True Ex-Scientologist

That is correct. And I don't know why anyone would think that.
Maybe it would be wishful thinking?

Sounds like a good move to define the nature of this forum more clearly. Some people belong here, some don't. The name of the forum ought to make it clear who it's for - EX scientologists. Now it does. "Freezone scientologists" are still scientologists -they are not EX scientologists.

You said that everyone is entitled to a rant. Of course.
But this is much more than just that.
That's why I said what I said.
If fresh out of churchies need somewhere to go, they'll find the FZ quick enough, but it would be better if they came here instead - without FZers regging them for more of what fucked them up. Sorry to be blunt.
you know.. i have to say that when i first showed up on esmb, the zoner's jumped on me like i was fresh meat, i wont name names. but honestly... it was a sick feeling. i just got out of the mess, i was still dealing with, AM still dealing with it, the last thing i needed was to get regged.
not to mention the fact that the regging was one of the things i hated the most. it just stunk of hard sell and sneaky "snatch-em-up" techniques. i have no doubt that anyone interested in continuing with scientology without the corporate and antagonistic feel of what scientology is for them, then they will find the freezone on their own. if that is what they want, they will seek it out.
but i have always felt that this site should be a place of reprieve from all of that. no one should feel like they are being primed to be sold... again.
i came here by accident, but i stayed for the people that i knew had experienced what i had, am and probably will continue to experience. that is what is most valuable. we came here to get away from scientology, to discuss, laugh, share and bitch about it. not praise it.
so good on ya, emma.

...I think it is wrong to call these people "fucking stupid". One does not call and addict or an alcoholic "fucking stupid" as they are "sick", not "stupid". Some addicts are very sick; not "very stupid". Some addicts are very, very sick and will die before they change. This sad lot is not "very, very stupid", although on the urface it may appear to be so based on their behaviours.

So on a scale that goes from "Fucking stpid" at one end to "Bat-shit crazy" at the other, could/would somebody please put me out of my suffering state of Doubt and tell me where /what I am?
Emma, perhaps you'll consider actually deleting the "Freezone Success Stories" sub-forum rather than just locking it down?
Yes, and Emma's stated opinion has been wholly justified by recent events. What started as yet another outbreak of an outstanding FZ hissy fit has, in no small part due to BB's own partisan & self-justificatory meddling, turned the current events into a real meltdown.
