Miscavige is protected from the consequences of his crimes by $1,000-per-hour attorneys. DM’s legal team is led by his personal Lawyer Monique Yingling. (now retired from Williams Connolly Law firm but with nice "comm lines" into the Department of Justice.

What they have covered up, what they have enabled Miscavige to get away with, is a remarkable lesson in just how dirty and profitable practicing law can be when Miscavige opens the flood gates of parishioner money. Unlimited budget.

Inside of the Church, David Miscavige’s sadistic campaign of terror is carried out and enforced by RTC. The staff of RTC fawn, placate and do whatever Miscavige wants — even if this means routinely violating the Law, attempting to destroy people's businesses, lives, family relationships, spying on people, ambushing them with video cameras, setting them up with malicious fabricated ANONYMOUS phone calls, it is worse that even one can imagine.

The RTC are toadies who Miscavige rewards with status, cars, shopping trips, cash bonuses, and better pay for their abject obedience, blind loyalty, and cruelty in carrying out DM’s brutal dirty work.

Early on, Miscavige decreed the beingness of RTC members as "cold chrome steel." Thus are warm only to each other and steely cold to everyone else — to hell with affinity, reality and communication. The RTC network has absolute power over the rest of the Sea Org and exercise that power with cruelty.

RTC has announced that they are responsible for safeguarding the very technology they sabotage and undermine by order of David Miscavige. From 1992 forward, their obsession grew insatiably for power and domination over Sea Org members.

Declaring decent people, physical attacks, screaming, inflicting penalties, canceling auditor certificates, ordering demotions, and invalidating and denigrating technical staff with joyous sadism has became the hallmark of RTC.

Following the tradition of secret police as a modern-day Gestapo, RTC demanded the entire population of Scientology act as secret informers. A normal report includes copies to the person who is being reported on. But RTC’s report line is confidential. Husbands are encouraged to report on their wives and wives on their husbands. Parents are told to report on their kids and kids to report on their parents. Friends report friends. Marriages, families, and friendships mean nothing to Miscavige.

Failure to report someone to RTC makes one an "accessory to the crime.” Sea Org members are encouraged to report the slightest infraction and even when there is only a suspicion of something. RTC policy specifies identical penalties for those who "fail to report" to RTC.

As RTC Inspectors were themselves coerced to enforce DM’s draconian punishments with instant alerts to the "Office of COB" something happened. Departure of RTC members began to occur. The good and ethical human beings reached their tolerance level and blew.

People will either be destroyed if they stay in, or they will blow to regain their sanity.

DM’s self-appointed title as "Chairman of the Board" is a gigantic lie. There is no "Board of Directors." It is a sham and always was. No board meetings occur. DM can remove “board members” using signed, undated resignations kept by him. Battered and abused Sea Org members must sign these resignations on demand.

A normal board of Directors can remove the Chairman for misconduct in any 501C3. Yet, as DM has no functioning Board of Directors, he has been able to rule year in and year out with impunity. http://www.savescientology.com/

One cruel example of RTC indulging in superiority and bullying is the incident of the RTC Rep at the Flag Land Base in 1995 who decided to target my son Alexander Jentzsch 12 years old at the time. Alexander was not permitted to go to school, but instead was used for janitorial duties 12 hours a day in child slave labor. Alexander cleaned toilets and the lobby of the Fort Harrison and all the grimy back staircases and service entrances behind the galley in violation of child labor laws.

Alexander told me the story years later. The RTC Rep was a young Miscavige bully who would place his face one inch away from Alexander’s face and say:

"You WANT to hit me, don't you?"

"You want to strike me, but you are too chicken"

"You would love to punch me in the jaw in retaliation, but you do not have the guts, sissy!"

Alexander Jentzsch would say quietly "No Sir, I do not want to hit you," while looking down at the floor.

Why this RTC Rep had it in for Alexander, why these bizarre episodes occurred, I do not understand. But in the Sea Org you dare not write a Knowledge Report on RTC. And this "RTC Rep" knew that Alexander was orphaned in Clearwater because his Ex- Sea Org mom was 3,000 miles away in Los Angeles and his father Heber was incarcerated by DM and put on slave labor, steam-cleaning the engines of buses from morning till night.

