I fully share your views of Pratchett. Clearly the best British satirist since Sheridan. I always felt he had the absolute best description of 'upper level' case ever given. I posted it once in response to RogerB, and once again recently.

I agree. It's brilliant. My only question is: is this something he originated all from himself or did he get the germ of the idea from his friend & protege, Neil Gaiman?

He's good enough to come up with it on his own. However, his association with Neil is suggestive ....

regarding MSH, regarding David Mayo, Regarding Yvonne, regarding myself, and perhaps you, whoever you may be reading this.

We all alloyed our basic good natures and purposes to the craft of Hubbard. Whether for a short time or an extended period. We chose what we considered the greatest good. We tried to make it all work. What we had to find eventually was the kingpin, the Capo Di Tutti Capi (The Boss of Bosses), was not taking the ship to where he stated, but instead, his agenda was rotten to the core.

We all made little and big sacrifices, crippled our integrity in areas, and in general, compromised our personal rightness.

The closer you got to him, the more he feared you, and the more easily he would have you attacked. Far away from him was much safer.

The more power you wielded (Yvonne, Rocky Stump, John McMaster, Ray and Pam Kemp, Jack Horner to name one or two), the more readily he would have you offed.

It was all about his personal power. Once you got that cognition, it was time to leave. Up to your leaving, you were aiding the cult status. To various degrees you were also helping the forces of goodness and right in the fight against LRH greed, otherwise, you wouldn't have been staying.

I remember having left the Co$ in 1976 because of the greed. I got regged for Flag in 79. The first evening I was there, eating with about 20 friends. They each told me the same story, they were regged, they arrived, and then were told they needed another intensive, minimum, to start. At that point, having been there 4 hours max, I was ready to leave. The greed was still driving the organization. The greed emanated from the top.

I'm sure David Mayo was fighting the greed. I'm sure my friends, who were in powerful positions were mitigating the greed from DM and his cronies, but the source was the big bossman.

A Judas goat [FSM's and staff] is a trained goat used at a slaughterhouse and in general animal herding [up the Bridge]. The Judas goat is trained to associate with sheep or cattle [raw and not-so-raw public], leading them to a specific destination [up the Bridge]. In stockyards [at Int.], a Judas goat will lead sheep to slaughter, while its own life is spared. Judas goats are also used to lead other animals to specific pens and on to trucks.
The term is a reference to the biblical character Judas Iscariot.

The phrase has also been used to describe a goat [Ethics and OSA] that is used to find feral goats [critics] that are targeted for eradication. The Judas goat is outfitted with a transmitter, painted in red and then released. The goat then finds the remaining herds of feral goats, allowing hunters to exterminate them (wiki).

#1. In order to Spiritually 'understand' anything, one must come to experience being One with 'that thing' (for Spiritual understanding grows from the inside out, and not the other way around). Think evil (for the moment).

#2. In order to become One, with anything One isn't, it is necessary to lose sight of what One is (temporarily). Spiritual amnesia as an act of intelligence experienced as wisdom when it's done, it is called.

#3. In space & form & time.

Hopefully that is enough, for now, to help you regain your Loving memory, of Being the One that you are, Face.

And until you do, we will do it, for you.
