I might add that auditing, since it is physically passive, but spiritually effective, will often, in the future, be the only safe way to deal with conditions, in the current world full of hostile surveillance, and increasingly oppressive control methods. That way, you can be physically passive, but still survive.
Auditing may (actually does) change things,, when nothing else can get through.

MOTIVATOR CHAINS, REALLY EXIST.
OWs, FPRD, and perhaps lots of other Processes, are wrongly audited to make the PC into a sweeter, victim. The OW, and FPRD processes seem to be intentionally engineered to pacify those who protest, against, or revolt against mismanagement, unjust administration, even robbery suppression, and mayhem. Junior staff could never get any support against exec crimes, because of misauditing.
Years later, I did not realize why physical scraps occurred, after so much self auditing, It was because of running sins committed against myself,( Motivator Chains), just as happily as withold chains. and became free, of Wussy making FPRD, and OW processes. My motto for twenty years, was, "Today is a good day to die.", and a happy motto it was.
It was long past due time to balance the motivator flow. Then the suppressive demons became clear to me. Demons could be attacked, in their own home ground, only if you gained the awareness from auditing motivator flows.
I will smack down the next guy, who tries to tell me that all my wounds are mere motivators, because of my witholds. Fer Gawdsake, sins against oneself, really are sins, and they have real charge, not to be sloughed off, ignored, diverted from sessions. Sins are harm, done on any flow.
Overts and motivators are flow specific sins, named, in a flow specific manner. So throwing out half the reading items, is a spiritual crime. Ah, but many do wish to...
If someone harms you, and yours, there really really really is valid charge on being suppressed, oppressed, injured, cheated, you name it, and in order to get good at resolving the matter, you must recognize that there really really are motivator chains, of sins, as well as withold chains, of sins. There is a dipole here, horribly out of balance in the Cos.
If you audit a crime committed against yourself, through its basic, you soon decide to do something about it, instead of accepting, as a passive victim. If you audit only witholds, you are easily guided into accepting your victimizations graciously. We know that passive acceptance is suicidal, yet Scios gravitate that way. Now you know why.
OW's and FPRD were, and are being wrongly used to make Scios, and staff, into shit eating, passive victims.. Heber Jentsch, being so often beaten, by the Cabbage is a prime example of too many sec checks. I wondered how the Cabbage could beat on his execs. Now it is clear. Just give them enough suppressive introverting withold auditing, without running the motivator side. Ron damn well knew that, and he must have done it on some covert design.
Being a rebel without a Church, allowed a big life saving no no -- ran the damn motivators, any time I pleased, in a dipole style FPRD, instead of always, suppressively switching the session topic, to my witholds. Gawd damn Gawd Damn, it so obvious now. Sin flow imbalance horribly harmed all Scios, and easily caused the collapse of the Cos.

If you run FPRD on an item of natter, resentment, and so on, be very careful that there is not a genuine oppressive, suppressive, demonic being, or insane group abusing the pre OT. Balance your dipoles, and run all motivators, like they deserve to be run.
A horrible erroneous, criminal auditing command, is to switch PC attention, off tons of correct charge, with the command, "Do you have a similar overt, or withold, of your own?" The guy said he had charge on something that was done to him, and that is damn well, what he should be auditing. You can pick up the other pole later.

For myself, I come not to praise Hubbard, but to bury him.
With my own thoughts AT THAT TIME about things he did back in the 60s and early 70s, when I was part of the group, He was the top banana. His overall product was to raise tens of thousands of good and smart people's hopes, and then to crush them.
Compare him to P. T. Barnum. The Greatest Show on Earth is still playing to sold out audiences across the globe. The Co$ is going down the toilet.
Perhaps a better comparison is to William Shockley, who gathered great minds here, in Silicon Valley, and then to cause them to leave and form the major foundation corporations of the computer age. Shockley was a catalyst, but ended up on the trash heap of history.
I'd much rather talk about positive personalities who have lived on in people's lives, and hearts.
I'm on my iPhone, and it's too much trouble to posts photos or videos.
So for a snappy ending to this post, go outside and look at the stars or the sun and sky, and dream great dreams. The next step is to help make them come true.

