Re: Can You Be a Christian Scientologist? (Juliette Lewis Says YES in New Interview

I've posted this before about Juliet Lewis - she is a lying shill.

She's stated that she was raised a Christian by Christians - total lie. She has been raised in nothing but Scientologists' homes.

She is about as much a Christian as any of us were when practicing Scientology.

Here's her album - "Terra Incognita".

Wonder where that title came from? Hmmmmmm...seems like I've heard that before...OH, YEAH! Here it is:

“Terra Incognita: The Mind,” L. Ron
Hubbard’s first published description of the
human mind; Winter/Spring 1950 issue of
The Explorers Journal.

You can read about this at the Biography of L. Ron Hubbard where it states:

The Second World War proved both an interruption of research and a further impetus—the first owing to service in both the Atlantic and Pacific as a commander of antisubmarine patrols; the second because if anything underscored the need for a workable philosophy of human betterment, it was the sheer horror of that conflict. Or as he so succinctly put it, “Man has a madness and it’s called war.” Mr. Hubbard was also among the first to express concerns over what the advent of atomic weapons meant when unaccompanied by a corresponding understanding of human behavior.

The culmination of work to this point came in 1945, at the Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland, California. Left partially blind from injured optic nerves and lame with hip and spinal injuries, Mr. Hubbard became one of five thousand naval and Marine Corps patients under treatment at Oak Knoll. Also under treatment at the facility were several hundred former inmates of Japanese prisoner-of-war camps. Intrigued by their inexplicable failure to recover despite intensive medical care, Mr. Hubbard took it upon himself to administer an early form of Dianetics. In all, some fifteen patients received Mr. Hubbard’s attention as he utilized his techniques to remove what he postulated as the mental inhibition to recovery. What he eventually discovered, and what factually saved the lives of those patients, rested upon a key philosophic point: notwithstanding generally held scientific theory of the time, one’s state of mind actually took precedence over one’s physical condition. That is, our viewpoints, attitudes and emotional condition ultimately determined our physical well-being and not the reverse. Or as Mr. Hubbard himself so succinctly put it: “Function monitored structure.”

With the resolution of this matter and the restoration of peace, Mr. Hubbard set out to further test the workability of his discoveries through intensive research on individuals from all strata of society. Included were actors from a Hollywood theatre workshop, industry executives from the neighboring studios, accident victims from a Pasadena hospital and the criminally insane from a Georgia mental institution. All told, Mr. Hubbard personally worked with some two hundred men, women and children before compiling his sixteen years of investigation into a manuscript. Entitled Dianetics: The Original Thesis, the work was not actually offered for publication, but rather passed to friends for review. Through the process of hectographing, hundreds of copies eventually saw circulation; and so enthusiastic was the response that Mr. Hubbard was encouraged to present a broader announcement. That paper, entitled “Terra Incognita: The Mind,” appeared in the Winter/Spring 1950 issue of the Explorers Club Journal. Immediately thereafter, Mr. Hubbard found himself literally deluged with requests for further information, eventually prompting his formal handbook, Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.

Very practical stuff up to 1945 - but then he ran out and tried to create a Moonchild Anti-Christ through Satan with pentagram rituals and Black Magik sex orgy cult stuff - whoops! A little Dev-T there, Ron. Let's read about it.

Curiously enough, the interlude between 1945 and 1950 isn't mentioned, specifically where he joins a Black Magik sex orgy Satan cult and winds up "rescuing" a girl by waking up from being drunk with her naked in his bed while his wife and kids are living at his folks' house without any money and support and then later this here rescued girl winds up being a Ruskie spy, no less, and she tries to wrest the wonderful tech, a humble free gift from mankind's greatest friend, to be used by the Ruskie Commies for brainwashing and he only manages to save it in the nick of time by kidnapping their child together, because they got married illegally in a polygamous marriage but he never actually acknowledges this child as his and never pays them any support...kinda like his first wife Polly and their kids...and, well, how Ron managed to find the time and serenity to experiment with auditing and cases and such and being all "theta" in order to unenturbulate entheta, as it says in Science of Survival, that he wrote when he kidnapped his child that he never had with the wife that he never had who was a rescued waif from a sex orgy cult but was really an evil Soviet spy.

