Thanks for this Carmelo. Is this what people go Clear on if they don't go Clear on Dianetics, per the Grade Chart?

no, this is a variation of the grade 6 I did in 1971. After that is the Clearing Course, which has a bunch of dichotomies and other stuff.

For anybody, who hasn't done these things, I'd highly recommend power, grade 6, and the Clearing Course.

Clear is just a word. There are huge gains to be made by anyone set up and ready for these actions. By set up, I mean Dianetics, the grades, etc.

As far as I'm concerned, the OT levels starting with OT 3 are harmful, damaging, and generally a bad idea, but perhaps I'm understating the way I feel.

10 Unique, One-of-a-Kind Homes

10 Unique, One-of-a-Kind Homes
By: Diane Tuman, Zillow Content Manager | September 3, 2010

If you consider yourself a non-conformist, or one who shuns traditional ways of doing things, then here is a perfect lineup of nontraditional homes that should fit your spirit perfectly. Take your pick from a church, an old firehouse, an earthship home, a geodesic home, a floating home, and even a decommissioned missile site. Plus, some of these homes are for sale!

10 One-of-a-Kind Places to Call Home:

picture.php

1. Old Firehouse – 117 Broad St, San Francisco, CA 94112 (above)
Status: For Sale — $975,000

San Francisco’s Firehouse 33 was in the business of fighting fires from 1896 to 1974. Up until 1921, it had two horses, a steamer, a Dalmatian and a rotating crew of firefighters. When bigger fire engines were built in the 1970s, Firehouse 33’s doors could not accommodate the wider girth and so, the original Firehouse 33 became obsolete and a new Firehouse 33 was built around the corner. An entrepreneurial couple bought this firehouse and turned it into a home/business — the “San Francisco Fire Engine Tours & Adventures” business. It has two beds, two baths and 4,000 sq ft of space, plus interesting amenities such as the original redwood lockers the firemen used, lots of closet space, a garage that can fit six cars (and a firetruck, if you had one) and of course, a fire pole!

2. Old Church — 601 Dolores St, San Francisco, CA 94110 (above)
Status: For Sale – $7,490,000

Yes, here we are in San Francisco again (surprised?) where we find a fabulously restored Gothic Revival home that was formerly a church. At 17,000 sq ft, it is said to be one of the largest single family homes in San Francisco. The living room features a soaring, coffered, hand-painted ceiling with seven enormous chandeliers, stained glass windows (naturally) and arched windows looking out to Dolores Park. Climb to the tower meditation room and deck for a 360-degree view of the city.

3. Round House- 122 Olmstead Hill Rd, Wilton, CT 06897 (above)
Status: Presently off the market

Known as the “Connecticut Round House,” this unique property has been listed for sale a couple times before being recently removed with a list price of $1,750,000 (it was listed in 2008 for $2.3 million). Designed by architect Richard T. Foster, it is a cylindrical masterpiece that sits 12 feet off the ground on its “base” and has the ability to rotate slowly 360 degrees, taking in the nearly four acres of land and a pond. It takes about 50 minutes to complete an entire rotation and can be stopped, slowed down or speeded up. Made of steel, glass and shingles, the 3,000 sq ft home was renovated in 2005 and is completely walled in glass. It features custom ash cabinetry, state-of-the-art Xenon interior lighting, marble and limestone bath finishes, and “Smart House” technology in the main house.” Plus, there is a separate guest house and in-ground lap pool.

4. Cave house – 1101 N 11th St, Festus, MO 63028 (above)
Status: Presently off the market

The “Cave House” was on the market in a distress sale in 2009, but it appears the owners were able to re-work their adjustable-rate loan and have now happily settled back into cave life. The 17,000 square foot house — er, cave — is in Festus, MO, and has three chambers: a front chamber that contains three bedrooms; a middle chamber that holds the laundry room, storage, and a spare bath, and the back chamber that still has the stage where Ted Nugent, Bob Seger, Ike and Tina Turner, and many other entertainers performed. Obviously, the owners of this cave are very well connected. No furnace or air-conditioning needed; geothermal and passive solar systems keep the home comfortable year-round. 5. Earthship – 6 High Meadow Dr, Taos, NM 87571 (above)
Status: For Sale – $265,000

