Well, FoTi,

I see a process running here :D

Yeh, I saw that too. You said something positive to me and pandora's box exploded and I threw up in everybody's face. :roflmao:

Yeh, that positive processing really kicks butt. Didn't take much, did it? I want to thank you for opening the door for me here.

I suppose the smart thing for me to do would be to let it run for a while longer . . . but I have traffic on my lines that might prevent me following up with you later at a more ideal time.

So, here I am now.

Several things revealed in your actually, very good and honest post:D

So I'll take it from the top.

We have a very well demonstrated piece of tech in Kn; it is this.

When one attempts to use one's powers/abilities or practice one's virtues, one tends to trigger the charge connected to them. That is, when one attempts the positive the negatives often get triggered into involuntary replication . . . and this is so because they, as negative life force charged expressions of their corresponding positives are sitting there with the positive to be also be empowered and triggered into manifestation.

:omg: Yes, they sure do. This ESMB positive processing is pretty potent. :sparky:

Now, you actually have the tech to handle all of that and you also have the spiritual horsepower to handle it . . . I know this because I remember you picking up on the Spiritual Team-mate process I put on Ted's thread on "How Dangerous is New OT 7?".

You simply and smoothly picked up that process and reported a win from using it! That's pretty high-toned and able!

Now, what is indicated in your post above is simply a lot of expressions of the moods you have gone into relative to certain issues. Note I am being specific here . . . . this is not a general and catastrophic scenario . . . it is specific to particular things and endeavours in your life.

Well, I have put the processes to handle these on ESMB  And you can run them solo.

You already have the unpleasant sensation and moods handling process . . . it's the "Experience/Create Process". You could also the "Basic Chronic Mood Handling R/D" I posted recently that CarmelO had a win using.

That was a ways back. Do you by any chance remember which post that was?

You also expressed some "Thoughts" you have accepted as "belief systems" and limiting paradigms . . . . well, you handle these with the "Thoughts are Things Handling" I posted also on this thread.

Geez....this thread is so long, we need an index for the things on it. :melodramatic:

All can be done solo:yes:

And one begins from where one is:D

Where else could one begin from? :confused2:

And for the record, I'll tell you that I have been further down than I think you currently are . . . and I had no one to guide and help me but myself and my old tech. But I simply intended to survive, and I gradually lifted myself out.

This is good to know....it gives me hope.

In some respects, I think it is possible you are quite fortunate to be aware of your "condition" as you are . . . you are right there with it and can do something about it and convert it all to positive.

I sure hope so.

Compare that to those who are in delusion as to where they're at and what is what. You actually have the right items to now convert to positive!

I do?

What a gift!

Okay.

I would say you are in the fortunate position of being able to correctly lift yourself out . . . and at the very worst massively improve your condition to the extent that you'll be in much better, even wonderful shape for the addressing to your next lifetime.

I definitely would like that.

It was one of my old processing goals when I was in rough shape you know. My hope was to at least fit myself out for a better address to my next lifetime . . . . but wonder of wonders, I surpassed that and how!

Nice win! I would love something like that.

So yes, My Dear FoTi, some hot key negatives have manifested into sharp reality for you . . . GOOD! Now you have them available to do something about cleaning them up and recovering all that life-force back to positive and under your knowing control.

Okay. Thank you.

And all it takes is a little session each day . . . I do mine first thing in the morning. For me they only last 15-60 minutes . . . depends on what I have to handle. And the processes I listed above are among my most regular menu items.

Okay.

:D:yes:

Thanks for your help Roger. I'll see what I can do with this.

Last night, I also received several pms from others on ESMB. It was so nice to know that some people here cared enough to offer to help me out. I was PMing with a couple of them until 8am in the morning. It was so good to have somebody safe to talk to. They were wonderful ESMB angels. They just let me blather on. Thank you angels for your time, your kindness, your love and your help. I am so glad you are on this board. And thank you Emma for putting the board here, because without you putting ESMB here for all of us, this would have never happened....I would not have had this experience and I would not have learned about these wonderful people. ESMB is truly a great place with some very wonderful people!

Love you guys. :grouphug:

I have total support for you, FoTi. If I have said anything to offend or hurt you - though I doubt that I have, then I apologise fully.

But t seems as though Roger is willing to discuss something now - which is all that I ask of him.

No offence intended anywhere - I have been very careful to avoid such.