IMO the two biggest actions of commission or omission which led to today's C of S being what it is are:
#1 - Hubbard did not apply the stated tenets of Scientology to his own behavior.
#2 - A most important example of this was his not applying his Power Change formula to select and appoint ethical and well trained people to take over his various hats before he died.
He seems to have started on this road in 1982 by appointing Mayo to be the top tech person and Bill Franks to be the top Management person but then he ceased doing anything more at that time.
Oh well, we've covered this topic thoroughly on this thread for the last 3 years and others have covered it on ESMB and elsewhere as well, going back many more years.
Its interesting to study the past, especially the not too distant past and piece to together the elements of what took place. Sometimes doing this may prevent a person from making mistakes which he now knows others have made. Still, studying the screw ups and evil doings of the past is a limited activity. It can only do one a limited amount of good and then it tends to become tedious and a waste of time.
A good example is the old TV series, "The Untouchables" which was about the gangster Al Capone during prohibition days in Chicago. Several good movies were also made about this topic. These efforts can be very entertaining and can hold our interest for several years. Probably the most important thing to be taken from the "Untouchables" was that Capone was brought down not for any of his major crimes but instead on the technicality of income tax evasion. Info of this sort might be pertinent when it comes to limiting the reach of a group such as C of S Inc.
Your suggestion to dream big dreams, focus on positive personalities in one's life and focus on making one's dreams come true is timely and well taken. This seems to be a nearly unlimited activity. It never becomes stale and leads to continuing growth and happiness.

What you really need to recognise here is not that there was much wrong with Capone's tax payments as such - it is the fact that in the US the tax rules are deliberately kept sufficiently confusing so that no one can ever really know that they are doing it correctly. This makes it possible for your gummint to arrest you whenever they like if you become a nuisance to them.

Party near the beach in O.C.!
I was invited to this party about 2 months ago from Facebook, not knowing that it was Johnny Raff's birthday. I showed up alone about 3:30 PM. This was the most fun of any Indie event that I have attended to date.
MEETING UP WITH LONG LOST FRIENDS
First was a special treat. My ex wife's former best friend showed up with her two daughters. She had her first daughter in 1982, and my ex wife and I had a son that year. The best friend and her family relocated to L.A. and stayed at our home while they looked for a place to live out near Burbank. Their daughter and our Son were raised together through 1987. In the meantime, each of our families were blessed with the addition of a daughter. In 1987, the two best friends had a falling out and broke up. I still took my son over to play with their daughter for about a year and then we never saw them again. This woman was at the party with her 2 lovely daughters, now 29 and 27. I talked with them for about 90 minutes, getting all caught up and also got my ex on the phone and had her reconnect with her former best friend. It was really thrilling to experience all this.
"Golds" of Idenics fame was there and I was able to reconnect with him and then there was Buck Haegele who worked with me out at Aerojet in Azusa in 1971. We thought we were the only two Scios there at the time but someone at the party knew of of another Scio who was was a big executive there at that same time.
Johnny was there with his tech man Paul and a lady friend who he works with, who had a huge birthday cake make for him. Tory Magoo was there as were Trey, Ian, Amos, MAB, Aida and Dave and their daughter, Charese and her Dad and so many others. Purple Haze showed up later, coming from giving a session, and leaving early to go on a date. Purple took a lot of photos as did several others including Johnny. These will all be posted on Facebook and maybe we can post some here.
YOUNG INDIES?
The young daughters, their Mom and their Dad, all did major services as late as 2006 and all four of them left C of S Inc. around 2007. The two daughters, both beautiful and single asked me where all the younger people can be found. I introduced them to Charese, who is young and pointed out Aida's daughter who is young but then I realized that everyone else was either middle aged or just plain OLD! In fact, most of us are in our late 50's, 60's and 70's. I will say, however, that one for one, we all look and act much younger than our physical body age.
The lack of young people in the Indie and Freezone field suddenly became quite apparent to me. When we got out, of C of S Inc. our kids either left C of S or disconnected from us and for those who stayed with us, most of them went on and pursued academic studies in the Universities and colleges. Generally, there were no young Indies for them to hang around with!
TRAINING and DEMOGRAPHICS - These two young women, as well as their parents are true Indies. They swear by Hubbard and by the the "tech" and hate only the policies and management techniques employed by corporate C of S. The two daughters asked me if I knew where they could get training. I told them that the only place I know of is the Chen Academy in the Valley. They were familiar with it and said that none of the students there knew much English, and spoke only Chinese so that they could never find anyone to twin with and give them check outs.
The Father of the two girls was born into a Scio family 58 years ago and was raised totally as a Scientologist. His wife audited staff at the S.F. Org for years and years. They were about as dedicated a family as was possible. They both completed NOTS OT VII around 2006 and immediately quit the church because of the sec checking and crush registration policies which they encountered there. These insights were things I had never thought about before and were newly revealed to me at this party. I believe that the exodus of top quality dedicated families from C of S is even greater than we recently believed.

