The State of Clear

I would describe the placebo effect of "acheiving the stae of clear" with LRH's concept of GPM's. You had the goal of being clear for so many years that you accumulated mental mass from years of frustration and failure in your desperate quest to attain the "goal." So once you attested to this nebulous state and received all the validation and were moved into that special staus that "clears" once commanded the mass subsided as the "problem" of lack of money, time and hours in the chair suddenly lifted and the "GPM" associated with this quest for this fictional state of clear as described by this Sci-fi writer suddenly lifted and you were lofted into an equally fictional status of glory by the sleazy mafioso type group that sold you on the ficticious goal to begin with. It's a catch 22. They supply you with the goal, create the problem in terms of barriers to your attainment and then profit by auditing you on the resultant mass that encompasses you. Your moment of glory comes when you attest and are set free from the artificial "goal" and especially free from the groups strangling grasp.

I'm with Panda. Not even remotely applicable.

Excuse me, I thought you might be Mark E. Baker. In any event, where can I sign up to do yours and the Panda's Freezone clearing course and live happily therever after in LaLa Land?

It's a difference of opinion, D, most likely reflecting different experiences.

Nobody went clear...ever.

Blow that smoke up smoke up the ass of a believer.

There are only a few of you true believers left around here ..but you do provide some comic relief.
Nobody went "Hubbard's description of Clear" but many people achieved certain, perhaps indefinable, states thru scientology despite all protestations to the contrary. Learn to deal with it.

I no longer practice any form of scientology and I certainly wouldn't want my simple statements about my experiences in scientology to be construed as a recommendation of any kind.

Just to be clear (lol), I suggest that you seek alternate paths. Scientology is a difficult and booby-trapped route. Beware.

I do not think that the sate of Clear could be achieved by Yoga and other techniques -- the state itself does not exist, it is just a figment of Hubbard's retarded imagination.

I sometimes get a bit suspicious of the motives of some on this board due to COS trolls backing these fictional states of being because I had become trapped in it all in my late teens and early twenties and just hate to see it all continue and find new victims.
I have been left with the notion that each path merely takes one farther from home and one's center, it's not always easy to find one's way back...

I regret to inform you that the state they claim to exist, this alleged " clear " :duh: exists only in their mind - and :omg: you really don't want in there !

Sure. Ulrich has a lot of opinions, some of which may be correct. Some of them are also wrong. Take your pick. If you take (believe) what he says on faith alone you are an idiot.

Paul

Paul, of course I don't believe everything that Ulrich Kramer write's. There are several bits in each book I disagree with but I think they are pretty decent books all the same. I put that datum out there to see what it could bring up since we have many Clears and OT's on this board. I, myself went Clear quite some time (years) ago and it went unacknowledged. But I have not found a definition that quite matched what I got or abilities that match what I got.

Lol, is there any "State of Being" that exists elsewhere than in the minds of men?

Oh, did a lighbulb start to come on for you?

Good.

BTW, alive is a state of being................dead is also a state of being.

Keep going you are starting to make some progress !

Real states now... think... not imagined ones..... you can name a couple ...right?

Toady, Why do you continually resort to personal comments? It's annoying!

I didn't just learn the above statement, I've known it for most of my life and certainly knew it throughout my scientology years.

Your patronising attitude puts any scientologist I know to shame. How about hitting the light switch and lightening up yourself?
