The ceremony should be taking place about now....

I've been advised a couple of people protested today & the LAPD were called, but I haven't heard what happened after that.

I believe protesting the memorial was bad taste no matter the reasons given. One of the protesters there has a reputation for "getting off" on protesting and enjoying the attention it provides him, then having any real compassion for those in the cult.

If Karen was to be present at a protest, I would certainly attend to support her.
