Scientologists prove they’re huge cheapskates,

HERE’S one thing we know about the mysterious Church of Scientology: It isn’t big on tipping.

On Friday, two delivery guys from a Los Angeles-area Papa John’s were not tipped after delivering 180 pizzas to the Hollywood Scientology building, reports TMZ.

The bill for the order came to $2593 and that’s exactly how much the credit card was run for — with no funds added for a tip.

In the US, at least a 15 per cent tip is expected for pizza deliveries.

The stiffed deliverymen are said to have made four trips between their Papa John’s and the Church of Scientology building to deliver the 100 pepperoni, 60 cheese and 20 vegetable pizzas.

After all that, the deliverymen ended up being tipped $US10 each by their manager.

An employee at the Papa John’s confirmed the report to Page Six, saying that deliverymen who had delivered to the building were usually tipped in the past.

The Church of Scientology has yet to respond to NY Post’s request for comment, but did tell TMZ it has sent a $US300 tip to the restaurant after finding out about the story.
