It is so using all of the factors involved in my 3 years of research.
I've posted about that site multiple times.
The government has many layers of covertness.
Scientology was infiltrated a long time ago for reasons of the OT tech
thought potentially useful. Check out Ingo Swann, Pat Price, & Hal Putoff.

LRH predicted this in 1965 and I've posted the quote, but will have to
paraphrase tonight. "They don't want to stop us, but just control us."
(those are not the exact words)
You must also understand that the Tech has been sabotaged into
unworkibility. A prime example is the C/S Series 73 RB prohibits 6-month
checks on Solo Nots. Read it.
It is a direct form of reverse auditing, and without it Solo Nots was usually
done in about two years. Otherwise it can be endless until one gives up or in
some cases goes psychotic. Look at the people on the level, they aren't
right. Ask the hundreds who were/are on it for many years.

Admittedly, I paid zero attention to this from 1980 until recently. I see people say ( and I won't mention names, as they are on this board ) that it is all conspiracy theory. and I'm trying to come up with a more plausible plot.... you know... because I'm a frustrated writer, trying to break into the movie biz... blah blah blah.
So, I'm trying to see the smoke screen.... I mean, I want to believe.... or not, as the case may be, but some of it sounds entirely plausible to me, not even particularly outrageous.
I'm reminded of this quote by Doyle (Holmes)

What you say has certainly occurred to me... I'm from the earlier era and knew Ingo and Hal and knew about their research and stories... and Ingo's black eyes he'd show up with on a regular basis... I also had the great fortune of auditing folks who had lengthy histories as ... let's say "operatives", whose folders would go from my hands directly to Heber's hands, where they would be locked up overnight. I was in a total state of creeped out for years. But I am not a conspiracy theorist, that is not my thing. Just seems to me there has to be more to the puzzle.

I have heard others mention that there was a time at AOLA where it seems a LOT of pc's\pre-OT's had "clearances".

I'm fairly sure most of the guys I was involved with are either dead or pushing 90, but still, the reason why their folders were so locked down was because of stories they had about people who were extremely prominent in politics, and certain.... accusations about them. They were all "retired" at the time, some from the pre-CIA era of OSS. I was never able to substantiate any of the most shocking and repeated stories, not by a long shot, but the stories were not outside the realm of possibility. I can't even repeat most of it because there will never be any proof, and I value my anonymity.
Clearly, they were truthful about their past intelligence associations, but
how they ended up sitting across a meter from me, I'll really never know.

She was a crystallographer by education but also had some fascinating stories of Russian remote viewing research and what I could only describe as experiments with "will" to affect the behavior of others. She had no knowledge of my past, but just came out with all this stuff one day. So I guess the Ruskies were staring at goats and that made the US intell community want to know why.... or vice versa.
But like I said, I'm just trying to piece together the last 30 years, cause I'd been pretty busy putting my life together. So it's just a hobby for me.

The Aliens were onto Hubbard and Scientology OTs. Hubbard was the only being in the broad, broad, broad universe to discover the real Tech that all the Aliens everywhere have been looking for, for trillions and trillions of years.
That's why the Grey ETs crashed a ship at Roswell in 1947, right around the time when Hubbard was breaking the secret hidden codes of the mind. They had to infiltrate Teegeeack somehow. Thus, the Alien Treaty that happened with Eisenhower!
Area 51 was then set up as well as Los Alamos by our government, with the help of our new Alien visitors.
The CIA "Remote Viewing" projects with Ingo Swan and friends were just a "front" to be leaked out to hide the real hush hush operation. The Aliens via the CIA and the IRS wanted to take over Scientology and steal the real Tech, leaving us with the Reptilian, David Miscavige, to destroy the Tech by squirreling it.
The real Tech is out there if you can find it, but I doubt it. Some in the Intelligence community have said that copies now reside in secret deep underground millitary bases. Hubbard's body was said to have been cremated, but really, it was transported to Planet X, which should be arriving near Earth in the next few years. We should be ready for the Nephilim to return along with a L. Ron Hubbard, who was cloned from his DNA along with full memory transfer.
It's really hard to explain all the details, and ins and outs, but we do know that the Aliens were really behind all of this. Some say they want to take over the world and make slaves of us. No, they are really our friends!
