That's a state of being, not a place.
More precisely, his constituent atoms have been working their way across the earth (universe?) from wherever his ashes were scattered.
Alright, already, so Hubbard is dead, deader than old Fred. However if our imagination is applied he could be anywhere we want him to be. Is he in heaven or is he in hell? Heaven may be more of a torture for he has to sing the praises of another being as greater than what he thought he was and forever. Then what about the things he said about death?
I don’t have absolute proof, but he said that dying in the middle of an OT session was not desirable, and then the silly old fool did. What would happen according to his accounts? You would become trapped in an implant station watching endless images of how to become a good BT before being sent back to earth to become part of the human genetic structure.
