You are too kind, you remind me of me!

Hi Lakey,

your discipline and confront and your level of decency and commitment in all these events were just unbelievable. I am sure you have heard this many times, but I simply have to say it too.

Heidren - You are too kind. Actually, I have never heard this before, you are the first one to say it. You are accepting what I say at face value. It might be interesting to hear Irene's, Yvonne's, Kitty's or Bob Georgius's viewpoint on the same incident. We all have different viewpoints. I can assure you that the others involved will have a different take on things than I do. I would really be surprised if any of the four would own up and say, "Lakey is right, we really screwed Lakey and to make up for it we are going to do an ammends project and write up our overts." In fact, Yvonne and Irene had the opportunity to do just that and they did'nt do it, they could not do that and they would not do that. They were my Senior Officers and are following a group of Policies and a Command Channel. If they admit that they screwed up and grovel at the feet of one of their juniors, would that be the best thing to do for all the dynamics? Even in the position I was in, I never dreamed that would happen. The best I could hope for was for them to get me quickly placed back in tech.

What they did do was satisfactory to me and that was to assume a high tone level, up around games, and try to create a game where everybody can win. They acknowledged me without admiting that I was right and they had been wrong. They then gave me a program where I could get back in tech if I could find a replacement. Irene threw token bonus at me, giving me a promotion. This was nice, but I still had to do my old job plus take on a completely new hat so it meant much more work and stress for me. When all is said, they acted in a manner that made me feel that they were trying to validate me and make me feel better by devising a new game where both sides could win. I respected their decision.

To me, the one thing that a master needs to complement his mastership is humility - the determination to serve others with his mastership. My role model in this is the Dalai Lama. He knows fully well that he is a part of God, maybe only one little hair on God's body but still a part of God, and yet there is not a milligram of arrogance or self importance in him.

I agree with you. My opinion on God is still evolving but I am not for the groveling type of worship on one's knees in total supplication. If we are in God's image, we should stand tall and be proud and tall ourselves in our service of God. I am tending to think that each of us is a piece of God with godlike potentials ourselves. The main differences being that we have only one viewpoint and God has an infinite number. We become more Godlike when we can perceive things through viewpoints other than our own. The other difference is the point you bring up above about humility. I believe that trait is admirable when practiced by men and women but not suitable to a deity. Other than those two differences, number of viewpoints which can be viewed from and humility or the lack thereof, I do no see any major differences between mankind and God. However, those two differences are very large differences, make no mistake about that![/B
]
I like it when people are proud of their abilities and accomplishments, but when they use them to make others smaller or look down on them, I know that they still have a lot to learn, even if they are very trained in their specific job.

I am in lockstep agreement with you on this. Unfortunately, this seems to be an area where LRH had a problem. I wish he could have exhibited the proper traits in this area. If he had, I beleive a lot fewer people would have had their live's damaged and that Scn would have gone farther in society than it has to date. I truly hope the thetan, LRH can get this area fully cleaned up!

The best training is useless if it is not motivated by the love for our fellow beings. I see very little of this love in the jungle monkeys who have populated your years in the church. I hope that this jungle time is over for you!

Best,

Yes, there were many misguided people or out ethics brutes there but there were also many of the most brilliant and finest people I have ever met. LRH really had an ability to get many of the finest people on Earth to join his movement. Here on ESMB, I am now once again meeting some of the brightest and finest people on Earth and am very thrilled about that.

movie review

"it's Complicated' is terrific. Set in City Bakery in Brentwood and Santa Barbara. It is just hilarious. Alec Baldwin is Alec Baldwin. Meryl Streep is as usual a consummate actress. Who doesn't love Steve Martin!

here's an homage to "The Graduate"

It's a very funny movie.

Just one odd piece where she makes a chocolate croissant in a very weird way, nobody who has been to France would do it that way.

The Ray Kemp Video

The "worst" Sp's are usually just the ones who decided to not sell their

integrity and saw the light after giving Scientology too much of a chance.

The bad side of Hubbard was VERY destructive and he seemed to relish it like

the one I'm dealing with (or not) now, a clone of Hubbard, but with less power.

