The content of this video is priceless.

Thank you especially for mentioning that 70% of the auditing is repair!!! (That's a low estimate from my experience)The great irony is that the repair was due to Scientology.

Another salient point, the frequently heard refrain, "I will never go back to Flag," the "rigged casino."

What an important video for everyone to see. It not only covers the most violent upper management abuses, but gets right down to the overwhelming experiences of the average PC and student in their attempts to get up the 'bridge to total freedom' and what is really going on from when they walk in the door to when they finally leave for the day.

You really hit the nail on the head with the common denominator most members have experienced: the constant state of overwhelm members wind up in before and after a session because of the auditing experience, the case supervision and or the routing form lineup tactics. The tremendous amounts of wasted monies and wins spent on corrections, on past or current typical upsetting 'before session' reg experiences and those that occur after session, which puts PCs into a mental vortex of confusions and contradictions, robbing the PC of some degree or another of wins they had in session and the hopes they had when they set out to get the product of the service(s) they came to get in the first place. It's amazing that many members keep going back, but they do because they are locked into fear and confusion and don't even know it. And it remains unknown to the person until one has finally decided they have had enough, when reality hits, or when the body can't take the stress anymore, when debts become unconquerable, when perception of the bigger picture becomes unavoidable.

Every current and former scientologist will benefit from watching this video. The general public will benefit as being forewarned.

Thanks Karen. Well said. The COS really does operate on a 7 day judgement cycle. One week you're a god. The next week, you're a demon. Yike. THIS insanity devalues an individual in the deepest ways imaginable.

Aside from the abuse, it's a stupid and unworkable system.

The whole "you are only as good as this week's stats" mentality really pissed me off in the SO, as well as the frequent musical chairs. It killed any incentive to do any long-term planning (long-term in this case being "beyond next week"). There was little incentive to send your best people off for training, because you would lose their stats while they were gone. So when demands came to "send X people off to training, Now, NOW, NOW!", the people sent were often unqualified. Sometimes functional illiterates.

At one point in the SO, when I was starting to burn out, I deliberately strove to NOT have my stat go above a bare "Normal", because an affluence would just make things difficult to improve upon the next week. Instead, I adopted a strategy of stopping any focus on this week once I was sure I would get my "Normal", and started to focus on lining things up for next week, and doing organizing actions.

I finally figured out Hubbards bullshit about being "cause" on post is bullshit. Every stat in an org, comes from people paying money for services. No people paying money, no increase in stats. Every stat is dependent upon money in. Every stat in an org is then dependant upon Sales & Marketing & PR, thus

scientology is a Sales & Marketing & PR organization.

Of course, now, thru DM, scientology is a donation fund raising organization, same tune, different words. LOL

Hello Karen, I would like to ask whether your videos, or some of them, are available as audio only. There is much nonverbal information in any communication but still the most of your Scientology-debunking and historical information is in what you say, so... My reasons to ask this are rather dull and technical, not that I don't enjoy videos. Audio files would be smaller and therefore mean less traffic for download or streaming. Often I listen to vidos anyways while reading or doing something else... As nice as it is watching these videos, but for some time now I have frequently exceeded my GB pensum by watching all sorts of anti Scientology videos (and obscure music videos, thanks to the chatbox ). It doesn't make sense for me to go for a true "flatrate" (mobile) internet contract, because 1) the costs are considerable, 2) soon I will have much lesser time, and my usual contract for some GB has been sufficient for most of the time.

Protection of Scientology no how many wasted souls left in the trail has always been of prime importance. It's loosely called "security."
Now in more recent times, 4 contracts are signed, with plenty of fine print. There is no opportunity to take these out of the Church to show a lawyer. That would be considered TREASONABLE. These 4 contracts take away all power from the hapless newbie. It is all 100% in favor of Church interests.
In the first contract, the person signs that they understand and agree Scientology is a RELIGION. That they agree it is a RELIGION and that all subsequent actions are *RELIGIOUS" !!!
The public are not given a copy of what they signed and apparently no one asks for a copy of these 4 "religious contracts" designed by their many lawyers to protect the Church from law suits and more.

In my day, I had simply observed a decline from the happy camper gang that were all "doing the right thing" . . . then, around the time of the kill off of the mission network (say mid '82) fear more and more set in as everybody became suspect . . .

But this signing your life away before you actually get going in the scam is, well, a TOTAL SCAM! This alone will cause the kult to continue to shrink and collapse.

I'd love to read those contracts, and I dont belive they are actually are religious contracts and are corperate contracts with
the Corp known as Church of Scientology.

Someone really needs to test those contracts in a court of law as to whether they constitute a valid contract between an individual

They crept in and when you're a believer, and you trust the most ethical group on the planet, you sign. They make sort of a one way gate: if you want a copy, try to alter a clause, or refuse to sign - you are PTS and persona non-gratis. If you sign, you are sheep to be shorn.

It came to me one day that the outrageous lies Hubbard told - like breaking a bronco at three years old, act as a litmus test to determine if you are gullible or not. If you will part with your hard earned cash or not. Those lies separate the wheat from the chaff. They are there for a more compelling reason than self aggrandizement.
