A huge part of her flipped out fury may have been jealousy because she could see that Marty looks very relaxed and well, is now free of the constant, exhausting, cultic drama's and ... has a real life (though she kept telling him he should get one) while she is still firmly trapped and looks like shit on a stick.

Yeah, that kind of envy might have been there. I believe I have noticed that too. But aside from that, and a little bit of deliberately - if not desperately - concocted fury I saw no genuine emotions at all in her, nor in the others - except, if I think about it, fear of getting back into the hole and/or being punished in perverse and senseless ways, fear of failing with their mission. There was a nervousness and strained attitude in these people which isn't apparent in the average hired (Scientologist) bully. They might, also, have known on some level that this outcome was inevitable. Maybe all this was mainly some sadistic game of Miscavige. It is cruel. All this makes me angry. In some way, these people seem to be in a much worse situation than everybody who gets harassed by them. If their fate is that they are being stuffed again into this fucking concentration camp or however this places and condition should be called, which might, sooner or later, indeed happen, then they are even more victimized.

I understand that, with Marty trapped between court hearings, it would have been very risky to "engage" any contact, say anything friendly, because apparently then the restraining order would be nullified for this encounter, as has been pointed out. He's in a difficult situation and must not play around. So no, I don't imply that Marty "should" have done something along that line here, tried what is possible, etc. Excuse me, but that man just has not the personality of a martyr, and for me, that's fine.

Nonetheless, I really hope that there will be some other opportunities, where some form of contact to these people can be built up. It is important to spread the word how sick and haggard they looked, compared to older photos. That's not really something so obvious that it jumps into your face when glimpsing at some freeze frame from that blurred vid. I had to watch longer, too, to verify this. If only these people would stop to cooperate physically at some point to all this demeaning necrophile, destructive sickness, if they would only get that, essentially, the whole Scientology circus is one big sick mindfuck! It is perverse.

They are his direct subordinates, implicating them as the "culprits" in the case doesn't really help DM, in fact it hurts him. I just can't see any type of "fall guy" strategy working in the legal sense at all due to this.

I think Marty was in LA doing something that had DM enraged (maybe speaking to the two high-up INT blows of the last two years who have thus far remained silent?) Any way it had DM foaming at the mouth and he sent his little slaves out to "impinge' on Marty and I'm sure loaded them with things "to tell that CSSOB" because he's far too chicken shit to ever do anything himself. I think this was done to placate DM's rage. He knew it would be video taped, hell they were also video taping. I'm sure the trio's video was for the enjoyment of DM. They scurried back to INT with the tape and I would bet it pleased DM at the moment, probably told them what else they should have said to that SOB, etc....

If anything he probably thought Marty's video might be posted to his blog, and some worthless SPs watch it, end of story. I don't think he ever foresaw it going viral. I doubt he even understands the concept given the cult pays millions for really shitty web hits, the idea of people clicking and viewing something that doesn't require millions in advertising money to force it down their throats is a novel concept to him. (He's an old man - do you think he uses social media or anything of the sort? I doubt he really understands social media or the power it represents except in the sense of buzzwords and other BS fed to him by the marketing dept. and others.)

Now that it has I actually pity the trio because they are going to be in the RPF's RPF for such a "flap" and making the cult looks bad! I'm sure they are used to the whiplash from doing what they are told, then maybe getting a small word of favor and in a matter of 24 hours that turning into unbridled rage for "their" disaster. I doubt Jenny and the gang even understand what "viral" is or the idea that a million people will watch that video of their unhinged crazy rant. Jenny was cloistered in the SO well before the advent of the internet on a large scale - I'm sure if she's allowed to use it at all its only for email and maybe research? You would have to describe social media to her from scratch because she's never had any experience with it - she lives in a social isolation bubble. I agree with the rest of what you say.