That’s right — you won’t find this “earthship” in a well-manicured cul-de-sac in most regions of the U.S., but your chances are much greater in New Mexico or Arizona. Called “Sol Ship,” this one-bed, one-bath earthship is designed for off-the-grid living and uses passive solar thermomass construction that heats and cools the interior. But don’t worry — you can tap into traditional systems if you have a craving for microwave popcorn. Many earthships are a little rough around the edges with recycled materials visibly poking out (tires, cans, bottles) but this is a higher-end earthship with an indoor koi pond and hand-plastered walls with whimsical sculpted displays around the fireplace and walls. Two underground, 3,000-gallon cisterns hold water. Own this home and no one will insult you about your carbon footprint, because it doesn’t exist.

picture.php

6. Geodesic home – 2643 Birch Ave, Batavia, IA 52533 (above)
Status: No longer on the market

Geodesic dome homes rode a wave of popularity in the 1960s and 70s, but their construction is now limited due to challenges in code requirements. While the exterior is round, the interior of geodesic homes contain many angles — just try to find a wall in which to hang a photo, or a long flat wall to position the couch. This four-bed, 3.5-bath dome home sits on 20 acres.

picture.php

7. Floating home – 2466 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109 (above)
Status: For Sale – $975,000

No, Tom Hanks does not live here and this is not the Sleepless in Seattle floating home, but this is a quintessential floating home on Seattle’s Lake Union and better yet — it’s never been lived in. The shingled-style master craftsman design offers two bedrooms and one bath.

picture.php

8. Old Barn – 9424 Windsong Loop NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 (above)
Status: Recently sold — $542,000

This Bainbridge Island, WA barn was built 104 years ago and was used as a dairy farm before being converted into a home. It retains its barn shape with soaring, cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and rough-hewn floors. Rolling barn doors serve as shutters to two bedrooms and one original wall reveals the original penciled shopping list that includes 2,100 pounds of seeds. Sixteen windows in the open living area draw passive solar heat and natural light.

9. Shoe House — 197 Shoe House Rd, Hellam, PA 17406 (above)
Status: Not listed on the market

Shoe store tycoon Mahlon Haines built this landmark home in 1948 as an advertising gimmick. The house features a front door with a stained-glass portrait of the owner himself, an observation platform, and even a shoe-shaped doghouse. Fittingly, Mahlon once used the home as a guest house, offering weekend stays to elderly couples.(Photo courtesy Cool High Quality Pix).

10. Decommissioned missile site – 1874 N Batum Rd, Othello, WA 99159 (above)
Status: For Sale – $3,500,000

We saved the best for last and no — this is not a joke. This is a decommissioned military Titan 1 missile complex that is being listed as a potential residential property and it’s for sale for $3.5 million in Othello, WA (about 3 hours east of Seattle). That’s the “front door” in the photo above, which is a two-ton hatch that leads down six flights of stairs to a network of subterranean rooms and tunnels that all connect to a 125-ft diameter “superdome” with a 65-ft ceiling. According to Windermere real estate agent Kelvin Wallin, 18 Titan 1 missile sites were built during the years 1959-1962 between Colorado and Washington state. This one has three underground missile silos that measure 160-ft deep and 40-ft wide. According to Wallin, this site can withstand and survive any nuclear blast. Twenty years ago, a man purchased this property from the government and intended to turn it into a youth camp, but he died before he could realize his dream. Enjoy your own private well, generator power, and live off the grid. Not much curb appeal, but this beauty was built to last!

The earlier matrices developed and were formed as a result of the efforts and counter-efforts (spiritual life-force direction/application/use), decisions and solutions involved in handling relationships and games and the wanted and unwanted experiences therein.

This applied life-force variously hung up, forming the containment force-field that is the matrix that then determines or influences the goals and counter-forces within it.

My Goodness, lately when I have a thought__ something of the same order appears on this thread. Oh my. I hope we are not falling under the umbrella of a 'group' mind.
I was thinking of the expression, Who'd a thunk it and damn, CO included it in his next post. I was thinkin of Nat's singing Route 66 and thar she be.:happydance:

Down to more serious business: I was reading Roger's post quoted above and I thought I'd include this little trek of my mind.

I was inspecting the 'things that keep me IN'. I spotted some life force collaboratively being a fixed mood level. I spotted that this was contributing to my PTSness. I had this mood impressed into me and it was sad disillusioned and goalless. I realized it was spontaneously creating how I felt ever day when I woke up lately. I was looking for thoughts in my space that had 'location' or anchors, even in physical organs. I spotted my own, ones projected I felt by others, and ones I did not understand the source of.

