Maggie... you claim that people on ESMB are "as judgmental" and "rumor mongers" as in the cult. That is definitely not the case. There are those of us that want to fight the cult with truth & facts, not simply accusations.

I worked in the cult's dirty tricks department (OSA) for many years where is was totally acceptable to outright lie & manufacture very damaging false accusations against assigned targets, and in accordance with the HCO policy letter of 25 Feb. 1966, "Attacks on Scientology." we falsely accused others of sex crimes.

"Start feeding lurid, blood, sex, crime actual evidence on the attackers to the press....Don't ever submit tamely to an investigation of us. Make it rough on the attackers all the way....You can get "reasonable about it" and lose .... so BANISH all ideas that any fair hearing is intended and start our attack with their first breath. Never wait."

After I left the cult, and testified against in court cases, I became the target of OSA's "lurid sex crimes" & extreme homophobic accusations.

Unfortunately, over the last two decades, there have been some from the extremist element of exes & critics who believe it to be justified to "fight fire with fire" and to address the cult's abuses with the same diabolical methods that OSA uses against it's enemies.

Such actions seriously undermines the effort to educate the public, our community leaders, and the media, about the destructive cult, which is why most of us want to fight the cult with truth & facts.

Seriously smurf, this post just scared the shit out of me! Dig more if you can. He is currently being investigated. Please check MD as well, as that is where the initial case has been filed. I want 2 convictions from this. One in CA and one in MD.

after i get the convictions I can then proceed to take on other tasks to ensure my daughters safety. Any and all facts you can help dig up would be beneficial all the way around.

I am alone in all this. Its just me and my daughter using our countries justice system to bring him in and receive his punishment for what he did to her.

I've been in your shoes. People should realise that a parent of a child who has been molested is a victim too. Even if noone says it you feel like you're dirty - there is this stigma that it has happened to your family - you feel an unspoken social blame. And besides all that you watch your child suffering and you feel that you have failed as a parent. It is a deep, deep wound in the psyche of any parent. I do feel as I have failed as a parent. Its my job to ensure my child is safe and I did not do that. And I let that bastard into my life! He was my best BEST friend out there. He and I Did all kinds of things with our children, and I utterly trusted him. I trusted him. Now my child is paying for my misjudgement on this child molester.

WHat most on here don't realize is that i am doing this all on my own. Just me, my kids and my cat. I work a good job, go home and help kids. I came to this board so that I could get backup from people on here regarding this, help, assistance, from those who know what i know and KNOW this isnt right.

Could have been my misunderstanding about how this man was involved in your life.

I don't take issue with you or your methods and I am not judging you or your methods.

I felt since the matter was made public, it would only be fair for you to elaborate or at least confirm or clarify the details. if you took my challenge as judgment then you misunderstood the nature of my statement. Something like this is a serious matter, posting it in public is a serious matter for both you and the people who moderate this board and the people involved in the situation.

In the age of information posting anything online is a huge step because things can get blown out of proportion or facts contorted very easily even by well-meaning individuals. It can get picked up and made viral by anyone. Posting anything online always comes with unforeseen consequences. Even if you think you have considered all of them.

So all judgment reserved, this is indeed a serious matter; both the crime itself and the fact that it was posted online.

It is a serious matter. My e-mail to Karen DID state that she could share it with whomever she felt needed it. I knew it would end up online, but since the church already spilled the beans to him, after asking me to hold off on reporting him to the authorities well, now things get a little interesting. Convictions... im going for convictions.

But taking a bigger view, this is actually a GREAT board to reveal Child molestation.

First of all, a bunch of very effective Australians are on the board and they actually got an ARREST of a former "freedom of valor winner" Jan Eastgate for trying to cover up molestations.

I believe reports of molestation reported over and over on a single board give an overview of a repeating felony.

Yours was such fresh data, so recent that it showed there was absolutely no change of conduct within Scientology Inc. Anything, even felonies to cover up the so called "good repute" of the Church.

My 12 year old Alexander (now dead) was having sex with Marie Warren at the Flag Land Base. This was never reported to Clearwater PD and I only found out about it 2 years ago by others who had exited.

I have a dear friend who was a deputy district attorney for well over 20 years in Orange County and is more than familiar with this type of case.

I was never able to get justice on Alexander, but by golly if I can get justice for some one else's child, that would be a great thing to do.​

When I read your story I cried and cried, That is why I e-mailed you. To be honest, I did not know about any of this in the church or about the church until they told me they would do nothing. Thats when I read your story. I met your son. Not too long before I was dismissed. He was there to help us get a call-in going for new years event. He was very sweet and helpful.

Ask Penn State how important it is for an organization not to hide a report of child molestation. If police reports can be made, and it can be proven CoS knew and covered it up, then this is a national story.

Im a mosquito bite to them. I doubt OSA has any interest in protecting Marc Renard. He is also a mosquito bite to them. A simple piece of golden rod will address him. Then the cord is cut and they move on.

I want a conviction. I want his conviction for what he did to my daughter. I want the "wog" justice system (in which they call it) to punish him for what he did. She deserves that. I deserve that. The church should have no issues with me on this, unless they are hiding something.