Alexander could not report this child abuse. Alexander could never be critical of a DM’s appointment of an RTC thug. Only years later after the RTC REP blew and was declared, did Alexander feel "safe" telling me about the incident.

Alexander did not feel safe for many years in sharing how he was abused and harmed. When a felony was committed on him, he was ordered to not speak about. This is symptomatic of the single biggest problem inside of the cult: David Miscavige may never be spoken of negatively in any session. Scientologists who have experienced "adversarial auditing" (the auditor challenging or being hostile to the pc and so on) leave and seek the freedom of old-school auditing in the Independent community.

David Miscavige forced my former sister in law Laurisse Stuckenbrock to desert my brother Uwe in October 2000.
Uwe had the first symptoms from his severe multiple sclerosis in 1988. He was not allowed to go to a neurologist regulary as it would have been necessary for him to have a chance against this illness. In fact he went to a neurologist for the first time in 1996 - eight years too late. This doctor told him that this could be multiple sclerosis but no treatment plan was designed. Uwe had to continue working stressfull 100 hour weeks with one or two days off in a year doing hard work in deep pits and on roofs of the International Headquarters of the Church of Scientology near Hemet having two severe accidents - one time he broke his leg, the next time he hurt his head very bad. Multiple Sclerosis is affecting the organ of equilibrium negativly - in my opinion it is a crime to force somebody with multiple sclerosis to work at very dangerous places without any safety precaution.
In 1998 Uwe blew from the Int Base - just like Mark Headley on his motorbike. But Uwe was not as lucky as Marc. They caught him very soon and Laurisse lured him back. After his failed escape he was locked up in the RPF in "Happy Valley" later he was sent to the PAC RPF in the "Blue Building" in Los Angeles. Then in October 2000 Laurisse came into her office and ordered Claire Headley to prepare the divorce papers. Claire told me that Lou had tears in her eyes while she asked her to do this.
As I explained above Uwe was imprisoned in the RPF at the time with no chance at all to appear before the court in Riverside where the case was assigned to department H5. Laurisse tried to get a judgement of default without Uwe appearing on several occasions. Finally she succeded in getting a divorce by default - of course Uwe never appeared. Three days after Christmas 2001 the divorce became legally valid. After Uwe got the letter he said to a friend: "I just want to hear three words from her - this would ease my pain" He loved her so dearly.
In 2002 we were informed about his illness - this was 14 years after the first symptoms. Uwe was forced to lie to his mother, brother and sister for 14 years. In the RPF there was always a security person with him when he called us back. We were not able to talk to him without somebody there who controlled what he said to us. Uwe died in 2008 45 years young. The pictures below show Laurisse with David Miscavige - she is COB Communicater for about more than 25 years now and many people say that she is even much more for him.

It is important to look very exactly on how it was possible to fool so many people for so many years. It should be important for Federal institutions too to learn how a Mafia like fraudulent Organization like the Church of Scientology could survive and commit so many crimes and nonetheless could survive in a country that always claims to fight for freedom.
Let me tell you something Karen. For me it would be much more important that every person who is still entangled in Hubbards Soul Hacking trap would be free from it tomorrow than seeing David Miscavige or other criminals in Scientology imprisoned tomorrow.

Vicki J. Aznaran and Richard N. Aznaran, Plaintiffs, vs. Church of Scientology of California, etc., defendants. Case no. C/88-187-WDK (EX) [note; this is the best I can read of the handwritten case number], US District Court, Central District of California, Santa Ana Office, filed April 1, 1988.

Below is a quote from this case, which was dropped or settled before going to trial:

20. In or about February of 1987, a schism arose between Defendant MISCAVIGE and the Broekers, each of whom claimed to possess the "upper level Holy Scriptures" written by Hubbard, which scriptures Hubbard had intended to bequeath to the Church. VICKI became increasingly demanding of Defendant MISCAVIGE to be put in contact with RICHARD, and Defendant MISCAVIGE regarded her demands as an expression of allegiance to MISCAVIGE's new religious rival, the Broekers. MISCAVIGE therefore ordered VICKI to the Rehabilitation Project Force at "Happy Valley," a secret location bordering the Sobova Indian Reservation near Gilman Hot Springs, California, overseen and controlled by Defendant NORMAN STARKEY.

