Im not condoning all their actions, like Chechnia for example, or Georgia for that matter, or police bullies beating up people in gay bars, but really they don't give toss about Strassbourg!

The overwhelming majority of Russia's population lives in Europe.

Plus the territorial part of Russia that is in Europe makes it the largest country in Europe.

But I'm sure they couldn't care less about what a European court thinks.

I think banning them from Eurovision, UEFA cup and the European Cup would have more impact. Seriously, Russians won't care about the cash and will consider that a joke punishment.
