A couple of exes have hinted that the child molestation claims are probably false & a demonstration of the accuser's towards an ex-husband, and that if someone knew her child had been sexually molested, that person would immediately file a report with the police, and not just hint at it in an email.

There has been no indication that a police report has been filed anywhere in Orange County since Karen posted the email. Maggie M. joined ESMB & started a thread that she was OUT, but when queried whether she filed a police report, she neither responded or posted here again.

That has raised questions in a few people's minds. Accusing someone of sexual molestation is a very serious matter. If a child claims it happened, then immediate action needs to take place with law enforcement & child welfare.

However, falsely accusing someone of sexual molestation, which happens in alot in heated divorce & child custody cases, is also a very serious matter.

Thank you for confronting her with that information. It is a very serious matter indeed especially since she had the gall to put the man's name out there, on the internet, with claims of molestation attached to it. I found his facebook in 5 seconds flat.

If she is willing to put him on blast she should be open to the same scrutiny.

hey all. This is my story. Yes I have filed a police report. Yes it is being investigated by officials of the government and not the church. I am hoping to get a conviction in 2 states, when I do, i shall proceed further. I not hiding, i am not quiet, i have called, text'd and even written to the org for my declare, nothing yet, but im SUPER excited to get one!!! Like ive said, i even have a beautiful frame for it all picked out. I want my child to KNOW I stood up against the biggest racket, hoax of a destructive religion for HER! And no one will make her mom, who was the Dir I&R of OC, back down from justice! BOYAH!

And scrutinize all you want Adam... ive got nothing to hide. Im already divorced and my ex was not the perpetrator, my daughters father is backing me up.

My daughter does not lie. In fact, she tells me everything. So this was a shocker to me.

Im posting! This is not a joke, not my ex and not any other "rumor" to it.. .this is my child! He (the molester) was a staff member at one time, and my best friend! He did this, not her, not me HE DID. Its not a "flippant" accusation. If I can't get back up here... then fuck it... I might as well not even bother with it all right?

The sheriff's department is already investigating and are looking into it.

Accusing someone of molesting a child is a serious matter requiring more than just a public statement of accusation by an ex-wife. Until we see that charges have indeed been pressed against this guy, I'm not taking it as fact.

How did this turn out to be my ex-husband?! It was not my ex. I know this is a very serious accusation. i alerted my daughters father immediately, he wrote it up to the local Church (OC) and they contacted me for an additional report. When i explained I was filing charges, I was asked to hold off as HIS WIFE AND OTHER FAMILY ARE ON STAFF. When i agreed to wait until the metered interview, I was then told the church would do nothing...NOTHING...

What am I bothering here for? Probably a wrong idea to ask for support form this site. You guys are more judgmental and rumor mongers than the church is.

Can anyone put themselves in my shoes? What if this was your child? What exactly would YOU do to handle it? What if I accused you of "inventing" the whole scenario to get back at your ex, from which you've already been divorced from for a year and separated for over 5? What if it was you?

This has nothing...NOTHING to do with an old relationship. This has to do with my daughter. And she is EVERYTHING to me.

They're probably afraid of being "fair gamed". It's better to go to the police first. Once there is a police report, any harassment against the person reporting a crime becomes "obstruction of justice" and potentially invites serious police investigation.

Personally, if I were you, I would check with law enforcement and the judicial system (i.e. lawyer) and make sure that you are in no way endangering the case against this fellow by talking about it openly on public forums.

After this is done, and the fellow is convicted, I would LOVE for a detailed report, with all the savory details about how the Church of Scientology may have tried to cover it up. In some states it is a crime to even KNOW about child abuse and fail to report it. If in fact the guy confessed on a meter, and admitted his actions to Church staff, and they did nothing, THAT also might be a matter for the Sheriff. Maybe not, as I don't know enough about the laws. One thing I am sure of is that the Church of Scientology has most likely researched such matters intensively, since they routinely need to cover up such things when they happen in their sphere of influence.

I for one tend to believe accusers, especially when they are minors.

I hope that you and your daughter both are getting some local support from people who are not in any way involved with COS. Maybe you have already contacted some of these agencies, but just in case this information might be helpful to someone else who is reading here, here are some resources of possible help and support for your situation:

Sadly, this crime is all too common. I hope that you and your daughter will get the help that you need and deserve, and that the legal system will ensure that Justice is done in this case. Don't expect to get any help from COS or anyone still in. Deal with professionals in the real world for best results. Scientology's system of "Ethics" is a joke, just a smoke screen to keep victims from getting real, timely legal help regarding crimes against them.

But there is plenty of help available outside of the Cult, if you just know where to look for it, and are willing to accept help.

It will not hinder the case anymore than its already been hindered by the church, who gave marc the reports. Making the report was the big mistake for me. But on the other hand, I would have never known the church's abuses if I had not talked to them prior. Their "acceptance" of his actions is what led me to read more about it. I will keep information handy. Currently there is none to give as the investigation is being done.