21. Plaintiff VICKI understood that the consequences of the lack of cooperation was a threat of "fair game," and that Defendants, and each of them, would make efforts to sever her relationship entirely with her husband, as Defendants had done to others. VICKI was further advised that if she went to the Rehabilitation Project Force camp in Happy Valley cooperatively, she would be able to see RICHARD within a few days. This representation was false when made. In fact, Defendants concealed the true intent which was to keep VICKI totally seperated from her husband and deny her access to him.

22. Once having arrived at Happy Valley, VICKI was assigned a guard and was not allowed to go anywhere or do anything without her guard being present. At night, she was imprisoned by having heavy furniture moved to secure the exit, keeping her from in any way escaping. Further, Defendants kept, and continue to keep all of her physical belongings including a horse and two dogs.

23. VICKI was in fear of being physically prevented from leaving, or subject to "fair game" if she escaped. Plaintiff had seen in the past other victims of Happy Valley be beaten upon attempted escape, and their personal belongings destroyed. During this period of unlawful detention, VICKI was unable to communicate with RICHARD as their correspondence was intercepted and denied. During this period of false imprisonment, VICKI and others were made to wear rags taken out of garbage cans, sleep on the ground, dig ditches, subjected to many hours of indoctrination using the techniques hereinabove, all designed to coercively force VICKI to submit to the control of Defendants. During the time of her incarceration in Happy Valley, Defendants DAVID MISCAVIGE and NORMAN STARKEY were directing and enforcing the coercive and abusive indoctrination devices at Happy Valley.

24. On or about April 9, 1987 VICKI and two other victims escaped from Happy Valley onto the Sobova Indian Reservation where they were pursued on motorcycles by guards of Happy Valley. VICKI and the other victims were rescued by residents of the reservation who picked them up in a pick-up truck and spirited them to a motel in the City of Hemet.

In January of 2001, Maria Pia Gardini contacted the LMT to ask them to help her recover 1.5 million dollars from Scientology. The story she told of fraud and abuse was so terrible that they asked her to come to Clearwater .

This went on until 8:00 p.m. as I tried to resist her in every way, even locking myself in the bathroom for half an hour with her banging on the outside saying she would never leave.»

«78. The night I attested to OT VIII, I went ashore with some friends to see the casino in Nassau. Guess who was gambling there? David Miscavige, Guillame Leserve and Ray Mithoff.

Dave Foster and me in the room. Mr. Foster started yelling at me, becoming as red as a lobster and getting so upset I thought he was going to have a heart attack. He wanted me to give the money. He told me I was not a good Scientologist; that my money was Wog money and needed to go to scientology; and that I was unethical. I kept refusing to give any more money. Finally, Dave Foster slapped me in the face. I began to cry.


18. The Captain FSO then returned to the room. I told her Dave Foster had slapped me. Dave Foster denied it. Captain FSO then immediately began asking me again for more money. They kept badgering me, insinuating that if I wanted to go home to Italy, I had better give the money. Soon, I was an emotional mess. I wanted out of that room and to go home to Italy. It was apparent to me that neither would happen if I did not agree: so, I finally agreed to give them whatever money they wanted. At that point they again called Franco Baggio and I told him to give the money. Franco then wrote a check and gave it to Tito Mazza, who took the check to Luxembourg and put it into a Flag account there. Only after this did they let me out of the room. I then returned to work.

19. I now wanted to leave for Italy, but OSA was holding my passport and though I had asked for its return every night for twenty days, they would not give it to me. I finally went to the Captain FSO at the end of October. I begged to be able to return to Italy so I could get the money to pay everybody back. Also during this time I was sick with worry because they had told me they wanted one million dollars and they hadn't yet gotten that out of me. So every Thursday I was terrified that I would again be called in and forced to give more money.