Wheww! I'm tired just reading and writing this stuff!

OMG, leave her alone.

She's a kid. She's been in. She's been out. She's back in. She's a nice girl. Don't hammer her. Her parents love her. She is a nice person. Don't run your stuff on her.

In terms of magnitudes of comparison, Juliette is nothing compared to Henry Fonda and Jane and Peter.

We all have our crosses to bear.

Nice G., don't wear yourself thin though :D
Thanks for the Explorer Club scan, whew! What a frikken self grandising loon the old windbag was, a veritable fountain of spewing mega-ego.
I find myself limiting my exposure to his drivel at times just because of 'bullchit-overload', certainly doesn't take long :p That people expose themselves for hours/days/years to LRH's meandering tripe never ceases to amaze me, and no wonder folks get twisted into it as it seems to numb the senses like a sort of psychic local anesthetic, the deeper you get the more numb you get/the further you go. Dunno, I have the idea of what I want to say but.....argh!~ I'll keep working on it :)
Ick.

 Guanoloco for shining lights into the depths of madness!

Re: Can You Be a Christian Scientologist? (Juliette Lewis Says YES in New Interview

She's 38.

When I was 20, and my business partner was 40, my mother used to refer to us as "the kids."

what can I say???

I have no excuse.

I've a stuck picture. She's always been a child in my eyes. She's still a kid. When her older brother was in diapers, she wasn't even born yet. Is there something that can change fixed ideas? :)

I get ya here and it's probably a bit painful to watch a basically nice person get raked over the coals.

Unfortunately, when you choose the life of celebrity and are out on the "comm lines of the world", lord help me, then you bear an even greater responsibility for the lies that you tell -- even if you don't even know they are lies -- you BETTER FIND OUT. There is no excuse for ignorance, sorry.

These celebs that don't find out what they are supporting and don't do their due diligence and then go out and spew the Scientology lies -- well, they are more culpable.

It's hilarious how a celeb will risk his/her career by turning down commercials or films that might depict some sort of sanctioning of psych drugs, promiscuity, squirrel mental health handlings, yada, yada, yada.

What sanctimonious crap! Please. When you're in the public eye, you better know what you're talking about - period.

The lieing stupid little bitch

EDIT: I should grant her more beingness no ?

Interviewer: "Do you believe your ancestors were reincarnated aliens?"

Lewis: "That’s not been a part of my experience, no." (Laughs)

Interviewer: "So... you don’t believe you came from aliens?"

Lewis: "I was thinking about where that idea came from, and I was like, 'Oh, maybe it’s because Hubbard was a successful science fiction writer, so they’re confusing his science fiction with his other studies that have nothing to do with science fiction.'

"...The one thing that troubles me is when rumor becomes hatred and prejudice towards a group of people. That’s when it becomes scary, when you have people trying to take away other people’s right to practice a religion..."

And then,

Kate Ceberano:

Interviewer; "What about aliens? People will say, Do you believe in aliens?"

Ceberano: "I never heard of it in all my three generations. I think people confuse L. Ron Hubbard's science fiction works with his philosophical and religious works."

dude..as a scientologist all she needs is one linking fragment of plausible truth.

She:

drove past a church for a year and enjoyed their messages on signs.

talked with a priest once at age 6, its always stuck in her mind

enjoyed gospel music since early days and hums it frequently

a friend mentioned one of the commandments and it rang true.

Likes the idea of noah helping all the animals

went to a christian summer camp

My favorite >> one of her bed legs was short and she used the bible to steady it.

Re: Can You Be a Christian Scientologist? (Juliette Lewis Says YES in New Interview

Exactly right, Jachs.

Just like those people that exploit loopholes in the law where they violate the entire intent of the law without violating the letter of the law - well, the same goes for these celebs in these interviews.

