Just heard today there are new OEC volumes coming out soon. So throw those 1991 and 1976 versions out, here's the new source references. Unfortunately I heard almost all of the pages say "whip Norm Starkey with hose" >:|

(seriously, not a troll - new OEC vols are coming out)

I thought there was a post-1976 version (ones with stripes), because the 1971 and 1976 ones didn't have the stripes.

Well.......

I guess they had to get rid of those pesky LRH references in the OEC vols about how you should not do fundraising.

that certainly seems to be true.

(I get sick whenever I realize I let the more correct original set go for $50.):duh:

The Real Reason

The real reason they are bringing out a new set is to have bigger print, as the

continuing overts of the staff have caused a major crisis of eyesight, so that

only the new set can be read. (see PAB 111) :whistling:

(Be sure to burn your old sets, so that Miscarriage will be happy and you have

room for the beautiful new ones.)

Please don't alter-is the hubbard technology. The correct quote is:

"MAKE MONEY. MAKE MORE MONEY. MAKE OTHER PEOPLE PRODUCE SO AS TO MAKE MORE MONEY."

- L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard Communications Office Policy Letter, 9 March 1972, MS OEC 384

Your reference is "What Scientology Won't Tell You, An Information Pack" on xenu.net

Wow, you just totally handed me my ass. That's awesome. I always thought I was good at doing that with LRH references. Well played sir ...WELL PLAYED.

You're very gracious, Gloria. I loved being able to quote a Xenu.net "reference." Guess all that supervisor training didn't entirely go to waste.

So, I see the foil printing on the new vols is silverish. Whats the ethics condition if someone sees an older set in your house say six months from now?

Would you be labeled as not KSW and a squirrel? And of course you couldn't sell them on eBay that would be out KSW too.

I guess the only true believer way to get rid of them is to turn in your old set to the org and get a written receipt for them. You couldn't just say I threw them in the trash because your friends or the Ethics Officer may not believe you.

So now you shell out new money for the new final final final correct source version. Sheesh What a pantload of Crap!!

And, how many newer better best emeters do they now own?

Time to bail out matey, when *the most ethical group on the planet* is squirreling the tech.

I just cant understand the depth of justification some of these Scion lifers have to endure. Some who are in their 50s and 60s. Some who are *Scientology poor* for most of their life due to multiple obvious blatent ripoffs. But, they justify it. The greatest number of people doing the most good for the few. Dm and the celebrity crew.

Scientology's most important Hubbard tactical and policy (including confidential HCOPLs) writings aren't in the OEC Volumes anyway.

And "altering" the contents of the OEC Volumes has been ongoing since the beginning of the OEC Volumes, and since Hubbard told the big lie that there was "no hidden data line" to rooms full of rank-and-file Scientologists, their heads nodding with VGIs.

For example, the original statement of the Fair Game Law of March 1965 was "altered" in December 1965, with the condoning of first degree murder, assault, burglary, and arson on Suppressive Persons deleted for legal reasons; around 1968 another version deleted the words "Fair Game" for "public relations" reasons; and then, around 1991, a special watered down version was produced for showing to judges and government officials - "See we've reformed!"

The version still used - for serious stuff - inside Orgs is the December 1965 one - but with the words "Fair Game" deleted.

Per its founder's instructions, Scientology functions as a "tight conspiracy."

One of the reasons why there tends to be so much angry shouting in Orgs is that the Hubbard mandated conspirator/chump interaction generates tension. http://www.lermanet2.com/images/hubbard-and-miscavige-2.jpg

I was told today by a staff member, that the reason why the new Vols were being reprinted was because the old ones (1991 or whatever year it was they were reprinted) needed tags or stickers put in them as there were things accidentley left out or some small portions of it were wrong and because some policies were updated. I was asking how can they be updated, LRH is not here to update or change the policies. She said DM would re-write policy as he's COB and new things evolve with time and need changing. Her example was: Like how to keep up the "grounds". Gardening isn't the same as it was in the 70's or even 90's so that changes as the time changes. Then we touched on staff pay, and how the staff pay is of DM's policy currently as LRH didn't lay out exactly how to pay staff. Of course we are talking about a "teen" staff member, and I was trying to get this "child" to "look" at certain things, this was their version for the reprint.

Hubbard did talk about updating policy when it had become outmoded, so that isn't too off the wall. But what are the new PLs going to use for a byline at the end of each: "David Miscavige, COB RTC", whoever wrote them?

What a coup if he could get away with it. He could get rid of all those pesky little problems of people saying his pushes (Ideal Org buildings, IAS donations etc.) things are off-policy, by changing the policy and making them on-policy. Just a few minor details to fix, like the old volumes still in print outside of orgs, peoples' memories and the Internet.