20. The Captain finally ok'd the return of my passport. Soon after getting it, I was again called into a meeting in the Captain's Office in the Coachman building. The Captain told me to write a CSW to go to Italy and get it signed by all of my seniors and bring it back to Snr. Staff HCO and then to her. This was the end of October. At this time she asked me if I had any more money in the bank. I admitted that I did (lying to the Captain is an overt). She told me the stats were down and I needed to again contribute money. I was so anxious to get my CSW signed so I could leave, I again wrote a check for Flag. This was for $25,000 written on my account at 1st National Bank (Amsouth) in Clearwater.

21. After this, I tried and tried to get everyone to approve my CSW to go home to Italy. Towards the end of November, I received all necessary approvals. I finally left for Italy in early December.

22. When I arrived in Italy, my attorney told me that before the 12th of December I had to pay the inheritance taxes. I paid the taxes and then found that nothing was left in the bank. I decided I had to sell some property, as I was now virtually penniless.

You're saying that the Independent Scientologists desire dismantling the 'Church' as it stand today. But what exactly does that mean?

I know, and I'm sure you know, that many Independent Scientologists want to reclaim the "Church," which, they feel was stolen. And that's a perfectly reasonable view isn't it? - assuming one were a Scientologist, a disciple of L. Ron Hubbard.

Over decades under L. Ron Hubbard's direction, Scientology accumulated substantial funds, it accumulated land and property, it possesses the entirety of the L. Ron Hubbard archives, and somebody, somewhere, possesses the levels above OT 8 that L. Ron Hubbard, on several occasions, told Scientologists existed - unless L. Ron Hubbard was lying about that.

In a short Bogroll on Marty Rathbun's site, prominently listed is a group called 'Friends of LRH'. They describe the Church as "stolen." Isn't it a natural thing to want to reclaim what has been "stolen"?

And, from the standpoint of a Scientologist, and "friend of LRH," it would seem to make sense to want to do so.

"Dismantle the 'Church' as it stand today," translated, becomes, simply: "Be rid of Miscavige and his supporters," and "put Scientology back on Source," that "Source" being L. Ron Hubbard.

I hope that you can understand why that is not reassuring to some.

It's clear that you do not regard Scientology, under Miscavige, to be a Church, and I share that view, but I don't believe it was ever a Church, and my view of Hubbard's fraudulent use of his "religion angle" and "religious cloaking," I'm sure, is not shared by most Independent Scientologists, who, most definitely do not want L. Ron Hubbard's Church of Scientology to lose it USA tax exemption.

For example, Keith Henson asked Marty Rathbun about the IRS deal:

"Marty... as I recall, you were there. If not part of the original project that corrupted the IRS in 1991. IIRC, you and DM marched past a startled secretary and into Fred Goldberg's office.

"Wikipedia used to say:

" 'Allegedly, Church officials, including David Miscavige, paid private investigators to acquire some unspecified compromising information on Goldberg during his time as commissioner, and then strode into his office without an appointment one day to demand terms. The meeting was not listed on Goldberg's appointment calendar, which was obtained by the New York Times through the Freedom of Information Act.'

"Leading up to that meeting was two years of work by PIs Michael L. Shomers and Thomas J. Krywucki.

"Wonder what you could fill in on what they did?"

And Marty Rathbun blew him off with:

"Keith, yeah, I am all powerful."

Yet, much had been made of Marty Rathbun having been the "second most powerful" person in corporate Scientology for many years, however, when convenient, he seems to have not been so powerful.

There are reasons why people have doubts about the "Independent Scientologists," and, IMO, they are valid reasons. Virtually everyone supports them when they expose the abuses of David Miscavige - which, incidentally, have been exposed for decades by people who are not Scientologists - but, frankly, once one looks behind the PR curtain, there is entirely too much LRH-brand Scientology, in Independent Scientology, for comfort.

That's expected. And I would imagine that any questions concerning Mary Sue Hubbard are long gone, having been, long ago, thrown under the bus by her husband. However, the cult of L. Ron Hubbard continues, in both the CofS and outside the CofS.

I started a thread to document the current abuses and crimes of David Miscavige and the current "Church" of scientology as these are continuing to this day and Karen #1 has done a wonderful job posting information on that.

