I'm currently reading "Be Our Guest," Perfecting the Art of Customer Service 2001 by the Disney institute. for anyone who thinks the Harvard or Stanford B Schools know something or the green vols of Scientology are king, you should read this little book. I am getting so much real hard won organization knowledge. I am really smarter, and I didn't have to write this success story. If you have a company, I highly recommend this book.

Tell me about it. Any additional insights for customer relations just keep on commin too. 9:00 am every couple of months in any of the convention rooms of a hotel property of choice. Mandatory attendance for employees. Must be ready for the expectations of tomorrow! :wink2:

Is this an official CoS thing or an Ex's CoS thing? Is my hair color showing or did I not read that right?
Maybe it's a little reach and withdraw gone terribly wrong. :confused2:
hope you survived my demo of A R and C backfiring on poor innocent me LOL
. Also, the CoS/ExCos trip is like a tiny flea to me = half the time they seem to be blood sucking, no matter what side they're on. I prefer evolution and long ago had gotten away from an 'only Hubbard is God' mentality. When you trace the origin of most of the concepts, they emanated from Jung, etc, including the use of the e-meter device, etc. Would love to have access to new terms...I believe ACW got closest to achieving that with his Knowledgism.

And she didn't hit that!!!
