Sneaks, it was my understanding that the BC was deemed unnnecessary and the Class VIII classroom was closed as well (friendsoflrh.org covers the latter).
That said, there's now people doing the SHSBC again -- I definitely do not have the full story on the changes in the SHSBC.

I saw him in las vegas for the ideal org opening about a month ago.
I was also at CST and he would not be staying at that base. It is "seperate" from the CoS and would cause a PR flap if he was caught at that base " running things." it is a pretty secure base but it is really just set up to Archive LRH tech and/or DM tech. but the orig purpose was to keep save all LRH tech.

If he is not at the INT base then I would guess he is hiding at one of the remote sites or mby on a extended tour trying to stay fabien :confused2:
Who really cares? if he is away from the INT base then at least the staff there is getting a break from the iron fist?
