I just read the entire thread and put together some comments.
Marty's blog is a first step out for a lot of the hard core members that continue to support the cult. The Scn mindset is very firmly set in those that are still left in. Marty still speaks the lingo and doesn't talk about "confidential data" so it's a safe place for many of the borg members to get a first peek at critical information on the cult and DM.
When I first started reading ars 10 years ago I would never go to critical sites and was terrified that I would run into "confidential" info that would "harm my case". But the more I read, the more I wanted to read and so ventured off into critical sites. Hopefully, those that start with Marty's site will eventually move on to read more critical information.
It's kind of interesting what's happening these days from an historical perspective. I don't think anyone could have predicted that Marty and Rinder were going to blow and become part of the force to take down the cult. They're a very interesting element in this entire Soap Opera knows as "As Scientology Spins".
Marty and Mike are two very indoctrinated Scios. Add to that they were the two major players under DM for the past 20 plus years. I mean honestly, this kind of drama just doesn't get any better.
I think those of us that don't trust these guys have a real valid argument. These two have a history of being mean spirited fucktards. They caused a lot of disconnection and a lot of terror and horror in the lives of many Ex's and critics of Scn. So for me personally, it really hard for me to shed a tear when I read about how DM's cult took Mike's elderly OT 8 mother away from where she was living so Mike would not be able to see her.
Too Fucking Bad Mike. You can now experience the horror and upset that you personally caused in others by following LRH tech.
One of the first things I did when I started posting publicly under my own name was write up the evil I had perpetuated upon others and publicly apologized to them. This included ops I ran against Bob Minton and Steve Hassan. Mike and Marty are not apologizing for their evil, instead they just keep blaming DM for it.

My understanding is that he's doing all this because he wants to write a book and make money from it. If I'm wrong about this then I apologize but won't apologize for my views on him.
If you've ever read J.Swifts posts, you know the guy is full of shit. IMO, he's one of the main reasons OCMB emptied out and only his sycophants remain. MY personal opinion of him is that he's con man that believes his own shit. He believes he's part of the super secret cabal that has all the data on what's really going on behind the scenes. I have no use for the guy. He's one of those guys that writes long screeds that say little and attempts to just baffle you with bullshit. He's one of those guys that says he knows a lot of secrets but he's not telling you.

This will not end well.
Scios are a really whacky bunch, even the most well meaning ones. Once you get a bunch of Indie Scios together you are going to get factions. You'll get the true blue die hard kick in the teeth KSW bunch that will only have the "pure tech".
Then you'll have the Martites that pretty much follow the tech but avoid other tech that tend to be problematic.
For example, the Martites won't follow the policies on verbal tech. These guys are going to talk about the tech and that is a big NO NO to the purists. So a schism will develop and infighting and exposing of each others crimes will be a fun thing to watch.
Both Marty and Mike have been out of Scn long enough now and should have been able to read enough critical sites to realize or come to the conclusion that Scn is a fraud. If not they should be able to at least say that there's some serious problems with the tech. But no,
they want to blame DM for all the bad things about Scn just like DM blamed the GO for all things bad about Scn.
Even if somehow, we all manage to get DM ousted and put in jail, what then? Will Marty and Mike take over and just pick up where DM left it.
It might be a kinder and gentler Scn for a little bit, but then Mike and Marty will be forced to apply KSW and destroy their critics just like LRH said to.
I hope I am wrong. I hope Marty and Mike don't really have their sights set on taking over a billion dollars or so in an effort to expand Scn, once they get rid of DM. That would just prolong the war.

Both Marty and Mike tried to get start careers, but their isn't much need for an unemployed cult leader's water boy. They are not stupid, they know it's a pile of shit, but they also know there are plenty of stupid people who are willing to part with their money and give it to them, if they can make them feel like they are special beings. It is the only chance they have to make some decent money. What else do they have to make a living with, besides playing cult in the Freezone?
