Very interesting thread for Shewolf who was raised with 2 languages from get go. No confusion but lots of slipping in and out from one to other within discourse. Fortunately environment helped and facilitates this twinning of tongues. Some scientologists and therefore exscientologists do speak different languages, you were looking in the wrong place. Try Switzerland, Scandinavia etc, Americans are not generally linguists, nor are Brits or Ozzies, though there are exceptions of course.

Heh. Our yard was being invaded by a coyote this past fall. She kept peeing in one spot in the yard, right at the edge of the woods. I didn't like her coming that close to the house, but I don't kill anything that's not food unless I absolutely have to. So I went out and marked my territory, right on top of her mark.

She stopped coming around.