Hi Blue!
I was just listening to the Ray Kemp video, Part 1, and heard it for 17 minutes, aside from some droll English humor, it was a little slow paced. When does the juicy part start? I don't want to listen for 2 hours before I hear something interesting.

I hope you and your wife are having a nice Christmas! Say hello for me., Also, say hi to this new auditor of yours whom you have been raving about. I'm plugging away on Nancy's book, she just got out of the RPF and is serving at of all places, CCLA. Its a good, fast paced, entertaining read so far.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out soon. That other thing about the Grinch who stole Christmas or the Easter Bunny or whatever. I did not respond because I am not familiar with it,

Addendum - Dec. 26th - That seting in Brentwood plus the making of the chocolate croissant reminds me of the show on HBO TV, Curb your Enthusiasm with Larry David. To me, that show is the funniest damn thing that has ever been contrived!!! Of course its an offshoot of the Jerry Seinfeldt Show with Larry taking over the lead from Jerry. Also being HBO and not standard Network, they can use foul language all they want. The plots are extremely cleverly contrived situations with an appeal to Jewish and New York based humor although designed for most other major ethnic groups as well, particularly groups such as the Italians. From the moment the first scene is aired and somone starts talking, I am doubled up in laughter, almost in tears, for virtually the whole show, every time.

We were talking about the great, and I mean great in the fullest sense of the word, entertainer Jack Benny about a month back on this thread and I and others remarked about how Jack, in total opposition to LRH, gave every character on his shows part of the limelight and developed each character on his show into a star who the public adored. "Seinfeld" and "Curb your Enthusiasm" do the same. This shows clearly that Larry David, the originator of both, understands this concept and is a master at using it. Howard Stern was a big fan of Jack Benny and he also followed this same tech. Here again is another piece of PR tech that LRH probably was aware of and did not use. He had so many big beings in his movement who would have done anything for him, and did. The concept of making them well known in their own right was not acceptable to him with the possible exception of Mary Sue, and at the end of his life, he pretty much pulled the plug on her as well.

She said Hi back.

I do not have an "auditor". I have a "consultant".

Kemp videos: perhaps the second 1/2 hour you will start hearing the OT
occurrences which were standard considerations
and expectancies of being on course.
Pam's hour is probably better giving the real quality of
auditing when dealing A-to-B with the exact item/s needed
and wanted by the PC.
Have you gotten to the point where Ray cured a man's blindness with
two-way comm on the "tube" platform waiting for the train ?

Does anyone know if Pam is still practicing ? She was near Lake Elsinore.

Spring Bulbs

Yesterday at Lowe's, I got spring bulbs at 75% off. I bought $75 - which was nearly $300 worth last week. I'm jazzed. It felt like shoplifting. Such a deal!

I got several varieties of spring bulbs, two packs for the price of one, some weeks ago, and still felt like shoplifting :)

It has to be done before Christmas. Around Christmas, they make space for the new season's products...

I want you to be right about Ron, God, I hope you are right with all my heart. Its just that with all that I've learned about the inner working of Scn, C of S, and Ron himself, and as an honest man seking truth, it is getting harder and harder to believe that Ron has a good side. I would like nothing better than to have that proved to me and my communication lines are wide open for that to occur but as of right now, I am heading in the other direction, going from total certainty that all his tech was correct to my current state where I am leaning toward the concept that the whole operation was a HELLUVA HOAX, to quote are fellow board member, and that any good tech was but there as bait to lure in the suckers.

I hope I can have my mind changed back, at least partially. I admire your efforts to present the other side of the case, i.e., Ron's positive side. Carry on and convince me. If the attacks come your way, allow the attackers the right to believe as they do and continue moving forward as you are now doing................Lakey

Lakey,

one thing I have observed is that we quickly forget how painful the charge was, once it is handled and gone. I have deliberately made a few copies of conditions in order to never forget the immense positive changes that auditing has provided to me.

Like the sharp terrible sadness in which I was sitting before I ran the separation from static in my first chain of ARC-breaks. Or the deep feeling of guilt I kept having before I as-ised my role in the OT3 scenario. Or the embarrassment I used to perceive, without understanding it, while I had a "tractor beam" pulling at people running on automatic without knowing what I was doing.