Leon, you weren't bashing me.....you were bashing Roger.....and he was doing a wonderful job trying to help me. Why would you try to bash him in the middle of doing that? But, since you brought it up, yes, it was offensive to me indirectly and seemed totally uncalled for and I couldn't understand why you were acting that way towards him. I didn't like it and I was about ready to give you one of these...:buttkick:

Thanks Carmelo! What LRH did by writing that lie in KSW #1 really gets my "Irish" up. I am ready to take him on mano a mano. I thought twice about writing such strong words about a man I once revered but when you look at what he did by false aggrandizement of his own achievements and his negation of the great achievements of others what you see is is neurotic, an "only one" and a narcissist. I agree that in several ways he was brilliant perhaps a genius. A lot of his teachings worked and helped many, including me but the indecent side of him is so odious to me, it makes me sick. He prays on the noblest and most selfless and godlike characteristics of mankind and makes a mockery of them, using them under false pretenses for his own personal gain, all the while playing the part of "mankinds greatest friend."

Going back to the Lakester of 1970, I did real good with Bill Franks and leaving the L.A. Org for CCLA. When the Don Keeler incident hit, I should not have gone into Treasury but just quit and transfered over to ASHO. When the toilet paper incident happened, I should have written Yvonne a letter telling her I refused to be shunned and the real culprit, Tom, should be shunned and not me. When Yvonne posted Kitty as my senior I should have tenedered my resignation and walked out. Ditto when I was passed over for the FBO job. When I became Treasury Org Officer about two months before I went to Flag, I should have demanded to sit at the executive table. When I got to Flag, I should have refused to accept the job talking on the phone in Portuguese because there was no Hat Write Up. Ditto with the CCLA Programs Chief job.

I should have demanded a post that was commensurate with my abilities. Being an auditor was my first choice but if I went into admin, I should have got a more flamboyant job. As the youth say today, I've got "skills". Back in 1970 I already had my encyclopedic memory. and a large fund of knowledge and trivia and I was a very good joke teller, especially of Jewish jokes. It ran in the family, my Dad was good at it and my Brother was world class. My Brother, Dan Linker and I would meet at New York George's near the complex and tell jokes for hours. Also, I was a very good writer, even then. I think I really should have gone into journalism or if in Scientology, I could have got into the Pubs Org. Robert Vaughan Young, whom I greatly admire, had the type of job which I was capable of doing. I believe I have as many skills as he had, I should have achieved at his level.

Here on the Board, there are a lot of extremely gifted people. It is so valuable to interact with people of equal and higher abilitiy than yourself. Yvonne Jentzsch always used to promote doing that with regard to tone scale and I think it also works when applied to ability. Almost no one can lay claim to be the best in important categories of life. As someone recently wrote, seeking to be the best is a losing game. A beautiful woman, a handsome guy, no matter how attractive, there is always someone better looking and the same with intelligence, talents and skills. The real gains are made in being the best you can be but not comparing yourself to others. I believe that is a precept of Buddhism. Perhaps even more important is in being your self. Every person has great internal beauty. If you can succeed in being yourself, I think people will find and recognize your beauty and want to be connected to you.

There are a lot of big Egos on the board here but I believe we on this thread are to an amazing extent not attempting to assert our egos so much but instead we are into exchanging ideas and presenting our concepts of truth, attempting to both teach others something but more importantly to learn from others.

Sure there is a little competition to make an interesting post or show more insight, wisdom or humor than the guy who just posted. Life would be boring if we did not test ourselves and our abilities against those of others.

SUMMARY
I was the same guy in 1970 that I am now in most areas. The main difference is I have learned a lot of the lessons of life in the last 40 years plus I have had a long marriage and helped raise two kids. The one big difference is what Carmelo says I have grown bigger cajones. The biggest reason for that to be honest with y'all is the success I have achieved in starting this thread. I was just a lowly Director of Disbursements at a Class IV Org and left there 37 years ago. Almost no one on ESMB knew of me, just Hector Carmona and Chris Many who do not post here and then there was Rae, aka Sherry Katz, who remembered me a little and Purple Haze who was a Class VIII and very important back in 1970 but had a slight memory of me and my brother and then Gary York just surfaced who I barely knew. No one else ever heard of me and yet our thread is in Power and will soon pass 100K in hits. I look at that and think, "I must have done something right for this to occur" and then I feel a stirring in my jockey shorts and sure enough, my balls have grown a bit bigger.

It's wonderful. I really enjoyed reading this.

I wish you could get Hector to come over here on this board. He was my favorite reg. He never put any pressure on me in any way. He just sort of sat behind his desk, and we'd postulate what I wanted, and we'd fill out these phoney postulate checks and then things just began to happen and I'd showed up with the money shortly after that. It was kind of amazing to me. I thought Hector was really cool. I also thought the SO was stupid when they got rid of him. He was a real asset to CC, in my estimation. He was always really nice to me. What is he doing these days, anyway?

