I have my own opinions. I am not going to adopt the opinions, or imitate people just because, according to you they are not dumb.

Using the names of people who are liked, perhaps even admired, putting them on a list, saying that you are joining them, suggesting that we (all, presumably) should do what they are doing and what you are doing.....It looks way to *controlling* for me.
And to imply that Marty is like all of the readers of ESMB is very insulting to a lot of people.

I think I understand this part:

It may need punctuation....or my brain might not be processing it correctly.
I would like to understand it, if you feel like rephrasing it?