Or the massy feeling in my body before NOTs. Or the "hooked" beam that was used on me by a guy who had a habit of letting women work for him, and that I dissolved by using a piece of L12 in a solo session. Or the 40 years of pain before my most recent auditing first revealed and then removed its roots in my last life.

I also made a copy of the engram I ran remotely with NOTs, which brought my child son's high fever down within an hour. And another one of the remarkable incident I ran of a tiny little plant that was starving in a drought, whose image had blown up to full body size, attached itself to my spine, and caused me to stand and walk bent forward with a feeling of collapsing for over 40 years of this life.

No hoax could have handled these things. When they were gone, I had to re-create them and specifically commit them to memory, in order to be certain that I would not start to believe the tech to be invalid, simply because all these things had gone without leaving any traces. It's sooooo easy to forget!

I am now auditing a Class VIII auditor who used to crack cases at Flag left and right. With so much of LRH tech having gone out of use and wrongly set priorities in C/Sing, they never cracked his own case. It's a shame - the most productive and brilliant people got so neglected.

But the tech is still there. It just needs to be APPLIED. We are piloting a version of auditing on the phone that takes the barriers of plane tickets and the need for weeks of vacation out of the picture. We just put on the headphones, start Skype and say "This is the session". It can be done, it IS being done - the tech is for use!

Active + passive learning

personally, I've always enjoyed being hit by karma. It turns into a learning / clearing the air experience. i recommend it.

From a book of Thorwald Dethlefsen: There is active learning and passive learning. The passive learning (a lesson presented by life = karma) happens only when we fail the chance to learn the same lesson by active learning.

In other words, it is my firm belief that if I apply the correct condition and make up for the damage after I have caused damage, this will handle the situation and no "karmic response" is necessary to teach me the same lesson passively.

Before Life Planning

I also think that it doesn't exist as commonly defined, but at a very very deep level in the psyche, there is a part of us that selects those experiences that we need to grow and perfect ourselves.

There is a whole new brand of technology about this, called "Life Between Lives" (LBL), spreading quickly across the planet.

Its pioneer researcher is Michael Newton. He has written three books about his research, and edited a fourth. His trainees are just about everywhere now.

In his sessions he invariably comes back to the fact that people are planning their upcoming incarnation, sometimes in very fine detail, before they pick up the next body.

It's a subject nearly completely missing in SCN, and NOT identical with the concept of "implant stations".

Did you know that, if you make a bet in a room of 50 people, that 2 people will have the same birthday, you will usually win?

Despite there being 365 days in the year?

It's how statistics *really* work. Because, if you don't specify a *single* date, there are damn good odds that 2 will be identical.

Where do we go from here, Eastern Religions, New Age religions, enlightened Atheism, Western style Science or what?

There are two major movements happening right now. One is the OBE (out of body experience) training in the tradition of Robert Monroe - done in the Monroe Institute, and by OBE gurus William Buhlman and Robert Bruce. That's what SCN always promised but never delivered - the ability to operate outside and independent of a body.

The other one is "Life between Lives" regression in the tradition of Michael Newton (I just mentioned that in an earlier post).

There is also Brian Weiss, a former head of hospital psychiatry department, who first developed past life regression, then wrote a series of bestselling books, then turned completely spiritual. He has a large followership.

Brian Weiss is the only one who does some kind of clearing. The big LbL and OBE movements don't have clearing tech. It is my dream to combine these movements with FZ SCN - each of them has what the other is missinig!

Extremely important post Heidrun!!! Before discussing it, let's get the birthday thing out of the way. Well, we are soul mates, both born on Dec. 5th. It seems to be a rare day for famous people to be born. Every year in the newspaper, they run the famous people born on the day of the paper is published. The only really famous Celeb born on Dec 5th seems to be Walt Disney. There is a relatively obscure U.S. President name Martin van Buren also born on that date and that is about it. Further down on the thread Zinjifar, making a rare appearance here, says that in a room of 50 people, the chances are over 50% that at least two people will have the same birthday. Puzzle math is one of my strongest suits and I am familiar with Zinj's puzzle problem and of course he is correct. I have never randomly met anyone born on my birthday before, despite the high odds that one will in a long lifetime.

