TSA: Some gov't officials to skip airport security

WASHINGTON – Cabinet secretaries, top congressional leaders and an exclusive group of senior U.S. officials are exempt from toughened new airport screening procedures when they fly commercially with government-approved federal security details.

This stinks, but comes as no real surprise. I remain of the opinion that if oridinary people are going to be subjected to damaging X-rays everytime they want to fly, then the politicians and other officials responsible for this level of "security" should be required to pass back and forth through the scanners three times--for EVERY flight!
