP?

Repeat

Thanks for sharing this and adding pictures.

Synthia is going to earn her Enturbulation Meritorius status this week.

:happydance:

I saw your post at Marty's place, I thought it was respectful and inoffensive. It would be nice to have less of the Us and Them mentality, but the Scientology gets in the way a bit. We are lesser beings, tolerated as long as their cause is being forwarded and dismissed when it isn't.

It isn't personal.

Hilarious! Yes,I saw that comment earlier. I had to read the comment before it a couple of times to try to figure out what the hell Marty was even trying to say.

Speaking of other funny (possibly Freudian slip) comments, I don't mean to pick on TheWidowDenk but she uses the word "fraught" in a weird context:

fraught:

1. full of problems, difficulties, or things that are confusing fraught with: a thousand-word statement fraught with ambiguities

2. mainly British involving problems that worry you
Things have been a bit fraught at home. She sounded a little fraught.

Getting some “OT Phenomena” going on here … I reposted the Almblad press release here: http://www.briefingwire.com/. I changed the title slightly and posted it this morning just before this topic hit my screen. Nice writeup, Robert … full of interesting data and fraught with ARC. L, Rachel

Right. I was, of course, trying very, very hard to communicate in such a way that no one in his/her right mind would take offense to it so that when he did take offense to it, it would make his irrational behavior obvious.

What Marty's comment, back to me, finally got me to fully see is that he would rather ALWAYS defend a sycophant over the encouragement of open dialog. He will never see me comment there again and that is his loss (but, of course, only in my opinion). Jeff Hawkins was a much better moderator than Marty will ever be but, then again, Jeff didn't let that pesky Scientology devotion get in the way.
