I had the same experience. Earlier I tried to read it and couldn't.

Later, I decided "Okay, I am going to read it, dammit!" So I started and was so repulsed that I had to end off, skipping to the end to see if there was anything different.

Then, just before I posted, I figured: "Hey I should actually read this shit so I know what the hell I am posting about!!!" And so i gave it a running start and dove in. Still couldn't read it all, skipped around here and there and kinda made it to the end--but still didn't read all the words--and signed it off on my checksheet anyways. (fast flow student, ya know?)

I finally found the WHY that I couldn't read it--it's just too cringey-creepy of a hoax. LOL

Well..... I am familiar with Matt Hanses and his parents. I believe he did write this.

The orgs probably have totally unreal quotas set for their own event attendance, book and meter sales, course and auditing sign ups. I'm assuming their events are going to be within a week of the Flag event.

His email sounds desperate to me....looking desperately for an answer, for stats to go up, for pay to go up, for the answer as to why more people are not in the org, on course, in session. He's ED FDN now (was HES). It sounds like he desperately wants the tech to work and change the world like he's been told it would his whole, entire life. When sending out a mass email where you blind carbon-copy (send out to a bunch of folks, but nobody sees the email addresses), it is usual to send one copy to self that isn't "blind". This results in a heading as shown in this email. Not saying that makes it real, but just that the way it's addressed is not suspicious.