No, subordinates are subordinates. If I am president of a company and my CFO beats up a former co-worker on a business trip our company is going to be sued. If some GAP store employees gang up and beat up a customer in the store, the company is liable. If some GAP Executives get together and beats up a customer on a business trip it is a shitstorm of epic proportions. The fact there is a TRO protecting Marty makes the whole thing just jaw dropingly stupid.

With the squirrel busters you had public CoS members and contract employees (PI's), not direct employees, not Sea Org members. So they weren't direct subordinates, but even then the cult admitted they had been hired or directed by the CoS in some fashion. The fact that these are SO members, but not just SO members they are executives - former WDC members and they have all held pretty high titles on the org board at various times. They live and work full time on the premise that DM controls. DM is CAPTAIN of the SO - the chain of command is very clear on this.

It's really stunning he would use SO members to do such a thing, much less INT SO members known to be right underneath him (at least on paper) in the command channels, organizational structure of the cult.

Up until this point he had used OT committee members, PIs, etc... which gave him many levels of removal from them AND it also meant these people have plenty of independent discretion in their actions. They are voluntary members of his organization or freelance contractors. To use a trio of top executives is stunning and makes him trying to deny knowledge of the action of his direct subordinates near impossible. Even if he can deny he ordered it (and they lie through their teeth as they always do and say it was their own initiative) it doesn't really matter because he (and his organization) is still liable. When he denies knowledge of their "mission" it becomes a matter of questioning if he has any idea what's going on in his own organization - an accusation no CEO wants to hear. It makes him profoundly ignorant of what goes on in his own organization at the very top, where he is supposed to be in direct control. He can chose to take that defense, but it still doesn't negate the liability for their actions - they were 'on the job" - as SO members they are always on the job. You can't say three co-workers at an airport together were there for anything other than work or business travel.

The problem with DM being COB in the eyes of the law is the buck ultimately stops with him. All the lies he can force his slaves to utter to the contrary don't negate that fact, just makes him seem like he employs crazy people and doesn't properly supervise them which is his job. Him claiming to be a shitty, unknowing manager of his executives isn't a viable legal defense.

Could DM have thought he could some how use this as a ploy to try and pin some of the fallout of the Mosey case on them? Who knows, he's liable to get any bizarre in his head about how to throw others under the bus, but he should have actually checked with one of his shady lawyers on the matter first, because he's fucked. His strategy makes no legal sense.

I WILL LOVE IT if this gets big enough that the cult has to issue some sort of response, because what the fuck are they going to say? These aren't "former SO members that were kicked out for their low morals," these are active, current, very high ranking SO members and INT executives.

Jenny was sent as the main spokesperson for the big CNN Andersen Cooper interview with the Scientology wives, even though her testimony wasn't really relevant (they were trying to smear and refute statements by Rinder, Rathbun and Hawkins). She was sent to keep the others on script and handle Andersen. She was a communicator for DM and I believe became a top executive in CMO. So a big plus is there is active, recent footage of her representing and defending the cult - they can't claim she is a nobody.

Yeager, holy shit, Marc Yeager IS the top of the SO food chain - CO CMO INT and Chairman of the WDC - that officially is the highest position in Scientology's international management! (even if he was just rotting in the hole for many of those years with his fancy titles) They can't dismiss basically there #2 leader as being some low level rouge member misbehaving, now can they?

The other guy is/was the head of ASI - a supposedly "secular" organization. They can't just claim these are minor, unimportant SO members acting on their own that will be disciplined and off-loaded.

This is the executive leadership of Scientology, with their sunken eyes and gaunt faces acting like rabid lunatics, spewing vile invectives at a former colleague in LAX, while a restraining order (for just this type of BS) is currently in place.

It's an awesome and epic footbullet. This going viral is the cult's worst nightmare. I can just imagine DM now blaming them all for creating this flap - which he ordered and scripted during one of his endless rage tantrums about Marty. I have my fingers crossed that coverage on this will get so big that they cult will be forced to issue some sort of explanation or comment, which will no doubt be a thing of beauty and lunacy. I'm sure 80% will be dedicated to smearing Marty, only making them look even worse.
