TSA: Some gov't officials to skip airport security

This stinks, but comes as no real surprise. I remain of the opinion that if oridinary people are going to be subjected to damaging X-rays everytime they want to fly, then the politicians and other officials responsible for this level of "security" should be required to pass back and forth through the scanners three times--for EVERY flight!

Oh, agree. All congressional/executive/judicial flights should get a *required* full pat-down. All passengers. In public. And, no exceptions on commercial flights.

It wouldn't even take a constitutional ammendment; just a law.

But, it aint gonna happen. After all, some pigs are more equal than others.

Talking about cruises.

My wife and I have just returned from a 7 day south pacific cruise and I can tell you that conditions aboard the P&O "Pacific Dawn" were very Theta.
Friendliness, great food and entertainment and no one was tossed overboard.

Paulette was about 5 years younger than me which would put her in her mid 60's now. I would be surprised if she were not still living. She was a real survivor type. She had that spirit of play and bubbly light hearted personality. She was very highly technically trained. Such people tend to have long lives.

LOVED THE MOVIE!

Dittos, Candy! It was a fast pace tour de force! The technical aspects and the special effects were spectacular. The actors paired off well against each other, Denzel and Chris Pine. We were educated about railroading.

Just think, there were no deaths, no sex and no explosions where everything was destroyed and numerous people were maimed and yet the movie is a big success at the box office. THERE IS A LESSON TO BE LEARNED THERE!
