I watched the start and listened to the whole thing. I cannot believe anything so Orwellian would have been made after 1948.

Clarification:

Rick Moxon has not yet filed a lawsuit against AGP over his ownership of http://www.kendrickmoxon.com. He hired (Mormon) Utah attorney Steve Rinehart to represent into him in filing a dispute with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names & Numbers (ICANN) claiming that AGP's webpage is full of "malicious lies" and that Moxon's business has suffered financially as a result of the offending website.

Moxon is demanding a binding arbitration to be held. AGP & his attorney. Graham Berry, has not yet decided on whether to agree. AGP cannot be forced to participate. In several emails between Moxon & AGP & Graham, Moxon has offered to pay out-of-pocket, $3,400 for the webpage. AGP is demanding $10,000.

Moxon has responcded with alot of disgusting sniffling, "woe is me" comments about his financial limitations & disagreement that kendrickmoxon.com is worth $10K.

I suggested to AGP that he up his asking price to $25,000. The psychotic turd is wily enough that he can find some way to extract $25K from OSA Legal's unlimited litigation budget.

Will do. I was going to do some fact checking on them, but there are lots.

I've downloaded but not mirrored it yet. I figure it is better to mirror it AFTER it is taken down. If I put it on youtube, it means they have to make another complaint to get it removed.

I started reading the transcript that Paul posted below, and fact checking has already been done. It is interesting research, very thorough, although the author did not know who Marty Rathbun was.

Look at the source code for the page (Ctrl U on Windows). You have to do it twice, but it's pretty easy. This will show the actual URLs of the rutube videos, namely:
