The 8-th Dynamic -- God Hubbard

As I have stated before, The eight dynamics are evil. At least, the way they are suppose to be your guide for ethical behavior is.

In a Scilon's mind, anything you do for the cult, no matter how criminal or evil, would still qualify as the 'greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics' as the cult is the only hope for mankind!

The higher you go on the list, the less you are able to really judge what's good or not, anyway, with zero ability to determine that at the eighth. It just allows people to justify even the worst behavior. It's the ol' 'end justifies the means' ploy, which has motivated some of the most evil activity in history, with a more detailed, intellectually satisfying facade.

THAT! ^^^^^

That is the "logic" that turns everything about Scientology into pure bull shit.

The solution to the equation of "the greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics" is always BIASED with the deck stacked in favor of the Church of Scientology. It needn't necessarily be that way, but that is exactly the way it is in the Church of Scientology.

The "logic" is simple really, as the solution does follow naturally from the "assumptions" (of course, the assumptions are false). In a strict "on-policy" KSW view, ONLY Scientology can prevent the entire collapse of the universe along the dwindling spiral. In the minds of over-indoctrinated Scientologists, Scientology holds the ONLY valid answers for society, handling crime, Man, disease, war, eternal freedom, drugs, expanding any group, ad nauseum. To them, Scientology is the KEY to survival of anything else on ANY dynamic.

Scientologists truly accept and believe that Hubbard delineated the very "secrets of the operation of the universe", and that only Scientology possesses the tools and drive to solve all of Man's many problems. They BELIEVE this shit completely. Thus, to them, from that "understanding", ANY solution of the "greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics" MUST include benefiting Scientology, because upon Scientology hinges EVERYTHING else. If anyone denies that this is the way it plays out, they are either stupid, blind or doing what the C of S does best - lying.

Rmack, it isn't that the "dynamics are bad", or that even the concept of trying to solve with the notion of the "greatest good" is bad, it is that always solving with the fixed bias that Scientology must always benefit in any solution of the equation IS VERY BAD. Anything that appears to "help" Scientology takes total seniority, and that includes harming anything that one thinks or believes to be "damaging to Scientology".

They truly ARE a crazy bunch of Mothertruckers.

FANATICS! Total fruitcake fanatics.

Well, the concept is an interesting way to look at things, but I still maintain it's evil, because what else would you do with that compartmentalizing scale but judge the benefits of any behavior?

As I said, the deeper in you go, the more arbitrary and nebulous it is to determine what's good or not. razing a rain forest and turning it into a housing tract with farm land might benefit every dynamic up to 4, while harming the fifth and sixth, with no way to determine the others, so it's good? Perhaps not. I think it's an oversimplification. Mere mortals aren't equipped to make those sort of calls.

But, as we both agree, all it really does is give someone an excuse to do anything if they think it benefits their cult, which is the one true religion in their mind.

"He's told (an individual) what the eighth dynamic is: "god is
everywhere, god is everything, god is in everything, god is
outside of everything, and it's in everything, and it
watches you, ......

"Hm-mm, there's something wrong with
this. I wish I had a little privacy." And this is hard on
him.

So if he's accepted this - this concept or this description
- which is perfectly true... I mean, god is everywhere... he
isn't watching you... "

Only LRH is watching you masturbating

I agree with you, although I see the things a bit differently -- to me the other 7 Dynamics are a bunch of trivial stuff that anyone, not just LRH, could come up with. Of course, this primitive stuff is used to keep people in the Sci cult, as you explained.

Virtually everyone (except Scientologists who know how to know) knows the secret "clear cog", because it has been widely published on the internet.

Virtually no one knows the super-secret "ethics cog" that is the answer to every one of the 75 million doubt formulas that have been successfully completed by Scientologists.

SPOILER ALERT!
DO NOT READ PAST THIS SECTION IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ETERNITY WITH SCIENTOLOGY RUINED!

The only correct answer to "What is the Greatest Good?" is.................

........I am warning you.

.......Really, if you read the ethics cog, you could freewheel.

.....Are you sure you want to know what the only acceptable answer is?

....Proceed at your own risk.

....If you end up trapped in MEST hell forever, don't say I didn't warn you.

....Well, whatever happens, don't blame me!

The GREATEST GOOD is always-------

MONEY FOR SCIENTOLOGY

That's the advanced tech that Scientology depends upon for its survival.