However it started with Hubbard, and no matter the argument that he is long gone, the truth is that he is the source of the policies that are still followed and will continue to be until the whole truth is known. His attitudes, cruelty, and actions are responsible for the current and past dreadful abuses throughout scientology history and I want to bring together all the personal accounts of those who knew or were affected by them.

There is no question about the need to make Miscavige accountable for his crimes, the danger lies in thinking he alone is responsible and that suddenly all would be ok if he is removed when the original policy and attitudes remain.

While having L’s at Flag my wife was having sex with the Snr C/S of IFAD (in Mexico)
Part 2
When I return to Mexico, they both where waiting for me at the airport, and this guy took me to his church (now as a Chaplain) and enforced and coerced me to have an express divorce, they kidnapped me for 9 hours with no food until I sign a piece of of paper that says that my wife took all the money $127,000 us dollars from my own accounts, pre-sign checks (for emergencies), cash in my house and even money under my mothers account, for her divorce, and that I couldn’t go to court to appeal for what happened with her. I was screamed at for my “CRIMES.” I was constantly threatened with “non enturbulation order” and suppressive person declare.

But they are the ones who emptied my bank accounts while I was on the Ls at Flag.

This guy told me that I could lose my house too (I was married under separate assets) he took me for a whole week (in his office, with out allowing me to go out, and threat me that I was going to be declared suppressive if I do not pay him more money for the church, he was pushing me to go back to Flag, then he took me to CLO Latam to many others that knew about this evil plan to divorce me right away so the stolen money out of my accounts had a different spin.

My wife, had, in my absence given ALL the money from our joint bank accounts to the Church for “Ideal Orgs.” None of this was her money. She came into the marriage poor and penniless. I put the money in the accounts which she gave away without my knowledge to “Ideal Orgs”

The Church knew that I was in Clearwater for Ls and that the money they were stealing did not have my approval.

I believe my wife gave them all these funds to avoid Ethics for sex with the Senior CS in Mexico.

Part 3

I was hugely upset that all my money was raped out of my possession without my knowledge and consent.

I threatened the Church that I would go public with this, upon which they threatened my spiritual future and told me

I was no longer elligible for Flag Service Org in Clearwater , to go to Los Angeles Church, "AOLA."

This was my life immediately after completing 3 Ls at Flag.

I went to Los Angeles where they put me to slave labor of filing in Central Files for 2 months while I paid my own hotel and meals.

I am public, but I am filing in Central Files like a Sea Org member on the decks.

Part 4

With co-erced pressure they made me sign a bunch of documents that I would never lay a claim on them, with $10,000 penalty for each claim.

They did not refund the agreed amount but less.

I am learning that OSA have so many WITHOLDS that while they ask all day long from “CRIMES” they themselves

want to cover up inside scandal.

Why does everyone have to sign pages of documents to not “TELL?”

During my 9 years of taking services at the church, I realized now, that I lost my wife, my money, my business, my joy of living, and my family, because they made me disconnect to my mother, because she is a psychologist.

STATEMENT

1. Between the years 2002 and 2009, I participated in various personal development courses called "Dianetics" and/or "Scientology" at the headquarters in the state of Florida in the United States of America.

2. On the day I returned to Mexico City, May 10, 2009, I was surprised to be met at the Mexico City airport by my wife, SUHAD LATIFE ORO CHEHIN and a member of this cult, ZOZER LEONARDO JIMÉNEZ SANTANA. He approached me before my wife and, without any further explanation and with the complicity of my wife, I was driven away in my own vehicle, which was in my wife's possession, to the building located at Río Lerma No. 76, Colonia Cuauhtémoc (between Río Sena and Río Rhin) in the Federal District. During the drive to this building, he told me, "You'd better not resist if you don't want anything bad to happen to you."

