To each his own - but I have my take on that.
It seems each of us tend to "want" something than sometimes is expressed as a "goal" or even seen as a " perfection".
Seems like as we learn from life we move ( change if you prefer ) on own " wants" ( goals or whatever one calls it ).
At a glance it seems we never get there ! Hmm, 'twas we who moved our own " wants " ( etc ).
Sometimes it seems the beauty of life - if not what really should be cherished along the way - in the journey, the pursuit, the chase rather than the attainment of it.
As a wise one once said " Stop & Smell the roses along the way ".
Today I had reached an extreme low point in my life [in a way],
then the telephone rang ... and things started to look a little better ...
I still see no reasons for cheering.
It seems like I can never ever get what I want.
It had taken lots of serious convincing to bring me to that point,
therefore I'm still rather seriously convinced of that. ;-|
Of course I don't like it, therefore I may be liable to get rid of it, as soon as such would be possible.