I only have one breast (masectomy),

Back around 1969 at the LA Org, there was a pretty girl running around braless with only one boob. I admired her sense of self, her poise and self confidence. She pulled it off totally. Nobody gave her sympathy. I never have known the story behind it, and it doesn't really matter. What was great was her complete ability to be there with what she had, and no apologies or falsie.

Thanks FoTi, as Roger said, its empowering to be duplicated by good people and you are one and you did! I am so happy for you that Roger is working with you and the processes you are runing are biting! Roger's assessment of your potential gains, etc. is extremely encouraging; also, his actions speak louder than words as to his motives.

About Hector, he is not retired and he still works but I have no idea what he does. The three conversations I have had with him, we just start discussing the old days and various people we mutually knew and he usually brings me up to date on them. I will PM you his contact information and you can contact him directly.

Please give us updates as to how your processing is progressing. Many of us are intensely interested and want to stay abreast of how you are doing. How about that word, "abreast"? when it looks as if breast cancer is the next topic up for discussion on the thread.

Betrayal Of Self

Betrayal of Self.

The last few days have called to my attention something I discovered and undid for myself some many years ago. It is something I see evidenced on ESMB all the time among some.

It is a subtle thing: something we unwittingly did to ourselves when we first considered L. Ron Hubbard had greater wisdom than us personally, and we thus abandoned our own truths, power to know and personal certainty in favor of his.

It was the moment we individually became cultized and lost our own determinism and ability to discover and know in our own right, but instead became dependent on Hubbard’s doctrines.

Some are still hung in that moment of what is actually a betrayal of self: that moment of the ceding our own sovereignty to another; the loss of one’s own certainty.

Some on ESMB are free from it. Some don’t know they are in violent opposition to it, protesting it but still stuck there. Others are still in it, seeing his wisdom as the greatest of all to not be violated.

Personally, I feel we each have the right and duty to know for ourselves; to investigate, research, discover and come to our own certainties of what is.

In my view, to do anything else is a betrayal of self and of one’s own honor and sovereignty.

As a young man, I did that to myself, unwittingly. And I paid a heavy price for it . . . though the spiritual damage of it is now repaired and long gone, the lost opportunities caused by it are also gone and they may or may not be recovered.

Either way, it is a lesson learned, the knowledge of which I’d like to offer to my friends on ESMB.

Yes, Roger, you call our attention to, state and summarize this very important point which is common to virtually everyone on this thread. What you say is perfectly stated,

I am working on handling two issues, first, the lost opportunities caused by it which may or may not be recoverable and second, fighting off the temptatioin to break totally and cleanly from Hubbard and sever all ties.

On the first count, I went half a lifetime under Hubbard's spell. There were many lost opportunities. If there was more time in a lifetime, many of those opportunities could definitely be recovered but due to the limited life span we have many of them will have to wait for another lifetime and a fresh start.

On the second count, Hubbard is one of those persons who it is hard to totally disconnect from because of the dichotomies of his personality. I would like to just dump him in the trash can as Helluva Hoax has done but I can not in good conscience do so. He still must be acknowledged and honored for the good things he has done. He helped a lot of people and organized and packaged a lot of important data and presented it to the world. Though it is not the end all and final word in all cases as he asserted, it still provides the basis for further study and research by other reearchers in the field as Alan was and you are.

The Dalai Lama Says...

Dalai Lama: "When we develop patience, we find that we develop a reserve of calm and tranquility. We tend to be less antagonistic and more pleasant to associate with. This creates a positive atmosphere around us and it is easy for others to relate to us. Better grounded emotionally through patience, we become stronger mentally and spiritually, and tend to be healthier physically."

Patience, I find, falls by the wayside as program targets and stats become all-important. Contrast this with the auditing/processing room where the guiding rule is, "It takes as long as it takes."

Sometimes, yes. I think Ted mentioned it the other day, in terms of spiritual helpers telling one that such and such is on a particular radio channel and so on. With this particular one I was in the middle of working on the latter stages of PaulsRobot L1C and got a "nudge" to hightail it over to ESMB right now. I usually respond to such nudges, and did so this time. You must be familiar with this phenomenon too.

I think that as one develops one's affinity for and comm lines into the spirit world, and responds to such communications, one becomes more in tune with the help available like this. As I mentioned elsewhere, for now I have my PaulsRobot RAW4 module available for free download, a zip file of connected web pages about of 10 MB total, and needs Internet Explorer to play the background audio but can be used without. RAW4 is all about reaching and withdrawing into and from the "parts of man," one part of which comprises the seven auric layers and the spiritual beings that inhabit several of those realms.

