Welcome Sam! I loved your post, and how you responded to the COS's ridiculous claims for money.

The timing of their visit/calls just shows how incredibly desperate they are getting. Calling up to collect a 30 year old debt.....UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

With regard to most US consumer debts (doesn't include mortgages,student loans though)if they are not paid within 7 years, then they are usually considered noncollectable by the judicial system.....and collection can not be enforced.

The next time you get a call from the COS regarding this so called "debt", why don't you have some FUN at their expense. Personally, I would scare the SHIT out of them........

Late one evening....... the phone rings. Sam picks up the receiver....


COS caller: Hello, is Sam there?

SAM: Who is calling please........can you spell that ....good, and also which org you are from and what is this about?

COS: It's Dick Head...that's spelled D-I-C-K H-E-A-D from the Flag Land Base, calling about Sam's freeloader debt.

SAM: Yes, this is Sam....just a moment .....(clears throat and turns on recorder) .....I am recording this call with Mr. Dick Head of the Flag Land Base at 10:00pm on (date). This recording will be used as evidence in my upcoming harassment trial again COS, whose recent actions have caused me extreme mental anguish. The COS was advised (by my attorneys) last week, and served with legal papers which state that any further direct contact with me is in violation of Restraining order # as issued by the Washington DC Federal Courts. Any direct contact with me by the COS will result in a penalty of $1 million dollars for each individual infraction thereof.
Now Mr. Head.....what did you want to talk to me about?

COS: I ....think.....(asthmatic fit coming on) I have .......the...wrong....number!!

Sam: Now, now, Dick don't be shy.....I have your number showing on caller ID (repeats number) and it clearly shows you are calling from COS........what could you possibly want to talk to me about?

COS: :omg: CLICK.


Oh, the possibilities are endless!!!! Just go with your imagination and have FUN .......

I had a great chuckle at your proposed repayment plan ... interest free of course..... :lol:

All jokes aside the cult does not have any legal right to demand payment for any freeloader billing .

Apart from the fact that their employment contracts are unconscionable and based on slavery mentality .... :angry: what person in their right mind wants to support the Church's criminal exchange with their human resources.

I love your freeloader repayment scheme, a thing of beauty!
A good way to get them off your back is to use "ignore-tech".
$cientology won't be around for much longer so don't worry about a thing.

I loved the 0.05 per 1000 year payment plan.

The Co$ seem to be really scraping the barrel these days. In the last few months they have been sending me post for the first time in 21 years. I was lucky in that my phone number is private so I don't get calls.

They probably have a world wide drive to get old timers onto lines again, this will probably peter out pretty soon and maybe in another couple of decades they will be starting a new drive. I wonder what their stats for recovery of old timers is like - one in 1000.

Finally, I got so fed up with this that I disconnected my phone (I was going to change to using a mobile anyway, but this hastened my decision to do so).

As if this were not enough, in the beginning of June I received a letter from the Director of Income at AOSH Europe together with a statement of my "free-loader bill". The accompanying letter told me "one very good data from LRH is that communication can solve any problem" and that "I will try to help you as much as I can and I think you also can help me". Obviously the girl thinks that making financial demands that would ruin me for life, if I took them seriously, is "helping" me.

I have reported both those matters to the police in Copenhagen, but I have not received an answer yet.

So what I wonder is if anybody on this forum has some advice as how I should go about getting those people off my back.

Tell them to bend over and take one up the backside, because if you are anything like me you are getting too old to be taking it up the backside from the likes of them anymore. Now once you have them bent over bring that randy old donkey out from the backyard step back and enjoy the show. :lol: :lol:
Seriously just laugh at them they can't stand being laughed at, when I do it I kinda snigger and let it build up until it gets almost uncontrollable.

I worked for OSA Int for a couple of years. Does that mean I'm now an OSA agent?

What a great story, I love your payment plan:happydance: .

Believe you me you don't owe anything. If you count up the amount of hours you woked there you will find the Church actually owes you.

So count up the hours you worked for them, and then times this by the minimum or executive wage in terms of the wog world, and you will find its time to send them a bill from yourself, as it will surpass what ever freeloader bill the co$ actually thinks you owe and then you hit them up for what they owe you:omg: . Remember to add up all the ridiculous all nighters and over time too.

Then if your country believes in human rights in the work force, and has an ombudsman, let the Co$ know that you will inform them of all the illegal overtime done in one day, that is never actually recorded on time sheets, and this is how they get away with the gross over working and the slave labour that has been introduced....With out any over time, no medical really being paid for as they lead you to believe, no annual leave and the list goes on & on......:confused2:

So maybe you will find they will get off your lines real quick:yes: .

Infact if they had just left you alone you would probably not even be posting here like many of us:omg: .
