Oh, THAT male ancestral anomaly

(if I got that right . . . ??)
And I think a parent SHOULD always put kids first. ALWAYS. And I'd be disappointed if ya did not do that, Face. In everything.
Me, I think I can be bitchy and bossy, though I do not want to be the boss. I am usually very easy going if I do not have to live with the person,

. The minute someone gets bossy with me, or nasty, I give it right back, and that is not a good trait in a female partner . . .

I do not like arrogance and/or superiority . . . .
Or men that scorn women by behaving arrogantly/superior. My head tilts down, my eyes narrow, and grow fierce - and - the bond breaks. It might take awhile for me to leave, after something like that, but once the bond is broken, I realize that it is over, whether I like it or not.

I can't get it back.
Well, I used to be like that . . . . I am older now. Or as the song says, I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now.
And I never want to go through heart-break and divorce ever again (either) - and so am not looking to go that road, ya know. And I have lived alone for long enough to now want to live my life for me, my way - like a man does most of his life.

Only a man usually has a wife to clean up after / take care of him.

I have had to do it all for myself - - - for so long, that I no longer need a man, that way.

I do need a warm furry body in my bed though, so I have a cat, once had a dog (and never want to go through another loss like that one either).
As for those dark traits in women, that is our dark side - and we all have those traits. Tsk tsk. Sometimes they leak out. I like to think I can at least recognize it, and draw it back in when I am behaving badly. But I can be a bitch, yeah . . . I can give as good as I get, so most people who know me, don't want to take me on. Not that I am proud of that.

Just one of those things. Arrogance in particular pisses me off, but so does superiority . . . Dissing . . . . So you can see how I might feel around scnos . . . .

I used to be a (verbal) scrapper - take on all comers, especially bullies. Come on, you bully, come on in . . . . Took on a few soiciopaths, and that CURED me of that stupid stuff.
I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now . . . .
Now I just paint a fake smile across my face, zip my lips, and hope nothing leaks out. Especially my disgust. But I have a rubber face that shows ALL my emotions, and I am not a good liar.

I am a terrible liar. Heart on sleeve.
As I age, I mellow out, get more observant, rather than 'participant'. I have always been fascinated by behaviors, human and animal. I like to watch. And to grow - psychologically, not bodily.

Growing older does bring a sort of wisdom, I think, if one is open to looking honestly at one's own self, and recognizing one's own shit - and stops throwing it - at others.

But it is hard.

Hard to eat that crow. But very rewarding, I think.

Life is a BIG anomaly.