Hubbard took up this topic in a lecture

Dalai Lama: "When we develop patience, we find that we develop a reserve of calm and tranquility. We tend to be less antagonistic and more pleasant to associate with. This creates a positive atmosphere around us and it is easy for others to relate to us. Better grounded emotionally through patience, we become stronger mentally and spiritually, and tend to be healthier physically."

Hubbard addressed this topic in a taped lecture as I recall. He stated that the Ural mountains were the original dividing line between the Eastern world (the Orient} and the Western world (Occident). For those that went East, pickings were slimmer, vast deserts, sandstorms, causing peoples' eyes to be more slanted, and the necessity to devlelop patience as a survival skill. Both game to eat and orchards with lush fruit trees were few and far between. Mankind in the Orient developed patience as a survival skill.

West of the Urals there were lush orchards and the land was teeming with game to eat. The approach to life had to be different. One had to seize an opportunity, stalk game, move in for a quick kill, and quickly get out with the spoils of the kill. Urgency of quick action and the quick kill were the key survival skills in the West. I know this is oversimplified but believe it is a fairly accurate representation of the two types of societies.

Hubbard definitely chose the Western model as his basis to grow Scientology. He was already 39 when "Dianetics" was published and he was concerned of the threat of nuclear war plus he must have been tired of having to eke out a living by typing stories for a penny or two a word. He initially wanted to score a quick kill.

You make a very good point, Ted, about the sanctity and lack of rush when considering the auditing room. Inside the auditing room, there had to be peace and quiet and no distractions and "It takes as long as it takes" ruled the day. In tech, boasting of speed of delivery was even made a High Crime, I believe. (DM recently started trashing that rule and nobody notices or objects or cares).

In the other parts of the Orgs, Time Machines, Stats, Targets and the like ruled the day. There was no room for patience. Staff were encourage to run from place to place, never walk slowly. I remember walking down the halls at a leisurely pace and Kitty or Irene Howey would come behind me and playfully push me in the back and encourage me good naturedly to "speed it up"

Anyway, Ted, you make a very good point in your above quoted post from the wisdom of the Dalai Lama.

This explanation seems to make sense. I bought into it, too. It seems to make sense, yet it is inconsistent with other aspects of scientology cosmology. How does this explanation fit with invader forces, implanting, OT-3, and so on? And how did Africa play into hubbard's equation? Africa is said to be the seat of humanity. We are all of Africa. Africa has its deserts, rivers, and forests. One needs to move slowly and hide effectively, yet run fast to avoid the wild animals and differing tribes of Africa.

Furthermore, Hubbard ridiculed Darwin saying that there is no evolution, that animals and other life forms do not evolve but are mocked up as-is. So which is it, Ronnie?

Ron was always positioning above, for, against, whatever, to his advantage. Think of the words hijack and hijacker to describe how hubbard operated. This is how many politicians, radicals, union bosses, and others operate as well. They hijack something already in existence then bend the activity to their own purposes and advantage. Our healthcare system has been hijacked several times over since the '50s. The Democratic party has been hijacked. There are many examples.

As for hub's concern over nuclear war, I believe this was just a popular subject of the '50s that hubbard attempted to hijack by positioning himself and scientology against.

My advice: Take nothing the man said or wrote without yourself first inspecting the veracity of his statements.

Auditing, in an optimum situation, doesn't take place as much in the physical universe, as in the spiritual realm(s). It is a horse of a different color.

I live in California, where everything from freeways to contracts to mowing the lawn is rush rush. It is called "life in the fast lane"

When someone, who is working for me, is moving slowly, I encourage them to action -- power equals speed of particle flow. I can debug a slow mover or fire them, but I won't tolerate slow as a modus operandi.

I find myself tapping my fingers waiting for the microwave to beep. Microwaves seem to move at glacial speed, as do pots of water boiling ( a watched kettle never boils). I can't imagine crossing the Oregon Trail in the 1840s, being miles from the next cell tower, not having any electricity to plug the microwave into.

Nice!

It is a faculty that I find is native to us. Fortunate, or gifted, are those who have it (or at least some remaining parts of it) intact. Many have occluded it under denials and abandonment.

I think, like Dart, I entered Scientology kicking and screaming.

I had disagreements from the get-go. "Love" was more a primal urge, to me, than "survive." DSMSMH didn't even take into account past lives. Goldenrod disconnections seemed draconian.-- You get the idea.

Nevertheless, I wanted the goodies. I bought some of the BS as part of the whole.

Finding the out points has been like finding multiple needles in a haystack. Every now and again, I find a whole bunch more.
