Its the RUNNING PROGRAM.
The * running * program track is built on the 6th floor of the new Super Power Building.
This program was a punishment tool used at various Sea Org Bases for many years,
I have covered the torture (more mental than physical) of a 12 hour a day enforcement of running around a pole.
many INT Base crew were sentenced to it.
I heard that pricing was going to be $7500 to $10,000 for the privilege of you running around a pole for some weeks.
Well, It could happen. Some guy in all earenestness buys into it, is doing it and at some point while running around a tree or pole for hours on end is honest enough with himself to realise; "WTF am I doing?" "This is INSANE!" Promptly says "fuck it" walks away from it. Walks away from the cult and starts living. It'd be a hell of a cognition to happen all at once. ;-)
Kinda reminds me of Unk and Boaz in the caves of Mars in Kurt Vonneguts "Sirens of Titan."