Anyhow, rolling right along looking at 'ideas' or things that were 'keeping me IN' I soon spotted that there were matrices held in place by other matrices. Life forces holding other life force in key positions. This went way up the line from the relationship of body organs to other organs, to the distinct locales of my brain and the individual PURPOSES that animated all this life__ played into existence. Then I rolled over in my big bed and found a chapter in The Nag Hammadhi Scriptures(Marvin Meyer). I was fascinated with what I found in the second to last chapter on the Valentinian school of thought. They have an entire system of living matrices created by God/gods that gave birth to or divided into other gods/aeons. We find the apostles asking in which way they should pray in order to avoid the counter intention of the archons.(lords of the upper realms battling to keep human spirit from passing thru to oneness/Pleroma or ASCENSION)
"In the Western texts, the Pleroma is most often described as a system of of thrity aeons, who are accorded individual names, coupled in pairs ("syzygies")' and heirarchically organized. The Eastern texts usually do not adopt this model, but describe instead how an unlimited number of aeons first exist in the hidden and seminal state with the Father and then are made manifest."
This last reminded me of Carmelo's posting of the dramatizations and opposite end words.
What I am trying to say is that these matrices are physical as well as 'the mind' of the universe. They have a movement and a purpose towards ordering other matrices.
When I was running some 'Aspectics' I realized that the mind and the brain only need to 'conceive' of the fact that a cycle of action has been finished or that the end product of a goal has been arrived at. I messed with this for a while and found that I could make the inertia of a goal as well as the drive wane by using this. Huh? I thought if the brain/mind contains these 'syzygies" or localized opposite goals__can they be 'released'. Again I looked at things that were keeping other things IN. In particular whether they were thought forms or purely postulates. Interesting. :coolwink:
I DO think that in the old days before we got roasted for sorcery that there were those who knew how to do the purist form of alchemy. Reading these Nag Hammadi translations I found how obsessed these prototype Christians were with attaining ASCENSION. (and ascension for the corporeal body too) :) They were putting their heads together trying to beat the game of higher consciousness awareness emanating more conscious awareness with the goal to rule or monitor planets and evolutions.. Some structures would necessarily keep the other structures in place by reason of their very relationship.
A while back I read a translation of some Zoroastrian text where magi were actually addressing the archons. Kinda like NED for dieties aiming at the basic goal for their existence,( also finding out by what name they were called .) Because the knowing of the names would place them in the 'senior' position heirarchically from whence command could be dictated.
I found these concepts all throughout the translated scrolls. Relayed ecclectic discourse from before and after the common era. I think we missed an era of magic somewhere hidden inside ancient mysticism.
I guess its like drawing a map of trickle down creation.

These mystical ideas of ascension through gnosis long predate christianity. Gnostic christianity grew out of those among the new christian communities who were already familiar with gnostic ideas & teachings from pagan & jewish sources. These tried to interpret the doctrines of early christian teachings in light of the earlier gnostic teachings pagan & jewish schools and developed the gnostic gospels in that vein.

:yes::yes::yes::thumbsup: I know. But what was it that caused so much protest that they went to the bonfires throughout history. When hasn't there been this screaming exclamation of "SORCERY!!!!" "Off to the bonfires" I'm thinking of the Cathars here with their gnostic heritage and Galileo and Da Vinci having to be clandestine in their beliefs about the workings of the cosmos. Why the protest. Hmmmmmmm. Is it some ancient no no no instilled by the jealous archons?:D

try looking at "integrity" as it applies to you.-- meaning wholeness.

what constitutes complete integrity of be do have in your personal U, the PU, and the U of all spiritual beings.

ie. define yourself first, then in doing that, if some out point shows up, check it out

The Pilot, Ken Ogger kept looking for stuff to audit. What you look for finds you. Let it be whole and complete, not broken. The broken can turn on, and be examined, discharged, and returned to experience.

Looking for flaws is an endless thankless task.

Striving for mastery is a better game.

As Elaine Pagels has pointed out in her works dealing with gnostic christianity the basic problem is that the doctrine of individual "salvation" through gnosis is incompatible with the rigid structure of an innately hierarchical church orthodoxy. The church itself could not justify its claim to exclusivity in competition with a "christian" doctrine of individual gnosis.