3. When we arrived at the building mentioned above, I was met by two persons, OLIVER GONZÁLEZ and JOSE LUIS DURÁN, who along with ZOZER LEONARDO JIMÉNEZ SANTANA, led me to a poorly lit room that had no ventilation anywhere and contained nothing but a table, two chairs, and a lamp that remained constantly aimed at my face, causing me total confusion. I was incommunicado in this place for approximately TEN HOURS and I was prevented from leaving by the persons mentioned above, among whom was my wife. They told me I was to communicate with no one and, without my consent, I was deprived of my liberty, both my freedom of movement and my free will. I was forbidden to make any telephone calls, I was provided no food or water, and at various times these persons said that I had to sign "an agreement in which I accept that my wife is to receive ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS", and that I would proceed by mutual agreement to an administrative divorce from my wife.[/size][/b]

4. During the entire time that I was deprived of my liberty and obliged to do what these persons told me to do, causing me the loss of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS, I was constantly attacked, insulted, and threatened with death by ZOZER LEONARDO JIMÉNEZ SANTANA, who, after I had spent nearly TEN HOURS incommunicado, obliged me to SIGN THE DOCUMENT according to which I accepted a prejudicial financial settlement, as mentioned above. This document was handwritten by ZOZER LEONARDO JIMÉNEZ SANTANA and is appended to this complaint.

5. Following these earlier events, I was unable to file the present COMPLAINT before now because my life became one threat after another. I was told that if I said a single word, "they would kill me". Every week for more than a year, I was threatened by those who were probably responsible. I can tolerate this no longer and I am determined to report these facts despite the personal risk I run by reporting this.

It is of note that INT BASE THUGGERY has been exported down the "command channels" and that Mexico city echoes the fine example of KIDNAP and HELD AGAINST WILL by Miscavige

Janet Light (Mclaughlin) is long term Sea Org Member.
I am guessing she has been in the Sea Org 35 years or more.
She has vanished into thin air since trying to oppose David Miscavige ~~ a death sentence.
She is probably still in SP Hole "The Dungeon" with my ex-husband Heber Jentzsch
and another 80-100 hapless Sea Org members.

They live in a prison within a prison 12 miles from Hemet in Southern California.
This the location of the headquarters of the criminal entity known as "THE CHURCH" of Scientology
where people have been abused, assaulted, spat on, sent to live in the desert compound with only a garden hose to bathe.

John Brousseau who blew INT Base a couple of years ago revealed that he was was ORDERED by Miscavige to put up PRISON BARS outside SP hole.

In late 2006, David Miscavige ordered Janet McLaughlin (President IASA) and her executives, who were in Los Angeles at the time, rounded up and taken to the Hole. Janet’s husband, Colm, was sent to the Freewinds under guard where he was put in lockdown. Colm remains there to this day, separated from his wife for 5 years. He has reportedly tried to escape, but was gang tackled on the dock and dragged back to the ship (Security telling the Port Police that he was “drunk”).[/size]

The IAS had appeased Miscavige with extravagant gifts and vacations over the years (and he in turn had been the chief fundraiser for the IAS – he liked to announce to anyone in his vicinity that “he could raise more money with his pinkie, and without ever uttering the word “money” than all the IAS regges put together).

Huge amounts of money were spent by the IAS to cater to POB – and it was funded through a scheme whereby the staff of the IAS were paid “bonuses” that they turned over to form a slush fund for Miscavige Tom Cruise jaunts/parties/food/gifts.

Despite the well-known arrogance of the IAS executives, their shopping sprees in London, Paris and Los Angeles, their bonuses and perks…. President IASA had become disenchanted with the over the top extravagances of Miscavige and especially with respect to his best friend and “Deputy Chairman of the Board” Tom Cruise.

Being in disagreement with Miscavige was a one way ticket to oblivion, (when you are a Sea Org member) and Janet made her disagreements known. In fact, she was in LA as she had asked to meet Chairman of the Board "The Pope: of Scientology David Miscavige face to face in order to air her disagreements. He in turn had her tailed by PI’s, her car had a tracking device installed on it, her phones were monitored.

Her “disaffection” gave Miscavige a justification for taking her out. The operation was executed in typical Miscavige total overwhelm style. 30 people descended on the IAS Offices in LA to round up the 5 women and separate and contain her husband Colm.

