Rex Fowler - A Potential Dangerous Case for Co$

This coiuld turn into "Follow the Money"!

I don't know the exact "lines" that are used to disperse money once someone "flows" it into one of the so called "secular" accounts of a "non-Co$" organization.

Now at this point we only have what? The Denver police?

Since there was movement of cash I am wondering if there is a potential for the feds to be looking into possiblle "money laundering"

If so I wonder how far the Forensic Accounting will take them?

I am keeping a close eye on this one.

I think so too.

People commonly murder other people for very few and finite reasons, one of them being to keep the victim from talking about something they know.

I have gotten the thought, as Rex's company was a hi tech company, and Rex was so heavily involved in the Church, that his murder victim may have found out that he was doing Internet work for the Church (in the war against Anonymous) that they could not ask a contractor to do. This is in addition to all the company's money he donated to the Church.

In that scenario, the solution to kill his partner and then kill himself, would fulfill the "greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics" - especially if his partner was threatening to go to law enforcement about it.

I hope they dig all the way to China on this one.

Good point. But it is more likely the murder victim had said he would speak out about the company money Rex gave to the CofS. Why complicate it?

We have to keep in mind that sometimes alanzo will purposely sell his post short, thereby baiting someone to counter something in it, thereby giving alanzo justification for rebuttal, thereby adding to the number of his posts, thereby confirming the theory that he is a stat pusher.

Q.E.D.

That is one of the reasons why I like him so much and pray that he never leaves here.

I'm already jumping for joy and giving myself high fives because he returned to the scnforum after throwing in the towel there.

Thank you, Rene, but my god.

It's the 5th post and you have already derailed your own thread.

Alanzo is back on the Scientology forum?

Too bad. I think it is a waste of time.

You won't convinced anybody of anything over there.

Here you can influence lurkers and people sitting on the fence.

And here, reasoning accounts for something.

Don't underestimate the Church's ability to exploit the law to avoid justice.

That is probably the only thing it knows how and does correctly.

Let's see what happens first before declare them the loser.

Indeed, exploitation does seem to be the most functional aspect of LRH 'tech' from what I have studied.

As I stated 'over there', it'll be interesting to see how supportive cult is of one of their own, I suspect though that the bus is already fired up and ready to roll...

What is the latest on the Rex Fowler thing?

Has anybody put up a website, like they did for Reed Slatkin, as a place to store the latest news and public documents that the legal process generates?

If Fowler still remains in the Scn mindset then he will be convinced by the Scios to just plead guilty and keep the cult out of this.

I recently had an opportunity to testify in a family court matter here in CT.

On of the parents was using Scn as an excuse to not see a psych. I was there to testify about Scn and their views on psychiarty, the tech, etc.

The Scio parent knew I was going to testify and obviously told the cult about it because an attempt was made to DA me as a witness.

When I arrived at court to testify, the Scio parent was there with two "church" members". I was told by the atty that I did not need to testify as the parent was refusing to testify and basically was not making Scn an issue any more.

This is what the cult does. They convince the Scio to NOT bring Scn into the courts and to make sure Scn is not an issue.

As long as Fowler remains a Scio, he will lie about the circumstances and keep Scn out of it.

If he fails to fall on his sword for the cult, then it will be very interesting.

Granted he might try to fall on a sword, however if some prosecutors or DAs have an inkling or even an imagination that there may be some Co$ wrongdoings involved they can still seek further evidence.

If money crossed state lines we could be talking big Feds barking at the door here.

There might not be enough swords in the armory for people to fall on.

Letting an SP collapse the stats of an Org is a shooting offence.

I've seen them do this, too.

When I was on staff, a woman came into the local mission to use Scientology to try to figure out what to do with her marriage and whether she should divorce her husband. The couple had a five year old child.

The husband was antagonistic to Scientology, and, since the woman wanted to become a Scientologist, all the "ethics handlings" where going in the direction of getting her to get a divorce from him, and to "disconnect", as he was such an anti-Scientologist.

Until the husband threatened to sue the Church.

The ethics officer and everyone else were immediately ordered by OSA to have the wife handle her marriage and get back with her husband, which she did. The ethics officer was praised for handling a potential legal threat to the church.

This is how they operate. There is absolutely no thought of the rights or well-being to the individual Scientologist - only the perceived welfare of the Church is allowed.

I am sure they have a team of people dedicated to keep Scientology out of the Rex Fowler trial by whatever means are necessary - including seeing to it that Rex stays "handled".

That poor guy.

He had this one shot in eternity.

Hmm, no pun intended. The words just shot off from my fingertips.

Uh, again no pun intended but this whole thing just blew me away.

Oh dear, I did it again.

One of the ironic things is this - the path that the bullet took through his skull, it exited out through one of his frontal lobes.

It's like he ended up giving himself a partial lobotomy.

He will never be eligible for services again except for a co-audit and courses.

But back to the more serious issues here...

If the DA thinks there is some tomfoolery on the part of the Church we could see a Grand Jury investigation on the matter of the cash flows.

Just think of the repurcussions if someone from within the church sent him an e-mail that said something along the lines of "You are going to have to get rid of him".

This could be so big that it is bigger than the Big Bang.

Really, I have to learn to watch it with these allegorical references.

This mirrors stories I've heard as well.
