I figure that it is potentially possible for a person to "die" and then decide where and what he or she wants to do with some measure of or even full control.

One thing my husband has recommended to me is that when a person dies, that they should orient themselves "where" they happen to "be". They should do what we Scn'ists (don't anyone jump on me for saying this, please. Thx.) call a "locational".

I've talked to a number of people who feel the way LB does. They don't want to come back and reincarnate. I understand this, I think, but it's not where I'm at right now. I'm having too good a time. I'd like to come back and have some more fun.

My last go around

Friday the 14th I am celebrating my 75th Birthday. I have a goal to keep this body going at least to 80. No one in my family have made it past 77, and I want to be the first. Another reason is because I am constantly researching life and beyond. The human viewpoints are interesting.

When this body dies I know I am going to a place (call It heaven for lack of a better label). I will heal as a spititual being, see all my relatives and friends and pets that have crossed over, and make the choice of coming back to earth. I will chose not to. I will stay in the spiritual realm and enjoy studying at the feet of the masters. I know I will be given a chance to contribute in some way and willingly do so.

I think some spirits chose to merge with God and become part of him, and I may decide to do that at some future time.

I am actually looking forwad to crossing over.

Love and Light,
Pat

You do realize that you are and always were a "part" of God? My analogy is drops of water. Each of us a single drop appears to achieve little. Accumulate enough for a bucket, and a good splash can be had, build up enough for a dam and we have electricity, take an entire ocean and we have a living planet. Yet from the single drop to the entire ocean, they are all water, and in the same way every "thing" from the smallest atom to the largest galaxy is "matter". Every interaction from the smallest chemicals to the most complex organism right up to "God" is life-force.

I wish you good luck for your endeavor, even if my ideas about leaving the game are a bit different.

In my opinion there is no possible growth of spiritual awareness in the bodyless realms because if there were, then nobody would go through the travails of sheer endless reincarnations.

But if you're lucky I am wrong.... :eyeroll:

RP I agree with you we are part of God, spiritualy. Nextep, yes, we can grow as a spiritual being on the other side, by listening to the masters. However we must come to earth to learn many lessons because the other side does not have the trials that we have to confront and handle or not handle on earth. That is why we choose to come here. Every trial is a lesson if we look for it.

I guess I didn't make myself understood. I am only sad and don't want to start all over again because I can't imagine anything better or more love than I have. Time marches on and I know we will all be gone and have to play the game all over again. I think the more you care and love the harder and more bittersweet our fleeting existence and connections in this life are.

The big promise of scientology is that you will be able to end the cycle of birth and death and be "aware and exterior". Many spiritual teachings offer this too. Like going to heaven and living happily ever after with all your loved ones. (Only if you believe and follow the rules though!)

There has to be a better game.

That god is bwoken! :bigcry:

Everyone should be very pleased that I am not THE God or even a part of him. On the other hand, he has adopted me and I can be called a son of God.

LB I think that sense of being "overrun" on the game is omnipresent, even if many people don't realize it. Me too I think we have played this game for eons now and that it is time for something new. I think the major problem is that we ourselves see only little progress if any, as humanity is always struggling with the same problems and civilizations rise and fall again with no end in sight.

Scientology seemed to have the answers and appeared to have the means to get you to the exit point of the game but Scientology failed for various reasons, which are discussed sufficiently elsewhere, and now it has no more forward momentum for them. But I am sure others will appear at the horizon soon, who hopefully will manage to help us out of the threadmill more efficiently.

As far as I know there is no such thing as an individual leaving the game alone, it's an all or none question in any case. There is no such thing as an ego trip back to unity. We are all connected as Royal Prince Xenu stated.

This post makes use of eclecticism, I cannot provide the myriad citations.
The "over-run" phenomenon is a valid observation. That is why we now have the passing through of Indigos, Platinums and Crystals at this time. Having read up on this new-age material, I reasonably believe that I was part of the Indigo Spearhead to drive the wedge into the existing system. It broke me, but in the numbers in which they are now arriving, they will break the system.

The Earth undergoes regular cataclysms (as best referenced by Noah's Ark) approx every 3000 years--a complete cleansing which also involves changes in axial rotation and sometimes orbit. The only artifacts that have survived such cleansings are "Egyptian" objects inside pyramids and the pyramids and Sphinx, which have been stellar-dated as over 10,000 years old. The Spynx also shows significant water damage indicative that sometime in the past, it was inside a rainforest environment, and it also shows signs of repair that are again older than anything we can do. These changes in rotation and orbit allow different continents to become rainforest and/or desert so that large tracts of land have the option of lying fallow.

The last such cleansing is also approximately 3000 years overdue. This has been to allow for the rectification of a spiritual flamingo-up (something like a cock-up only much bigger). The old-souls have been supervising the development of the younger ones (also encumbered by the amnesia cycle), and most of them will guide those souls/thetans who are ready to the next evolution, and a new group will be selected to replace the "old ones" so that they may proceed with their development also. Thus a new cycle of newly "split-off" souls will begin their development. The purpose: How can we fully appreciate perfection until we have an understanding of imperfection? How can we know light until we come out of the darkness? There are souls who simply choose not to proceed, or are truly what lrh described as SPs--these are simply reabsorbed.

My question is: when we all re-unite as one, what will be the new game, and do we want to play it?