I was invited to this party about 2 months ago from Facebook, not knowing that it was Johnny Raff's birthday. I showed up alone about 3:30 PM. This was the most fun of any Indie event that I have attended to date.
MEETING UP WITH LONG LOST FRIENDS
First was a special treat. My ex wife's former best friend showed up with her two daughters. She had her first daughter in 1982, and my ex wife and I had a son that year. The best friend and her family relocated to L.A. and stayed at our home while they looked for a place to live out near Burbank. Their daughter and our Son were raised together through 1987. In the meantime, each of our families were blessed with the addition of a daughter. In 1987, the two best friends had a falling out and broke up. I still took my son over to play with their daughter for about a year and then we never saw them again. This woman was at the party with her 2 lovely daughters, now 29 and 27. I talked with them for about 90 minutes, getting all caught up and also got my ex on the phone and had her reconnect with her former best friend. It was really thrilling to experience all this.
"Golds" of Idenics fame was there and I was able to reconnect with him and then there was Buck Haegele who worked with me out at Aerojet in Azusa in 1971. We thought we were the only two Scios there at the time but someone at the party knew of of another Scio who was was a big executive there at that same time.
Johnny was there with his tech man Paul and a lady friend who he works with, who had a huge birthday cake make for him. Tory Magoo was there as were Trey, Ian, Amos, MAB, Aida and Dave and their daughter, Charese and her Dad and so many others. Purple Haze showed up later, coming from giving a session, and leaving early to go on a date. Purple took a lot of photos as did several others including Johnny. These will all be posted on Facebook and maybe we can post some here.
YOUNG INDIES?
The young daughters, their Mom and their Dad, all did major services as late as 2006 and all four of them left C of S Inc. around 2007. The two daughters, both beautiful and single asked me where all the younger people can be found. I introduced them to Charese, who is young and pointed out Aida's daughter who is young but then I realized that everyone else was either middle aged or just plain OLD! In fact, most of us are in our late 50's, 60's and 70's. I will say, however, that one for one, we all look and act much younger than our physical body age.
The lack of young people in the Indie and Freezone field suddenly became quite apparent to me. When we got out, of C of S Inc. our kids either left C of S or disconnected from us and for those who stayed with us, most of them went on and pursued academic studies in the Universities and colleges. Generally, there were no young Indies for them to hang around with!
TRAINING and DEMOGRAPHICS - These two young women, as well as their parents are true Indies. They swear by Hubbard and by the the "tech" and hate only the policies and management techniques employed by corporate C of S. The two daughters asked me if I knew where they could get training. I told them that the only place I know of is the Chen Academy in the Valley. They were familiar with it and said that none of the students there knew much English, and spoke only Chinese so that they could never find anyone to twin with and give them check outs.
The Father of the two girls was born into a Scio family 58 years ago and was raised totally as a Scientologist. His wife audited staff at the S.F. Org for years and years. They were about as dedicated a family as was possible. They both completed NOTS OT VII around 2006 and immediately quit the church because of the sec checking and crush registration policies which they encountered there. Perpetual Motion Engine!?
Has anyone heard of the HoJo engine developed by Howard Johnson, not the hotelier but the inventor? Using magnet, this engine is supposed to be an actual working perpetual motion engine which defies the Law of the Conservation of energy! Several patents have been taken out in the USA which relate to this engine.
I was told this by BH at the the party yesterday, what is more, he is insisting that this engine is will be used to supply energy to our homes and to run our cars in the very near future.

Illustrating the beauty of Nature through songs (German - 19th century)
Talking to Carmelo by phone today, he mentioned that he enjoyed walking out in a beautiful countrylike environment. I asked him if he was familiar with German songs (lieder) which spawned an entire musical genre which came into its own in the early part of the 19th century in Germany and Austria. He was not familiar with this and asked me to post some examples.
Of course there were earlier efforts at this sort of thing, most notably in England. We have all seen and heard the English minstrels and their simple songs from medieval times, perhaps the 12th century or thereabouts. By the time the Germans took it up, music was much more develped and there was a large body of lyrics and poetry which could be set to music.

Of course there is Beethoven's 6th Symphony, "The Pastoral" in which each of the 4 movements of the symphony represent a pastoral scene durring a storm. The Disney Company immortalized this incredibly gorgeous piece of music by illustrating it and making it part of the 1939-40 breakthrough movie, "Fantasia".

First: a google search readily reports attempts at marketing this device as a scam to glean money from the gullible.
Secondly: the description you offered of a 'working perpetual motion machine' which 'defies the conservation of energy' (actually the conservation of mass & energy, since neither alone is necessarily conserved) conflicts with the inventor's own description of the device as deriving it's energy from the permanent magnets in the device which in turn lose their effectiveness with time (in accordance with the law of conservation).
Stick to topics you know something about, lakey. Admittedly that would prove limiting.