They know exactly what the questions are asking and are exploiting loopholes in the logic in order to squirt some Co$ squid ink and dodge the focus and blur the subject and act all guesstimatey about how people "confuse" Hubbard's fiction with his work.

HAR! HAW! HAW!

Great "no answers", folks, we all know the drill. "Handle" the interviewer and the wogs.

This person is about as much a Christian as she is a psychiatrist and it's a common ploy to openly accept Christianity but behind closed doors ALL Scientologists that I knew viewed religion as a spin bin implant dram foisted off on unsuspecting fools and some kind of sick perverted psych tool to maim ethics and such. Christianity, in particular and specifically, was loathed as the worst offender of such.

Of course, there are fringe Scientologists that may exist on the outer layers of the onion and not know this and may actually revere and respect other religions, etc. These people would not know the term Terra Incognita nor have they been raised by die-hard Scientologists. Certainly by the time they've comped Pro TRs or say, Grade 1, they've shed the onion outer layer cushion and are dedicated, KSW Scientologists.

That's certainly the mind frame of Juliet Lewis - KSW.

Duplicitous and smarmy.

Hopefully she escapes.

I gotcha, CarmeloOrchards. Hopefully she reads what I wrote and verifies it.

She certainly is 100% unaware of any of that Hubbard history and that I believe.

I personally believe she is dedicated and doing what she believes is best to handle and Clear Earth and bring about the salvation of the human race. Sad, isn't it? Been there, done that - what a waste!

However, if she were aware of it...then she would be so evil it is incomprehensible. That I don't believe.

As far as running my stuff I'm 100% certain she is using "Standard Tech" to "handle" the interviewer with the proper no answers, wouldn't you agree?

And being that she is a 2'nd Gen Scientologist that makes it more difficult for someone to STAY out once they leave CoS. It is easier for the cult to apply pressure on you when you've got close family and friends still in.

Re: Can You Be a Christian Scientologist? (Juliette Lewis Says YES in New Interview

Actually there is a big problem.

According to Scientology scriptures Christian beliefs are the result of an implant. To say that Christianity and Scientology are compatible is totally absurd.

Sure, one CAN say that one is a Christian Scientologist, but that would indicate that one is either lying or ignorant of the facts. Panda nailed it.!

Exactly! If the person actually attempts to sincerely practice their other religion while going up the bridge they will eventually get handled in ethics or be Declared PTS!

You are SPOT ON! The key is to get them "in" and then TRAP them. Money on account, tell them Scientology does not interfer with beliefs in God or religion - Scientology does not interfer with the 8th dynamic!:whistling:

Now, you have $50K on account and you are CLEAR. You still don't feel quite right and life sucks! It is because you need your Oat Tea levels:whistling:!

So..you do more, spend more, do more, keep real busy - don't go to the christian church cuz you are sooooooooo busy "doing" Scientology! You are disconnected from anyone who is antago towards the CULT - and are alone! You finally give you last dime to "get up the Bridge" and have now invested $500K to get Oat Tea III.

Then you go in the room....the "pack" is locked up - they open it for you and you read ALL ABOUT XENU and the BODY THEEETANS AND CLUSTERS. All religions are an IMPLANT EXCEPT Scientology :whistling: Any Oat Teas out there ponder that?:whistling:

You are either really pissed and you BLOW cuz you have been bamboozled or you "believe it all" - and continue - no money - join staff and now you are truly enslaved!:whistling: Now don't forget the TRAPS...legal papers protecting the CULT, can't sue, no one to talk to...no one talks! Traps, live Traps my friends! You thought Scientology was something that would FREE you but you are soooooooo Trapped! Scientology...the Science of TRAPS....live Traps~!

