I re-posted the Library Scam. Our Sindy Fagen of this message board and Luis Garcia of the famed Law suit against the Super Power scam are featured nicely in this video. I feel it needed to be part of this video Channel.

In 2008 a re-hash of old books were released at the cost of $3000 and $5000 with such DVDs. David Miscavige bragged he made the Church $10 million dollars in one day. The fall out on staff was pretty horrific. Sleep deprivation was enforced on those that did not make their quotas. All staff, including Security Guards, OSA INT, canteen workers, you name it, EVERY staff member had to SELL for 2 1/2 hours a day in their so called "study time." Money extraction was THE prime target.
The public were scammed. Duped into high pressure from desperate andsleep deprived Sea Org Members, the public believed they were buying copies for *every* Library in the USA, then for each country in the world.
Because of limited shelf space, all libraries handle unsolicited donations the same way. They throw the unasked for books in the dollar bin, or they give them to someone, or they just throw them away or "Return to Sender." While Bridge Publications, knew these bundles of books were being returned by the truckload, none of the scammed money was returned to the Public and US libraries have a fraction of the "Basics" that Scientology Inc pretends.
Worse than that staff members charged unauthorized purchases of these Basics on credit cards, stealing $$$ and used up advance payments on account. The theft and criminality inside the Sea org took on a new level.

Bill Straass served as a hard working "Sea Org Member". The "church" called them "CLERGY". When a Sea org member needs medical treatment, (there are approximately 4000 of them world wide,) the "CHURCH" makes the Tax payer pay for medical treatment in all countries. Scientology Inc is Tax Exempt and does not pay its fair share of taxes, under *religious cloaking*. Not only does it not contribute its fair share of taxes but expects the State to pay for medical while it hoards money for its expensive Lawyers and Private Investigators.

I'm so sad that the Lamont Jefferson lawyer for Miscavige took the defense that COB RTC has no authority, decision making authority and power over, the CSI top decision makers (who cannot order anything of significance without Miscavige's approval).

The binders of Miscavige orders that have accumulated on the shelves of the CSI employees at the Int Base are the paper trail proof of just how recent Miscavige as COB RTC has ordered CSI employees to do this or that, and there is NO question these are NOT advices, but in fact are orders, to be complied with or face ethics penalty consequences.

The pretense of there being NO command authority from COB RTC to the Watchdog Committee or Executive Strata (who are factually the top managers on paper of the movement) is a sham, as Ray Jeffrey (Mrs. Monique Rathbun's lawyer, the goodguy lawyer in this case) states.

It is stupid and fraudulent on its face for Miscavage to be claiming no executive involvement . . . . here we have a man who is up front and public presenting himself in his own words and statements as being the "leader" of Scn responsible for all its "wonderful up stats" . . . but also has himself stated he is the Chairman of the Board! . . . . try tell corporate America or any Court where a commercial law case is being tried that the "Chairman of the Board" as no powers or responsibility.

The other side of the coin is that he cannot not know the events and crimes and violations of rights etc., etc., are being committed by the church and within its wall . . . . it's all over the internet attested to by victims and also perpetrators . . . . .

I doubt it. IANAL. This is an old game--OSA and their pricy attorneys have been working the disqualification angle for decades. Sometimes it seems to go their way, other times not so much.
