Has anyone ever seen something like a Scientology Concordance that lists all of the keywords in all of the books/lectures/etc in context and where to find them?

Are you thinking of the SIR system?Nope. Only thing I can think of in that regard is the INCOMM search engine thingee which searched all the HCOB's and PL's. I was impressed with it when I saw it in 1984, (pre Yahoo days) I thought, "hey, someone could make a lot of bux with this in the wog world."![]()

Make your own with Docfetcher:
It's not quite as pretty as SIR, but then you can add lots of stuff that SIR won't have if you wish to. And SIR isn't exactly generally available to exes.
Having said that, I don't use Docfetcher. I tried it once and the indexing noted literally thousands of errors, although that didn't seem to make it unusable. It would probably work better than trying to remember where I saw something, but I refer to Hubbard's stuff so little these days I never got around to trying it again.

Was also pretty impressed with staff members having email and being able to send messages back and forth.
..... I don't have all of the Scientology material in a searchable format on my computer, almost everything I have is physical books/CDs/etc.
The Scientology Technical Dictionary in a searchable format:

You have to admire the awesome drawings in that book.