I just Googled Dec 5th and found a few more people, General George Armstrong Custer of "Custer's Last Stand" fame. The singer Jim Messina from "Logins and Messina", Movie Directors Otto Preminger and Fritz Lang of Germany (Directed Marlene Dietrich in Blue Angel around 1930" and the U.S. politician Strom Thurmond, a Senator who died in 2003 at 100 years old.

As to Heidrun's main point, I think at least 1/3 of ESMB board members believe LRH tech is a complete scam. A lot of these people are rabble rousers who just bash using vile toilet humor but there are some such as Zinjifar, correct me if I am wrong, who do not think much of any of LRH's tech and they present their arguments sincerely and logically and they are willing to take on all comers.

Thank God, the rabble rousers are not attracted to this thread. We have not had any of them post here yet after over sevem hundred replies! The serious, logical ones who deny LRH tech has any validity, surprisinly have not posted here either. Heidrun, you make the strongest argument for the validity of LRH tech that I have read so far! Well done for keeping your records!

I know that I have been helped through having LRH tech applied to me! Even a person such as me has had their certainty shaken by some of the excellent arguments I have heard from serious people from the opposite camp to Heidren's camp. It is from Class VIII types such as you, and Diana, Class VIII and other people with good backgrounds as auditors and tech people in the Church such as Dart, Roger B., Carmelo and Purple Haze that I have kept my perspective alive that much of LRH tech can work if only it is applied accurately and with care.

TYPICAL COUNTER EXAMPLE: Dr Arlo Gordin, a well known Scientology Chiropractor our family was seeing in the early 80's recommended us to Valentine Chiropractic, non Scientologists, in Orange County when we moved to Orange County in 1984.

My cousin and his wife had a Daughter about 6 or 7 with a chronic neck or back problem that was ruining her life and my cousin's wife tried everything with no success. We recommended Valentine Chiropractic and within 4 treatments the problem was resolved. We asked the cousin and his wife how it was going down at Valentine's and they were only lukewarm and not raves. We saw them about 2 months later and asked if the Valentine success was continuing and they said, "Oh no, we pulled her out of there and are trying something else now." I was shocked and asked how could you take her out of Valentine's if they resolved her problem and they said, "Our family Specialist strongly advised us against Chiropractic and said it was a scam" Incredulously. I said, "but Valentine got rid of her problem, how could you discontinue their treatment?" and they said, "Oh, the specialist told us that these problems were cyclical and often show a relapse for a short time and then came back even stronger. The specialist stated that Valentine just got involved at the right moment when it made it look like their quackery was working but told us we must get her out of there or they would now make matters much worse. These cousins were well educated people but they could not see the forest through the trees. A very similar thing happened at the very same time with a neigborhood boy of about 6 who was a school mate to my Son. We recommended Valentine, they went, the Son was immediately handled with great success, they pulled him out because their Specialist cautioned them that chiropractors were not doctors and would ultimately cause irreversible harm. This is the way many people percieve things. They have opinion leaders who they believe are infallable. Their opinion leaders devise AD HOC proofs to debunk non orthodox treatments whch ARE effective for their non effective Orthodxy.
If you don't know what AD HOC means, Google it, it is quite fascinating in concept and heavily used on planet Earth!!!

DOUBLE BLIND TESTS WITH PLACEBOS - Heidrun, the university educated detractors of Scientology consider stories such as I told above as anectdotal and demand Double Blind tests from Scientology using placebos. They think that Scientology itself is a placebo and that one pays a lot of money as is assured by a large group of people whom they like and respect that certain results will be attained. They claim that the gains obtained such as the ones which you have recorded are all anectdotal and they demand Double Blind Testing where one group gets placebos such as sugar pills while another trial group would get Scientology auditing. Years have to go by with the results being tabulated by the medical community and certified medical specialists have to publish their research results in recognized journals. Only then would Scientology truly be proved to work. They are willing to take you on, so just be forewarned, if you pursue your beliefs on ESMG, many will fight them, some respectfully and with logic and sum degrader types with rants and foul language. Be prepared!

