Just a note to Winston, though.

One of the reasons everyday TV isn't one big porno movie by now is because of certain rulings and standards set by govenment agencies, the FCC for example.

And I am sure you probably think that this agency is unconstitutional since the Founding Fathers hadn't accounted for it.

But it is. So this is something to think about.

The only problem I have with the FCC is that it has bowed to pressure to allow more risque language and "adult" situations. Between us nuts here on ESMB we can spout all sorts of nasty words and lewd behavior, but I would never expose them to little kids. However there are dozens of examples of pure filth now allowed that Ed Sullivan and Walter Cronkite would have reeled at.

I am not so Neanderthal that I hold that if it isn't in the Constitution it isn't allowed. However, it does not take much intellect to discern the intent of those dead white guys. Their intent screams out loud and clear.
