They were involved with a Foreclosure avoidance company , and it was shut down and 13 million in assets frozen by a judge. Too typical these days, an ethically and morally bankrupt company run by money hungry Scientologists, creating wreakage, and making flaps. Sad to see these guys go off the rails so far. I know John and Adolfo well.

Look at Herb Zerdens indicators in the video, when they nail him putting gasoline into his $70,000 Mercedes. He does the worst TR-0 ever, voice lowered, obviously guilty of Something, and then refusing to communicate. Back to the 2 million dollar waterfront, gated mansion. Poor guy hasn't been involved for over a year! Off investing in some other crooked, out exchange companies, no doubt.

I knew Herb Zerden very well back in the day at "FCDC"-he got his start selling womens clothing in the inner city of Baltimore-he was the welfare moms best friend when the checks rolled. Exploitation of the down and out has always been one of Herbies main skills-scientology only helped him sharpen his skills. Way to go big boy! He then became the leading male father figure for Gregor Wisner-son of the infamous Micahel Wisner [lots of bad news there]. Gregor died at the age of 27 by accident or suicide after years of drug abuse. Herb didn't give drugs to Gregor- he tried to give him scientology- Gregor didn't like it. Herb had married Gregor's mom Penny- Bob's first wife. Way to go Herb. By the way - the cos several years ago awarded Herbies it's highest accolades for donating some really serious $$$$$$$$. Way to go Herbie! Herbie got this $$$$$ again from exploiting the down and out. Now- google Herb Zerden and you will see his history of stealing lots of $$$$$$ form those who can least afford it. Way to go Herbie! Yet- he's OT and a class 6-everyones dream. He's got a castle with a pool. Way to go Herbie! Scientology loves Herbie-they deserve each other. Herbie should-and I do pray -that he be incarcerated for the rest of his life. Prison is were Herbie belongs. Way to go Herbie! Herbie being a small white old man would make lots of friends in prison. I'm sure that some of society's "down and out" citizens might remember Herbie for helping their moms out of their mortgage problems. They might take ole Herb under their wing and share their love and appreciation by loving Herb by "making love with their big tool right up little ole Herbs arse". Herbie deserves no less and so does the cos.
The question remains why does "FCDC" have so many characters who take up so much space on the esmb?

"Follow the money"-Jacques- it always leads to the answer.
The Herbies like $$$$$ the cos likes $$$$$- you possibly would like to see peace on earth and good will to all, you possibly think there are greater things to posses than $$$$. Morality and justice possibly play a more important role in your life than they do for the Herbies and the cos.
The simplicity of it all is that you and I and others really wanted a religion that "helps" and doesn't exploit! We were wrong to think the cos is anything but a very cruel mistress who craves cash.

You hit the nail on the head. Scientology is structured so that the sociopath can easily rise in the organization. Indeed, "being OT" seems to boil down down being a sociopath in scientology.
