The funny thing is, when I got declared, right at that moment when I found out I was getting declared (I was still on the base for at least a month after that) and offloaded, I remember being very, very happy about it.
I knew that no-one would ever bother me again. Ever. Unless I decided to change. Yeah right. Not gonna happen.
And that is exactly what has occured. Nobody bothers me at all.
I am finally, and fully free.
Exactly. That is the one good thing about Disconnection:
You are (usually) completely disconnected from the organization's comm lines.
(Unless you happen to be on a mailing list or ten.)