Regarding this, I can share that in the State of California, ordained Ministers are considered to be state mandated reporters of sex crimes against youth and other abuse. So to the extent that ANYONE in COS wants to be considered as a Minister of a RELIGION , this law applies to them and they are liable for consequences for failing to report this crime to the proper authorities. This is serious! (Bogus Poseurs!)

But taking a bigger view, this is actually a GREAT board to reveal Child molestation.

First of all, a bunch of very effective Australians are on the board and they actually got an ARREST of a former "freedom of valor winner" Jan Eastgate for trying to cover up molestations.

I believe reports of molestation reported over and over on a single board give an overview of a repeating felony.

Yours was such fresh data, so recent that it showed there was absolutely no change of conduct within Scientology Inc. Anything, even felonies to cover up the so called "good repute" of the Church.

My 12 year old Alexander (now dead) was having sex with Marie Warren at the Flag Land Base. This was never reported to Clearwater PD and I only found out about it 2 years ago by others who had exited.

I have a dear friend who was a deputy district attorney for well over 20 years in Orange County and is more than familiar with this type of case.
Please call me, you have my number.

I was never able to get justice on Alexander, but by golly if I can get justice for some one else's child, that would be a great thing to do.​

I felt since the matter was made public, it would only be fair for you to elaborate or at least confirm or clarify the details. if you took my challenge as judgment then you misunderstood the nature of my statement. Something like this is a serious matter, posting it in public is a serious matter for both you and the people who moderate this board and the people involved in the situation.

In the age of information posting anything online is a huge step because things can get blown out of proportion or facts contorted very easily even by well-meaning individuals. It can get picked up and made viral by anyone. Posting anything online always comes with unforeseen consequences. Even if you think you have considered all of them.

So all judgment reserved, this is indeed a serious matter; both the crime itself and the fact that it was posted online.

You are very sweet. I thank you for your support. I have contacted a few agencies already. She does nto want therapy, but she will as Im sure they are going to make her re-live this several hundred times.

I never said you were lying, Maggie. You misunderstood my post. Sexual molestation of a child is a very serious matter and it should be taken very seriously and the police need to be involved. Fuck the cult... it is a known fact that Scientology leaders will pressure members to hide cases of rape & molestation if they perceive it threatens the cult's agenda in any way.

However, it is a known fact that some women in heated divorce situations where child custody is an issue, have filed false molestation reports against their spouses to express their anger towards them, to wreak revenge, and in recent cases, women have been prosecuted when the molestation charges were found to have no factual basis. I did not claim you were one of these women.

When Karen posted the email, several exes, including myself sprung into action to get dox on Marc Renard. Several sources, who live in Orange County, claimed that you were married to Marc Renard. That's why I posted he was "allegedly" your ex. Your email to Karen did not say whether you were married to Marc or not.

You claim that you have filed police reports in 2 states that are being investigated. There are a few here, including myself, that have sources that can confirm some claims, such as court cases (pending & closed) and whether police reports have been filed in some jurisdictions. I posted that I, personally, found no info to show police reports have been filed against Marc Renard. I did not say. affirmatively, you did not, as some municipalities are not as open to revealing whether police reports have been filed as most.

As anyone here who has done an online court case search can tell you, some states have a public access laws that allow anyone to access court case info & police investigation/arrest information. That is the case in California & Florida, which consider criminal & civil court records to be public record. There are some states & municipalities where this is considered confidential, and records can not be accessed.

There are also databases, i.e. the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) that is can be accessed by law enforcement personnel and private investigators who have law enforcement contacts. This is how OSA collects confidential info of individuals via their PIs...who were former cops & have friends that remain in law enforcement..

Maggie... you claim that people on ESMB are "as judgmental" and "rumor mongers" as in the cult. That is definitely not the case. There are those of us that want to fight the cult with truth & facts, not simply accusations.

I worked in the cult's dirty tricks department (OSA) for many years where is was totally acceptable to outright lie & manufacture very damaging false accusations against assigned targets, and in accordance with the HCO policy letter of 25 Feb. 1966, "Attacks on Scientology." we falsely accused others of sex crimes.

"Start feeding lurid, blood, sex, crime actual evidence on the attackers to the press....Don't ever submit tamely to an investigation of us. Make it rough on the attackers all the way....You can get "reasonable about it" and lose .... so BANISH all ideas that any fair hearing is intended and start our attack with their first breath. Never wait."

After I left the cult, and testified against in court cases, I became the target of OSA's "lurid sex crimes" & extreme homophobic accusations.

Unfortunately, over the last two decades, there have been some from the extremist element of exes & critics who believe it to be justified to "fight fire with fire" and to address the cult's abuses with the same diabolical methods that OSA uses against it's enemies.

I've been in your shoes. People should realise that a parent of a child who has been molested is a victim too. Even if noone says it you feel like you're dirty - there is this stigma that it has happened to your family - you feel an unspoken social blame. And besides all that you watch your child suffering and you feel that you have failed as a parent. It is a deep, deep wound in the psyche of any parent. You have my deepest sympathy - I mean that part in the most inner part of me reaches out to you at this time. Sending my love and heartfelt wishes for a brave new life for you all.
