DANCING IN GERMANY Way back in 1967 I took a trip to Germany and went in to a place called the RIver Boat Salon in West Berlin. I was 27 and was a fairly decent dancer at that time for an American. I began to dance at the club in Berlin and the Germans were all very stiff and did not feel the beat. Their hand movements were stiff and robot like. In astonishment, I observed that I was the best dancer on the floor out of about 40 people. It was so empowering to excel at dancing when back home I was at best average and sometimes below average at it.

I ripped the pic from Google images. Carmelo was explaining to me who was in the YouTube clips of the freezone gathering last year. I had asked him who one of the crazy dancers was. I pm ed him the clip and he explained things. This is probably just a concert from the last five yrs somewhere. What would you do in a place like that anyway, besides look for the wet T shirts. :p

Hats, at my age and state of mind, looking at wet T shirts is about all I am good for. I might go a little bit further.

Remeber those T shirts which resemeble the yellow pages of a phone book. The T shirts proudly say, "Let your fingers do the walking!"

Nope. That's why I posted my personal photos of the Octoberfest. I thought it was hilarious in those suede jumpers :D "lederhosen"
leather shorts, usually with suspenders, worn esp. in Bavaria.

You said the Germans in the nightclub you went to danced stiff and their hand motions likewise. This video was a live demo.... I was punctuating something you were describing. If you had gotten to my post immediately after I replied to yours it woulda been real clear. :eyeroll:

I just went onto Candy's FB page and looked at her pictures, and what I saw is a gorgeous Being . . . there is real life there! Enormous presence and love of and for the game and the relationships and parts in it.
Thanks Rog. I feel duplicated. Me thinks Lakey is in his head/body and using those perceptions. I prefer the theta perceptics and also take issue with his use of generalities...ie: I would have done my 2Ds differently = only the one with ACW and only at a specific time frame = 1988 in Texas fiasco. [Very late on our chain, as I knew him for the preceding 9 years]. LOL all water under the bridge now...so, Lakey, get a sense of humor and stop approaching what I say from a much lower tone level and twisting it to suit your case.

Yes, and a good looking body too . . . . . but did you not notice the Being? The emanation about her that imbues everything about her with prosperity?

And the pics were a good trip down memory lane . . . even though I've not met Candy in the flesh . . . there were familiar scenes/people there.

On Orson Wells . . . I'd say the man was a bit of a "maniac," irresponsible, and probably a little hard to get along with so, after an early success or two (I loved his "Othello") no one would work with him or back him.

It is likely that he was so full of himself that he offended those he needed to work with, as in getting financial backing for his proposed creations, to succeed.