The power of the church rested in its hierarchical structure of deacons, priests, bishops, etc., and their ability to dictate doctrine, custom, and communal practices. This real power which the church wielded over its membership ultimately made the church a potentially powerful & thereby attractive partner to ambitious men in the later empire. The political weight of the church hierarchy could be thrown in mass behind individuals seeking political power within the empire, and for the right "price" it was.

When the church did a political deal with the secular powers of the empire for religious exclusivity in exchange for political support, it was ultimately able to muster the power of the state to systematically destroy all competing religious & spiritual doctrines, including of course the suppression of the gnostic christians.

Historically the christian church has always been intolerant of other religions, claiming exclusivity of "revealed truth" and demanding obeisance from all. This tendency is still very much a part of orthodox christian teaching; "jesus is the way", "only through jesus", etc.. This stands in contrast to the widespread religious toleration routinely found throughout earlier pagan cultures, e.g. Imperial & Republican Rome, etc..

In other words, yet another instance of the growth & expansion of an institution taking precedence over the rights of individuals, i.e. a 3rd dynamic engram. It boils down to individual's perception of "power" and the "importance" of acquiring it.

Grade V = Power

Grade Va = Power Plus

Grade VI = R6 End Words

Grade VII = Clearing Course

So it went in days of yore.

Quote from Leon, from PM Leon wrote to me yesterday, reprinted here with his permission

"First recognise that the rise of the Sea Org coincides with the conversion of the CofS from a tech based/driven organisation to an Admin based/driven organisation. With it the emphasis shifted from case gain and personal betterment to money and control. By the early 80’s the shift was complete and Tech was relegated to almost a side issue. Actual attainment of abilities was very much secondary to the acquisition of money by the Orgs. Coupled with this the quality of gains not surprisingly deteriorated and became mere tokenism. This is why I left when I did."

I thought that the above paragraph was an excellent summation of how C of S went down hill. The Bridge eventually became something like,

1. Book and Bottle
2. Life Repair
3. Attest to Natural Clear, Past Life Clear or make clear on R3R.
4. OT I to OT III
5. OT IV - OT Drug Rundown run NOTs sytle.
6 OT V Audited NOTs
7. OT VI - a course teaching solo NOTs
8. OT VII - Solo NOTs run usually 7 to 12 years or to death by cancer.
9. OT VIII - EP similar to what an EP was for Life Repair in the old days.

After these Freezone Standard Techers finish power, they should run R6EW

R6-EW Quads Commands

Instructions: You ask the question, such as Flow 1:
"What has another caused me to dramatize?"

1. The answer to that question should be noted down. This can be a short description of behavior, inclination or sensation.
2. Then find the End-word that fits the dramatization.
A few possible EWs can be written down (up to six or so) and then you check them. The correct EW will read 2 1/2 to 3 inches at sensitivity 5. They will probably read when thought of, or when writing it down or repeating it. You are looking for an End-word that makes sense in the context and makes you feel it's complete. Repeat EWs aloud if they seem right but no good read.

If still no read, use Buttons "suppressed" and "challenged". If it is a Button that produces the fall that is a valid read on the EW.

You now find the opposite to that End-word. Here the Antonym Dictionary should be consulted unless the antonym pops up right away. Sometimes the EW with the prefix UN- will be the right one. (EW: Happiness. Opposite: Un-happiness. EW: Boyishness. Opposite: Un-boyishness).

Quote: "Using a standard antonym dictionary, find the opposite or antonym to the first word.
This should read well also, make sense to you, and feel complete. This is the second or opposite End-word and must also be a noun or converted to a nounal word."

Now locate another End-word which describes the same dramatization.
Then you find its opposite. Both should read well (F, LF, LFBD or F/N), make sense, and feel complete.

Repeat the procedure, finding Pairs of End-words, until you run out of End-words for that first dramatization.

Then ask the original question again, "What has another caused me to dramatize?"

You just need an ability to perceive an existing state, condition, emotion, feeling, sensation, inability or lack of emotion, feeling or sensation. That is how the dramatization usually manifests itself in session.
Make good use of the dictionary and a special dictionary of synonyms and antonyms.

The whole message here is to continue to find End-words until a dramatization is flat.

Write down all your session actions, including End-words and Meter reads, on your session worksheets.

Tendency to quit or blow is caused by (1) past R6 errors, (2) dramatization of missed End-words, (3) failure to locate an End-word one is dramatizing, (4) failure to get large reads, (5) also the Bank itself dictates a cessation of action.

Never go to a new Pair before finding both End-words in the old Pair.
When the session begins, run it. When it ends, end it.

