Jsut because I no longer post much here does not mean I am OSA.

I am a freezoner and BB has known of me for some time.

Zinj as well who has read some of my church story and got a painting from me.

So because someone posts something does not mean they are OSA. Paranoia runs rampant.

I don't think OSA can 'stay away' though.. But as the story develops, it looks to me like they would work on downplaying Majorski's involvement in Scn.. And possibly try to wipe it off on the squirrels, the FZ. which was what I thought I saw in Michael Charovano's post.

However, I do get a notion that Majorski may have been hassling CoS, specifically the CC, a lot recently. Reading between lines in Tommy Davis' statement. Ie: That the Guards was very much on alert for Majorski.. And that they recognised him immediatly (contrary to what Davis says). I even get the impression that LAPD was prepared for something to happen. (Weird changing accounts of events from there)

Barb, I HEAR you! I am certain that I am not the only one who appreciates your posting of Michael's description -- but I think it's the "silent majority" syndrome here.

I do think it's appropriate to want more supporting information on a story like this because it certainly is fantastic. It seems to me that the problem is the WAY it is questioned - very judgmental, dogmatic, humiliating and invalidating - bullying. I would love to see a lot more respect for other people here - even though we may never see each other face-to-face where we might have to answer for being nasty. The story makes me very, very curious, but I'm not sure why it would give rise to such attacks.

Anyhow, I'm sure most of us here thank you for posting this most intriguing story.

Yes, it was a very touching and moving epitaph of a beautiful human who had so much going. It is tragic how it unraveled at the end for Mario.
 
This is very tragic. His name is familiar to me, but I am not sure why. Maybe I C/Sed him in the past.

I am surprised the guard had a gun. Normally they do not carry firearms. Was the guard for hire or is he a Sea Org member? You can be sure if he is an SO member he has been taken off post and is in hiding at least until the media dies down on it. He is also being sec checked.

The only time CC would hire outside security is for special events like the gala and Christmas stories.

I have been away from the board for a while, so I am not updated. I worked at CC for over 8 years so I am somewhat familiar with how they do things, but things change too.

My heart goes out to the family. I am sorry for your loss.

The guard was a hired gun, a former LAPD cop. I don't think the SO guards had guns.

I do and I am not saying they are OSA as I don't know that.

He broke like I could have when the church declared him SP. He might have case issues coming up and they did not handle it right. So instead of handling it they declared him as they can no longer handle cases that are left with the out tech too long.

It reflects bad on the church itself. The freezone could not do a thing for him as he was already gone in his mind.

I know there is a line in the mind that one can't cross and if you do you are in trouble. HE crossed it and was a more active guy so he went to anger.

I will be out for most of the day as I have to take care of an issue with my father and going to my sisters for the holiday.

This guy was smart and Michael was trying to describe how smart he thought he was.

I never said you were.. I reffered to the C&P you posted... And Terril answered to my doubts re. that.

I certainly didn't understand that the 'description' of Majorski was metaphorical.. As I read it Majorski played, and won, 6 games of chess while debating LRH philosophy. And then he gave a homeless guy ALL his money, not only the money he had on him.. So Majorski 'pulled' money in that way the registrars promised I could, when I'd taken yet another monstrous bankloan?

Sorry, but I will be skeptical about that. I'm just a meatball see.. Sorry if that upsets all you spiritual types or disturbs your theta environment..

I think its deeply tragic that Majorski got this way and ended like that.

I think it is best that I go back to lurkdom as I posted it to put a face on someone that broke.

I have come to my own answers as well. I am leaving behind the people I cared for in the church as they left me a long time ago. If they come out to the freezone I will welcome them but otherwise we are on opposite side of the fence and will stay that way till they leave.

I don't toss the baby out with the dirty bathwater so to speak as many do and did.

Some people are not in fear and know how to make money. Remember real estate was skyrocketing at one time.

I think Donald Trump went broke a few times and came back up. People can do it. I think they are rare.

It is best I go back to lurkdom.

Agreed.. But I have yet to see someone gaining that ability from scn! - Those that I know of do it all by themselves.

Anyway, why the blazes do you want to withdraw! - What happens here is just conversation.. So, there is not the enforced 'respect' for wins and people higher on the 'bridge'.. There is skeptism and doubt..

Fact is that we all try to figure out what goes on. And as I see it people have a considerable freedom of mind here. Is that bad?

I really don't know what to add to this tragedy. I don't know Mario but it sickens me that he ended his life like this. So sad that he didn't get real help. But it's OK with me if some people express that he was a genius and other people say he was just a suicidal nut job. People have different perspectives and I don't need to take offense by any one of them. Blaming doesn't help. I wish some good could somehow come out of all this, but I don't see how.

Did Majorski communicate to anyone about this? - I get the impression that he partook in the FZ message bords... So does his posts still exist?

And speaking of this.. Did he post, or talk to anyone, about the conflict that he (as I assume) had with the CC leading up to him driving there?

Erh.. I guess you FZ guys are digging into this already of course. Possibly the info should be provided authorities rather than us nosey people?

I am curious why he got declared. Anybody know?

The guy had a Scientology symbol tattoed on him - that says a lot about him. He apparently had some financial success at one time. He had gone up through Clear and L 11 as a Scn apparently, and was going to do the B.C. in 2005. Something then happens (what?) to get him in bad with the church, and they declare him.
 
The other things to look at would be what happened to cause him to have to file bankruptcy. Was he fired, did he lose on stocks, etc. Likely point of introversion there.

Getting declared was a point of introversion, for sure.

He had a few of such traumatic moments most likely (severe wrong indications.) That and having his case all squirrelled up set him up for a psychotic break.
 
And last but not least, was there a love life for this man? Did it suddenly get broken up? That would add a lot of kerosene to his psychosis and precipitate the psychotic break.

But the main thing is his case was definitely fried from the research he was doing. He self-audited himself into a nut case.
 
Yeah, interesting, except: this doesn't prove he wasn't batshit crazy before he joined the Church, or that he didn't go batshit crazy while he was in the Church.

Nope, the reason he's dead is because a security guard pulled a gun and shot him dead.

Otherwise, he wouldn't be dead. Wasn't ARC breaks that killed him.

Irony

Ironic is how much that killer guard was paid. His yearly salary with benefits is probably more than all of the CC staff together, and they have 0 benefits.

3 guards with guns, one loco with 2 ninja swords, probably not even sharp (they sell'em unsharpened usually). The loco was a few feet away and noone shot him in the foot or legs. Noone with tazers or pepper spray. Not kosher.

Well Mario is now a celebrity allright. I hope he gets vengeance in the afterlife and goes poltergeist on these killers.
