Yes, Tory/Magoo

Your post #220 above is spot on, but more important is the point that the "permanent injunction" specifies very explicitly geographic
locations and addresses that the injunction is limited to and having affect on.
It has no force anywhere else . . . .
Ummm, that should not be to hard to understand, even for the willfully "blind."
It's unfortunate that the ill-will between two players in the game has been exposed, expressed and acted upon. It is also very, very unfortunate that this series of mis-steps can be interpreted by the cult types as "an example of their ethics presence" as we ex-culties know the bastards will. They will even trumpet this little brouhaha as a "win" for them and their "ethics presence" . . . . what we should be doing is using it and the fraudulent application of the injunction and other spurious legal actions by the cult as examples of the cult's duplicity, mendacity and true intent of gaining and misusing political power in the areas it operates in!
It is a bit of a tragedy that the legal issues were not thought through more correctly such that the Constitutional Rights of free individuals stood tall instead of being bruised.
If I remember correctly, my invitation made the point that the conference was being held outside the jurisdiction of the cult's "power base" for the very reason the cult is wont to falsely report to the courts and misuse the system with their $$$'s.
The other thought and wonder I have is: did Laura in any way communicate to Mark B her concerns and ask him to stay away prior to the confrontation . . . from the traffic I have read, it appears not. And if not, that is a tragic error . . . though in the context of the posted traffic on "her not liking Mark" . . . it figures.
But shit, surely people ought be big enough to bury their dislikes for an event and occasion as big as this???!!! That and with Mark being a local resident!?