The only emotion that goes with the state of Clear and Oatee and Scientology will allow you to "be a Christian" is :whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling:

Talk to an Oat Tea Ate and ask them what they think about GOD? It is an interesting experience for them! :whistling:

Re: Can You Be a Christian Scientologist? (Juliette Lewis Says YES in New Interview

I don't recall if I already posted this stuff as the thread is older but Dr. Hubbard issued a Bulletin on "Heaven" back on May 11th, AD13 (that's 13 years after the discovery of Dianetics)

Fortunately for all of us he discovered how heaven was created 43 Trillion years ago and he says:

With rapidity and a Meter it can be shown that Heaven is a false dream and that the old religion was based on a very painful lie, a cynical betrayal.
What does this do to any religious nature of Scientology? It strengthens it. New religions always overthrow the false gods of the old, they do something to strengthen man. We can improve man. We can show the old gods false. And we can open up the universe as a happier place in which a spirit may dwell. What more can you expect? This actually places us far beyond any other beings that are about. It puts us, through increased beingness and a restoration of life, in control of much destiny.
We have now only a few unsolved problems about life, huge though they may be, such as the construction of bodies and how does one establish the character of and communicate, if feasible, with beings who are making trees and insects. There are a few things like these. But I imagine when we finally manage to communicate with beetle under rocks and free them, we'll no doubt find the Creator of Heaven who 43 + Trillion years ago designed and built the Pearly Gates and entrapped us all.
Good Lord, I'd hate to be guilty of that overt. (Sin or crime) But never mind - you aren't either. That guy is GONE (I hope!)

http://nomoreliesscn.blogspot.com/2012/11/can-you-be-christian-scientologist.html

Furthermore, Dr. Hubbard goes on to assure us that this is all factual information based upon scientific research:

This HCO Bulletin is based on over a thousand hours of research auditing, analyzing the facsimiles of the reactive mind, and with the help of a Mark V Electrometer. It is scientific research and is not in any way based upon the mere opinion of the researcher. This HCO Bulletin is not the result of the belief or beliefs of anyone. Scientology data reflects long, arduous and painstaking research over a period of some thirty years into the nature of Man, the mind, the human spirit and its relationship to the physical universe. The data and phenomena discovered in Scientology is common to all minds and all men and can be demonstrated on anyone. Truth does not require belief to be truth any more than water requires anyone's permission to run down hill. The data is itself and can be duplicated by any honest researcher or practitioner. We in Scientology seek freedom, the betterment of Man, and the happiness of the individual and this comprises our attitude towards the data found. The data, however, is simply itself, and exists whatever the opinion of anyone may be. The contents of this HCO Bulletin discover the apparent underlying impulses of religious zealotism and the source of the religious mania and insanity which terrorized Earth over the ages and has given religion the appearance of insanity. As the paper is written for my friends it has, of course, a semblance of irreverence).

Thank-You to Greywolf for providing those references showing the compatibility between Scientology and Christianity. I'm sure that any Christians can clearly see that there is no conflict, so please contact me so we can get you set up with a Free Personality Test.

of course you can be a christian scientologist

i'm sure most of you think intelligent christian is an oxymoron but there are many of us

now corner an intelligent christian and force them to choose between being routed onto the rpf or locked alone in a room twelve hours a day watching reruns of the 700 club...

How?

Christianity by necessity requires a belief in Jesus Christ. Hubbard said there was no Christ. How can you believe Hubbard and be a Christian?

very grateful to have you for a reader JQ

and the post was supposed to be a LOL thing

let yer hair down a little sweetheart

Re: Can You Be a Christian Scientologist? (Juliette Lewis Says YES in New Interview

of course you can be a christian scientologist

And how many Christians do you suppose would choose to become a "Christian Scientologist" if they were told the truth up front? That according to Hubbard, their existing religion is due to some false beliefs implanted trillions of years ago?

Or if they were to read:

New religions always overthrow the false gods of the old, they do something to strengthen man. We can improve man. We can show the old gods false.
-L. Ron Hubbard (Bulletin on Heaven)
http://nomoreliesscn.blogspot.com/2012/11/can-you-be-christian-scientologist.html

I suspect that most Christians who knew what Hubbard really thought of their religion would not walk, but run out the door.

But deception is the only way he could grow an organization, so no surprise here.