PEAT

I don't know what it stands for anymore. I helped edit the book about ten years ago. It is by an ill tempered man (where have I heard this story!) in Yugoslavia. He was trying to copy Alan Walter's "codes", but instead, got something else.

I promoted a PEAT seminar in Norwalk in the mid 90s. A lot of people came. We all did it. It was good. We followed it by bringing the developer out, Zivorad Slavinsky (or something close to that) just after 9/11. Prior to 9/11 people had paid for airlines, hotels, etc, and then because of 9/11 cancelled. It was a non money maker. And the Z man was a prima donna asshole. We didn't even go. We went to Disneyland instead.

PEAT, without Z is better than PEAT with Z.

It is a technique which uses EFT and earlier similar poles to reach a cog that has lasted me in good stead for over a decade.

Heidrun, this is really a hot button for me! If on a meter, it would fall full dial even with the sensitivy knob set at 1. Our own ESMB member, the erudite "Dull Old Fart" has a thread with many of Newton's taped lecures. I see that Dully has read this thread from time to time but has never posted wth us.

I seemed to have something going on, which I named my "Sentinel", I am hearing talk radio while I ride around, I like the Dennis Prager Show; I get a stimulus from the Sentineel to switch to the Classical station and do so and a favorite piece by Mozart or Haydn is just starting to play, or the Sentinel says to switch to Oldies radio and I do and Van Morrison's "Pretty Brown Eyed Girl" which I love is just starting or the song "Lean on Me" which I love or one of my favoites from Elvis or the Beatles, such as "Imagine". My success rate on this is at least 3 out of 4, which is too high to be just be chance.

Then of course the phenomena when things are just going so good and everything is going out the roof and one is totally blown out. Soon, some bummer of a thing comes your way to pour rain on your party. You get it handled but then another bummer comes and finally a third. After you handle the third one, that seems to be it. The thing is that handling the three bad pieces of news usually brings one down to their normal hum drum state and the euphoria which existed before the 3 unpleasant occurances is now gone. The euphoria will build up again and the cycle will repeat.

HAVE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS AS I HAVE. It is almost as if there is something in your mind directing you to live through and handle unpleasant circumstances and it is seeing to it that you will not remain euphoric for long. I mention all this because it seems to tie in with these new technologies which you are describing

It's a subject nearly completely missing in SCN, and NOT identical with the concept of "implant stations".

.

Yes, well it could be partly contained in Scientology in the subject of postulating. These could be programmed or implanted postulates put into a person's mind by implantation to keep him lower toned so as to be more tractable and easier to manipulate and handle.

Scientology type implants are real to me to some degree. I am not so sure that in a between lives area, a coordinated team of mad scientists in white lab coats are busy working away installing implants with machines which are similar to what was supposed to be installed in the Super Power Building. Newton's studies reveal nothing of this sort currently going on. Nevertheless, it is possible that this type of stuff was being done in the long dstant past.

Today's implanting can be done through the mass media outlets, the schools and Universities and through things such as MTV and many of our movies. IT IS A FAMILIAR OCCURANCE. ONE GROUP THINKS THEY ARE THE ELITE AND THE "PEOPLE" ARE TOO LOW TO KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR THEM. THE ELITE GETS THEIR OWN PEOPLE STAFFED IN THE UNIVERSITIES, THE NEWS OUTLETS, THE MASS MEDIA RADIO AND TV OUTLETS, MTV, ETC. AD NAUSEUM. THE ELITE, ULLUMINATI, OR WHATEVER THEY ARE CALLED DECIDES WHAT IS BEST FOR PEOPLE, DUMBS DOWN THE POPULATION BY PUSHING THEIR AGENDA IN THE SCHOOLS AND CRUSHES ANY FORCES WHICH THEY FEEL ARE RESISTING THEM SUCH AS GROUPS AS LARGE AS CHRISTIANITY, THE U.S. MILITARY AND THE BOY SCOUTS. THE ELITE THINK THEY ARE THE ENLIGHTENED ONES, KNOW WHAT IS BEST AND ARE DOING US A FAVOR. THEY CONSIDER THEMSELVES VERY EVOLVED BEINGS AND TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR MANKIND DUE TO THEIR SUPERIOR INTELLIGENCE AND KNOWLEDGE. Do you want to know what their end product is, Read the book, "1984" and watch a lot of MTV and check out what the teen agers look like and how they talk, dress, eat, etc. That is where we are headed if the elite are able to sustain their program. Well time to get off the soap box.