Concurrently orders were sent to the Freewinds, executed by the RTC Rep Lurie Bellotti, CO CMO Ship Sue Price and Miscavige’s favorite hitman, Captain Freewinds, Mike Napier. All IAS staff were herded into the Starlight Cabaret, their phones, beepers and computers were confiscated and they were all made to “confess” to their crimes against Miscavige (i.e. any agreement with Janet that Miscavige and Cruise were overly extravagant). The only ones that survived the purge were those who were loyal to Miscavige.

With Janet and anyone in agreement with her out of the way, Miscavige began running the IAS personally. He was in daily communication with IAS Regges (though he falsely claims in legal filings that he has nothing to do with the day to day operations of the church and nothing at all to do with the IAS).

Since late 2006, with nothing but Miscavige sycophants in the IAS , it has become his personal “SS” (the few remaining in RTC and the CMO are his personal “Gestapo”) .

Greg Hughes ~~ Former WDC Wise and INT FINANCE DIRECTOR.[/size]

Greg Hughes was entering the Sea Org as I was departing the Sea Org. He was a Glendale CA dentist.
We lived in the same building on Edgemont Street, Los Angeles 90027 which was at the time, a Sea Org berthing (rented apartments for couples). We would chat here and there. I already knew what he was walking into. I had my days of hell at INT BASE.

I thought he was recruited to be a Sea Org Staff member Dentist. Lord knows that Sea Org members need their teeth checked and dental hygiene. It is non existent.

But in no time at all, he was posted as a senior executive Watch Dog Committee for "WISE." (WDC WISE) The Sea Org sector that extorts 10%, 20% 30% and more off Scientology Businesses much like the Mafia do collections of the local businesses.

There are many many stories about WISE and their expensive $$$$$ "arbitrations". That is for another day.

Then Greg Hughes was posted as INT FINANCE Director. Full knowledge of where the money goes...
what bank accounts, what foreign countries, the works.

Sadly Greg Hughes like other INT BASE execs could not have dreamed as he merrily signed his Sea org contract ~~ how many times he would be beaten.

Greg Hughes was slugged, beaten, punched, assaulted by David Miscavige and thrown into the SP hole for extended periods of time by numerous eye witness accounts.

He was atrociously and viciously attacked with assault and battery over and over and over again.

His wife's medical condition got progressively worse at INT BASE and some 2 years ago, Greg and Debbie were permitted to leave INT BASE after some nice hush money$$$$$ was paid them and a promise to take care of her medical bills as long as Greg Hughes is silent about INT BASE atrocities.

Contracts with lots of dough $$$$ to be silent are one thing.

Subpoenas and depositions in the legal arena to answer questions on beatings and sub human treatment are a different kettle of fish.

When we read the INT BASE atrocities, when we read how David Miscavige, has for some 28 years been able to get away with assault and battery, we ask how in the world is this tolerated? ?

Is assault and battery a way of daily life for Sea Org members ? It emphatically is at the infamous INT BASE.

Why would Guillaume Lesevre (former the Executive Director of all Churches, supposedly a lifetime appointment) allow himself to be perpetually beat up, humiliated and degraded ?

Guillaume Lesevre is known to have a personal fortune and would not want for anything if he left. He is a wealthy individual. But he stays. He is mentally trapped.

Guillaume Lesevre has been punched, beaten, thrown to the floor, spat on, hurled against the wall with continuing gay epithets by David Miscavige by numerous eye witness accounts.

Someone reported 2006

I watched David Miscavige strut by my office, with Guillaume Lesevre on his heels, running after him, because David Miscavige was "calling him". It was sickening because Guillaume, a once proud fully functional human being was trembling and quaking like a puppy dog.

When Guillaume purchased a Mercedes, Miscavige blew up to high heaven on Guillaume's purchase of a German car supporting the criminal country of Germany, and Guillaume was forced to get rid of the car.

Why do they endure it ?

The dehumanizing I describe is not exaggerated.
I believe they are stuck in Stockholm Syndrome, where the victim, completely overwhemed by the aggressor, the abused, allies himself to the abuser and defends him.

It helps me to understand why a person like Guillaume Lesevre would stand there and let himself be degraded, and then go on the stage in front of the Scientology world and tell everyone how wonderful everything is, return to the Int base and resume his degraded existence.