Commands

R6-EW F1:
"What has another caused me to dramatize?"
"What would oppose that?"

R6-EW F2:
"What have I caused another to dramatize?"
"What would oppose that?"

R6-EW F3:
"What are others dramatizing to others?"
"What would oppose that?"

R6-EW F0:
"What have I caused myself to dramatize?"
"What would oppose that?"

Each command is independently run.

Each is done exactly the way the first flow was done. Full End Phenomena is obtained on each of these before the next flow is done. To complete one flow may take one or many sessions. Just keep at it for maximum gain.

2 More Sessions - Weird & Squirrely but great results!

Edey wanted me to audit a friend named Susanna who needed some spirits exorcised. Edey was going to watch as a means of getting hatted by me on my technique.

PRELIMS - I gave Susanna a hatting on what I was going to do, starting with a neck, upper back and scalp massage. Susanna asked me if I was "intuitive" and could pick up a beings pictures and thoughts or if I had to ask the being. I said I do both, it could go either way. Edey piped up that I was very intuitive.

START OF SESSION - I went directly to the right side of the neck. As it has been with every person I have audited to date, the right side of the neck is out. I checked the left side and it is not out. Edey came over and felt the two nodes, right and left and got the feel of what it was supposed to feel like (left side) and what it was like when it was out (right side). She felt the nodes and got the difference with no trouble.

QUICKLY GOING INTUITIVE I told them both that I was going to find a matching point on the head which was connected to the point on the right side of the neck and which would discharge the electricity connected with the neck. This point was found in only about 15 seconds. Susanna said the point was hot and it was sore. I held the scalp and neck points simultaneously and charge started going through me into the ground. I had Edey come over and hold both points and she felt the charge run out through her.

NEXT THE DATE LOCATE
I did a Date-Locate on the first time the person could remember having the sore throat.
(edited in the next day)

LOOKING FOR ENTITIES We found a helmut shaped plate like apparition about 6" above her head on the left side, it was a cluster. I had her contact the entitiy in charge and give the first NOTs command. She suddently turned on a sore throat.

LAKEY GETS HER SORE THROAT We ran the NOTs commands repetitively and suddenly, I turned on the exact same sore throat. I felt it perfecly and as she gave each command and acknowledgement the sore throat reacted. I had vritually 100% duplication of her feelings, sitting aout 3' away. We ran out two leader like entities and the whole thing blew. Her sore throat vanished but mine was still hanging on. I then felt both sides of her neck and they were both supple and tension free. I called Edey to come over and feel it and and she was amazed, both sides of the neck were smooth and supple with no knots. The sore throat had vanished and mine was starting to subside. Susanna voiced the fact that she had been getting this sore throat for 10 years now and no one had been able to do anything with it and here it was keyed in and then erased. She was grining from ear to ear and probably would have had a floating TA if on a meter. We ended off.

HAVINGNESS I allowed Edey to come up and run the equivalent of havingness on her by using her own tech. Edey had her pull in a feeling of health and well being into the voids left by the vanished entities. We then took a break.

We ran two more Major entities off of her case but I do not want to take the time to describe them. I may do so in another post. I spent 2 hours on this session all for free, but then Susanna wanted to give me her treatment called Cranial Sacral Therapy in return. I accepted, she applied it to me and it took about 25 minutes and produced a calming result.

no, this is a variation of the grade 6 I did in 1971.

I followed CBR's advice to look at the CC platens when doing OT 2.
I'd already done OT3, and OT 2 was my favorite bridge level so I was very happy to revisit it. The CC platens were very active for a while, and then I had another nice run on OT 3. I found OT 3 to be excellent and most
people I know who've done it did also.

I had an interesting conversation with someone who was on the first NOTs course. He said some people did quite short runs on OT 3, some did it
continuously for years, and some didn't like NOTs, and some did. He is an old timer trained trained on the Apollo.

the Clearing Course, which has a bunch of dichotomies and other stuff.

-snip-

It's the "other stuff," including sneakily inserted subtle hypnotic suggestions from Hubbard, that is the beginning of the bait and switch (from "ask the person" to "tell the person") progression that peaks at OT 3.

IMO, a re-formed "Clearing Course," sans subtle hypnotic suggestions, would be preferable.

Of course, none of this will matter to e-meter worshipers, who ooh! and ahh! every time the needle of their e-meters reacts to some of Hubbard's "upper level" sacred "whole track" scribblings.