It's a simple proposition, my Dear Lakey,

Some folks succeed at whatever they do . . . even if they have to persist like all bloody hell and have to fight to overcome the irrational obstacles put there by the idiot types to do so!

Some fail at what they attempt . . . some even fail so very easily as to be shameful. :nervous: :confused2:

Many easily go into betraying their first findings of truth, reverse themselves and go into hatred against what they formerly had found to be worthwhile. This is the "power split" I referred to in my Pasadena FZ presentation. :omg: :bigcry:

Some, of course, criticize that of which they have no personal experience but only "read about." :duh:

If one is into winning, it doesn't matter that LRH was a con  You take any advantage and benefit you can find, win with it, and trash the rubbish and the fraudulent. So he was a con-job . . . and life is unfair . . . so what?!? Are you into winning, or not? Can you win, or not? That is the issue.

It one is into being a loser-victim, one goes into all the bad, bad, bad to dramatize all the harm done to one and bleat about how unworkable or a fraud it all is.

Sorry to be so blunt about it, but Hubbard did say something right that applies here . . . "you know them by their product."

So why listen to or be bothered by the prattle of the loser-victims or the pontificating "authorities" who've never been involved nor had any personal experience in the area? That is a sure as hell a way to give yourself aggravation.

My daddy gave me some good advice when I was a young fella. "Rog," he said, "Don't listen to idiots, and sure as hell don't argue with idiots."

Now all the above will be a little unfair to some folks here because they truly did not get a correct or good exposure to the "tech," and either got screwed or otherwise butchered by idiot practitioners cum org practices . . . that is unfortunate, as they were denied the opportunity to win with what is worthwhile in the tech. But that does not deny there is some workable stuff there, and elsewhere, that one can use and win with!

It is idiotic beyond belief that one starts out with an ideal that one wants to achieve, only to drop it or reverse one's position on one's own truth and wants because of collision with some idiots.

If one were to listen to the idiots of the universe, one would never do anything, as it is all "so bad, wrong, evil, pointless and unattainable" to them!

Them's my words on the subject this fine Boxing Day . . . and now I'm off to catch up on the Sydney-Hobart Yacht Race . . . now, that's something that's positive and for "winners" in the game of life!

Rog - You are the MAN and always will be!!!!

I stand in humble awe of Rog's post. There is no need for any comments. Anything further added by me would lessen his post. From now on whenever I encounter a critic, I will refer them to Page 72 of this thread and tell them to just read this fantastic piece of writing. I will make one comment, the one line you wrote, "...Don't argue with idiots." says it all. Truth is usually simple and to the point. Thank you so much Rog for writing this for us, may we never think quite the same again!!!!

A year or so ago, I had the pleasure of enjoying a beer with Rog and V at a nice little neighborhood bar and restaurant...V left us boys alone to go attend to some errand and the two of us visited and admired the very shapely young girl tending bar. She was certainly worthy of our attention and was a delight to be with too. Certainly she found the two of us a bit out of the ordinary perhaps - but I think it fair to say that she liked us a fair bit.

I am just going to quote a caption found under a favorite cartoon of mine by a guy named George Booth whose work was often to be found in "The New Yorker" magazine and around.

"Before the break is over, I'n going to introduce you to our first violinist, Mrs. Ritterhouse. After one has a good long talk with Mrs. Ritterhouse, all the barnacles let loose and fall of and one sits higher in the water. Here, have another watercress sandwich."

That's kinda the way just havin' a beer with Rog is. :wink2:
